Researching on the factors affecting the level of credit rating in the netshop of small and micro enterprises in TianJin, the seven main factors are extracted through factor analysis; And then the paper does the regression analysis between the seven main factors and the credit rating levels, so does between each of the main factors and their specific structure. Finally, it calculates the order of importance and the value of impacting. So it can provide a reference for the network shop of small and micro enterprises to enhance the credit rating level.

In this study, the authors makes an attempt to understand the aspirations of the new generation employees in tour operation business and allied areas. It is being attempted with the presumption that the takeover of information technology seeded the concept of micro enterprises in tourism which functions with the business model of low investment and good turnover. The focus was in identifying employee specific factors of encouraging and discouraging in nature in the fast growing tourism sector, especially job attrition and the dynamics of human resource management practices. Factor Analysis, independent sample t-test, multiple regression have been used to establish various relationships. The findings of the study are considered to be relevant since it quantitatively establish the dynamics of employment in tourism in India.

The objective of the chapter is to examine the factors that are essential for the green purchase behavior among the young consumers in India. The study consists of 343 young respondents, who were surveyed with the help of structured measurement instrument. The sample has been analyzed with the help of exploratory factor analysis and linear regression analysis. It was found in the study that the awareness towards the green product, attitude towards eco-labeling, and satisfaction via green products are significantly and positively linked to the green purchase behavior, whereas the attitude towards green pricing and ecologically concerned consumers are not associated with the green purchase behavior.

The research attempted to examine resource factors affecting the development of MICE at Dalat, by determining the stakeholders, and by interviewing 350 resources (means from the supply side). The methods of Cronbach’s Alpha, Exploratory Factor Anaalysis (EFA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) together the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) were used by the programs of SPSS and AMOS.The result shows that MICE development is affected by MICE destination resources, then MICE destination resources is affected by 3 main factors, arranged by the importance decreasing: (1) Organization resources; (2) MICE tourist resources; (3) Supplier resources. From that, the research raises some solutions for management and policy makers to develop MICE better.

This empirical research aims to identify the relationship between organizational climate and knowledge sharing behavior. Also, this study uses knowledge sharing intentions as a mediator between these two variables. The survey was conducted incidentally on 403 minimarket employees in eight districts/cities in West Java. Factor analysis was employed to purify research variables. To evaluate the research model, multiple regression analysis was used. The results of the factor analysis on organizational climate resulted in two factors, fairness and affiliation. Fairness and affiliation constructs have a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing intention. Knowledge sharing intention also has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing behavior.

Abstract Service quality is an important element in assessing the ability of institutions to meet its goals. The objective of this paper is to examine the factors that probably affect the quality of service for zakat institution, especially in Sepang using the SERVQUAL model which has five factors; reliability, react, assurance, empathy and tangible. A total of 103 respondents from Muslim entrepreneurs have participated in this study. This study uses several approaches, including exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and logistic regression analysis. Findings indicate that empathy and tangible are significant factors affecting the quality of service LZS in model studied. Several implications have been discussed in this study. Keywords : LZS’s service quality, Muslim entrepreneurs, SERVQUAL Abstrak Kualiti perkhidmatan adalah satu elemen penting dalam menilai keupayaan institusi untuk memenuhi matlamatnya. Objektif kertas ini adalah untuk melihat faktor yang dijangka mempengaruhi kualiti perkhidmatan institusi zakat khususnya di daerah Sepang dengan menggunakan model SERVQUAL yang mempunyai lima faktor iaitu kebolehpercayaan, bertindak balas, jaminan, empati dan kewujudan. Sejumlah 103 responden yang terdiri daripada usahawan muslim telah mengambil bahagian dalam kajian ini.  Kajian ini menggunakan beberapa ujian termasuklah analisis tinjauan faktor (EFA) dan analisis regresi logistik. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan faktor empati dan kewujudan adalah signifikan dan mempengaruhi kualiti perkhidmatan LZS dalam model yang dikaji. The purpose of the study presented in this article is to study the social and psychological characteristics of activity of modern youth in the context of its social and political activity. The relevance of the study carried out involves on the basis of theoretical data the necessity to create practice-oriented recommendations aimed at development of social and political activity of youth, taking into account the social demand. An empirical study involved 150 people (at the age of 18 to 27 y. o.). The social and psychological study devoted to the study of social and psychological characteristics of social and political activity, helped to establish a number of features that make up the psychological content of this phenomenon. In that way, social and political activity is heavily tied to civic and protest activity, which is confirmed by the obtained correlation relationships. The factor analysis carried out revealed 3 main factors, differentiated by the presence or absence of a load in relation to social and political activity, which we called: “Citizens”, “Oppositionists”, “Indifferents”, that reflect the psychological content of social activity.
