The objective of the chapter is to examine the factors that are essential for the green purchase behavior among the young consumers in India. The study consists of 343 young respondents, who were surveyed with the help of structured measurement instrument. The sample has been analyzed with the help of exploratory factor analysis and linear regression analysis. It was found in the study that the awareness towards the green product, attitude towards eco-labeling, and satisfaction via green products are significantly and positively linked to the green purchase behavior, whereas the attitude towards green pricing and ecologically concerned consumers are not associated with the green purchase behavior.

Green marketing is one of the emerging fields in India. Educated young consumers are very advantageous segment for green marketing. This paper aims to evaluate the purchase behavior and reactions of educated young consumers towards ‘green products' which is an essential element of the green marketing. Various variables have been found on the basis of the literature review. The survey questionnaire was designed with the help of literature and expert's inputs and got 343 actual respondents. An exploratory factor analysis and linear regression analysis has been used to bring the findings of the study. The result of the study shows that EYCs (Educated young consumers) purchase behavior towards green product is positive. Green product awareness, Eco-labels and satisfaction and all these found significantly associated with the purchase behavior or intention, but premium price and consumer (those who are highly concern towards environment) has insignificant relationship with the purchase behavior. The concept of green marketing in India is emerging and the study can be a meaningful guide.

The research was conducted to determine the effects of psychological capital on the personality on hotel staff working in an engagement setting in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. Data was collected by surveying 378 staffs who are working in hotels in Ho Chi Minh City which are rated 3 stars or more. Descriptive analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and linear regression analysis were used with SPSS 20 statistical package for data analysis. The results show that all psychological capital factors, including hope, efficacy, resilience and optimism have hadpositive impacts on hotel staffs’ work ethic. The study also demonstrated the effects of personality on the hotel staffs’ engagement with their work. The research outcomes suggest some managerial solutions to management problems by adapting psychological capital data and to take into consideration the personality of staff to enhance employees  working in engagement settings in Ho Chi Minh City.

<p>This study examines the factors that affect the company's capability to perform integrated reporting. The analysis used in testing the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Results show that company’s size has positive and significant connection and stakeholder’s pressure has negative and significant connection with the company’s capability in performing integrated reporting. In contrast, level of company’s profitability, company’s managerial ownership, and company’s institutional ownership did not have enough connection with company’s capability in performing integrated reporting.</p><p> </p>

The growth in construction productivity is low and do not continue for a long span of time. The purpose of the present research paper is to analyse the factors affecting on-site construction productivity in Indian construction industry. The tools used for the analysis are reliability analysis to check the consistency of the data, Pearson correlation analysis to mathematically validate the factor analysis, and linear regression analysis to propose a framework of factors affecting construction productivity. The findings of the reliability analysis concludes that the all the factors having a value of more than 0.67, which is considered to be good for the study, and the findings of the study conclude that the most significant 3 attributes grouped in linear regression analysis change in scope (R2), revision in drawings (R15), and response to change orders (R3) having maximum impact over the construction productivity. The research paper attempts to provide an insight and better understanding of the factors affecting on-site construction productivity in India and the ways and means to control and improve construction productivity of construction projects."This paper is the revised version of the paper that has been published in the proceedings of the Creative Construction Conference 2018: Dixit, S., Mandal, S. This study was conducted to find out factors affecting and level of mussel production, level of efficiency of using the tools and materials in cultivation process and whether the cultivation of mussels in Pasaran. This study was analyzed using Cobb-Douglass. The study were analyzed in quantitative descriptive, multiple linear regression analysis, and analysis of efficiency. The dependent variable (Y) is the result of production of green mussels cultivation and free variables are the number of bamboos (X 1), the amount of strap (X2), grouper (X3) and labor (X4). Mussel fisherman in Pasaran NPM with Px calculated to obtain the level of efficiency of each factors of production in messels cultivation. Studies show that the most influential factors production are variable bamboo, rope and labor. While the results of analysis the level of efficiency of using tools and materials is not efficient. The number of bamboo and labor should be reduced, because it tends to be a waste and not profitable either technically or economically. The value of the return to scale of 1.22 showed cultivation mussels are on increasing return to scale.
