Office automation system provides enterprises with advanced office information processing means, immensely enhances office productivity and the quality of office, and enhances office management and decision automation and scientific levels. For the difficult problems in the development of office automation systems, this paper launched study for its framework. Firstly, it researches the fundamental framework composed by the user layer, service layer, application layer, the data support layer; then, researches the technical framework which uses Lotus Domino / Notes as the development platform and described its various components; Finally, researches the functional framework composed by the personal office, administration, document systems, public information, information systems, systems management and so on six large modules. Architecture technology provides a large number of software reuse, thereby improves development efficiency. OA system of developing using the contents of this paper has advantage of a clear structure, stable performance, easy to maintain, easy to transplant and so on.

Internet MIS security technology includes mainly: Authentication, Encryption, Access Control, Auditing and so on. Role-based access control (RBAC) is an access control method that has been widely used in Internet, operation system and relation database many years. Though RBAC is already relatively mature in the above fields, new problems occur when it is used in XML properties. By means of enterprise office automation system (EOA), the enterprise can easily migrate the release of information and communication functions to the Internet, which makes people convenience. The EOA system also provided a combination of enterprise management process reengineering, construction and optimization of the internal management information systems, decision support systems, and office automation systems. The system can get high level technical and advisory support for the management of enterprise information to fulfill the needs of specific business, affairs, and the conferences. This paper introduces EOA system strategy based on role-based access control (RBAC). The system centers in day-to-day office management service, achieves division of authority between different departments and staff through the introduction of data rights and function rights, so as to achieve the office management platform with the coordination of information, management, and service. This paper provides the method of realizing the work flow through RBAC management, the concept of authority is broken down to each operating procedures; realization of user operational procedures are reflected in the achievement of right-matching and right-series, office processes are standardized, the management level and quality are improved; the goal of improving office efficiency is achieved.

The sociaty, as it is becoming more intellectual and automatic, has post a harder demand for the working efficiency of the banking industry. Therefore, the banking industry must enhance its construction of informationization and automation in order to strengthern its competitiveness as well as the economic construction of service sociaty. Banking office automation will improve the working efficiency along with modernized management level in the light of advanced computer technology.

The development of information technology nowadays encourages users to use the software appropriately so that commercial software can be maximally empowered that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the job. To support its work, users use Microsoft's Microsof Excel Office Automation System worksheet commonly used by end users for clerical, repetitive and independent work. Microsoft Excel applications are generally used for office worker, clerical computation and users generally use only a portion of the features of some features owned by the application. In this case, the user can maximize the ability of Excel by creating an interactive pseudo database using only Microsoft Excel, so users can organize data with automated database schema. It is intended for time efficiency and also improves the data security factor of human error in handling data.

Workflow technology is the core technology to realize business process modeling, process operation, monitoring and management, and ultimately realize business process automation. Workflow-based office automation system can separate code writing and the operation mode. When business processes need to be changed, there is no need to modify the program. Users only need to customize the workflow through the visual process customization mode. The workflow engine is the core of the whole workflow management system and the control center of the whole system. This article designs a workflow engine based on a relational structure, including the design of workflow engine class, functional component, interface and database. Finally, a flexible office automation system with customizable business processes is implemented.
