The paper briefly introduces the form and construction method of a new reinforced concrete composite wall (RCCW) with inner insulating layer of polystyrene panel. The thermal insulation properties such as heat resistance, heat exchange resistance and heat transfer coefficient of the RCCW were measured by the protection chest method, six specimens in dimensions of 1450mm×1450mm×300mm were cast with the same thickness of prototype walls of building envelop, three kinds of linkages of the RCCW were considered, and two surfaces of the specimen were tested respectively as the heat bearing surface to simulated different heat resources. Based on the tests, the effects of linkages and heat resources on thermal insulation properties of the RCCW are analyzed, some improvements are proposed for reducing the heat-bridge effects as much as possible.

The new reinforced concrete composite wall (RCCW) with inner insulating layer of polystyrene panel was developed to improve the durability of external thermal insulation plate on walls. The composite structure and construction method of the RCCW is briefly introduced in this paper. The thermal insulation behaviors such as conduct heat coefficient and total heat resistance of RCCW are tested by the protection chest method, the measured and calculated results of thermal insulation properties of the RCCW are compared with each other, the effect of heat-bridge resulted from connected concrete supports of specimen and bottom side concrete of specimen covering inner insulating layer on the test results is discussed.

To improve the durability of external thermal insulation plate on walls, the new reinforced concrete composite wall(RCCW) with inner insulating layer of polystyrene panel was developed. The paper introduces the thermal insulation tests of the RCCWs by the protection chest method, and studies the method for eliminating the effect of heat-bridge on the test results of conduct heat coefficient of the RCCW. The results show that the test value of conduct heat coefficient of the RCCW was obviously affected by the heat-bridge in specimen caused by the connected concrete such as support and concrete cover around the polystyrene panel, the practical value can be obtained by mean of taking off the percent of heat-bridge effect.

This paper investigated the effect of different initial moisture contents on the characteristics of coupled heat and moisture transfer of a reinforced concrete-EPS thermal insulation composite wall in Harbin. The change of the moisture content with time and the change of the heat transfer coefficient with time of the reinforced concrete-EPS thermal insulation composite wall at different initial moisture contents in Harbin were numerically simulated. The relative humidity and the quantity of condensed water in the air layer of the reinforced concrete-EPS thermal insulation composite wall were also calculated. The paper provides a scientific proof for the influence of the process of construction of a reinforced concrete-EPS thermal insulation composite wall on the energy-saving of buildings.

In the paper are presented elements of the deburring technology of rubber or plastic parts in cryogenic conditions. There is a proposal for deburring equipment that follows: simplicity in use, increased production capacity and reduced consumption of liquid nitrogen. The heat transfer through the insulating layer is calculated using several types of thermal insulation: perlite powder, spray-on polyurethane foam and aerogel blanket. The obtained results are used for the design of a cryogenic deburring equipment where the thermal transfer is minimal.

Site-built reinforcing rib composite wall is a kind of composite wall composed of reinforced concrete rib columns, rib beams and filling masonry. This paper mainly introduces the failure process and failure mechanism of this kind of composite wall under low cyclic loading. The wall has a good seismic performance and can be suitable for rural building structure.

With the improvement of the level of architectural science and technology and the modern development of the residential industry higher requirement on building materials and environmental protection was brought forward.Based on the static loading experiment of four reinforced concrete floor slabs, two ordinary and two superimposed with connections, the paper studied their loading mechanism and bending performance, such as deformation, cracks, bearing limit and fail characteristics. Finally, proposals for superimposed slabs' design were put forward, popularization and application of new composite wall plate provides realistic basis.

A wall of aerated concrete only can hardly meet the requirements for energy-saving architectural design. If both sides of the wall are provided with thermal insulation mortar to form a composite wall, the heat transfer performance of the wall will be significantly improved. In this Paper, we established an optimization model for the thermal economy of a thermal insulation composite wall according to heat transfer theory and in consideration of the depreciation and maintenance costs of the wall during use, and took the average heat transfer coefficient and index of thermal inertia of the wall as restricted conditions to calculate and analyze the economical thickness of the thermal insulation layer. We expect the optimization model be valuable reference in promoting the application of aerated concrete-based composite thermal insulation walls.
