In this paper, the concept of quality management is clarified in the first place, and meanwhile, the quality feature of construction project, characteristics, and quality management of construction engineering project are illustrated. The quality management of construction engineering project, namely the comprehensive quality management method is illustrated. Furthermore, the feature, basic thoughts and basic methods of comprehensive quality management are illustrated in detail. Later, the process of quality control for construction engineering project, quality control functions and tasks, system organization of quality control, basis of quality control and monitoring method are explained in detail.

The construction schedule control of construction project is within the prescribed period of time to develop a scientific and reasonable plan, and when executed timely check construction progress, the knowledge of construction progress, and then analyzed the construction plan, timely correcting and deal with the deviation, and take effective solutions to promote the project smoothly.Construction engineering plays an important role in economic development, so it can guarantee the quality of construction.This paper analyzes the management of construction engineering construction progress control and control methods of construction engineering project, the aiming at the influence factors of construction engineering construction progress, the control and management measures are put forward for reference.

Construction scale in colleges and universities of China are large, the cost is high, construction technology is complex, having to meet high requirements of security and green environmental protection. In reality, there are some issues such as the lack of interest people in the construction, and regulation is not in place; importance are only paid on results control, before and after quality control have been ignored; the quality of quality control personnel is low, who lack appropriate professional skills. Therefore, Chinese colleges and universities should make efforts to improve quality control staff's legal consciousness and sense of responsibility, and improve the quality management system, improve skills of staff quality management, improve the system of supervision and management strategies to strengthen the quality control of construction engineering.

Water conservancy and hydropower projects are the important parts of national capital construction. Since the reform and opening up, it has been 30 years,construction trade develops fast and the construction market takes initial shape.Butwith the constant development of the reform and opening up and national economy,higher request is put forward in construction engineering and construction trade, withmany characteristics of large investment, long time, high construction difficulty, complicated technology and engineering participants in water conservancy and hydropower construction project, and many unforeseen factors occur in construction process. The engineering project is a high-risk construction process, and participants of engineering construction face all kinds of risks inevitably, so if we do not guard against it, this will cause the engineering construction not to go on smoothly, even cause serious consequences. Therefore, the risk management of engineering project is particularly important. To study the risk of construction projects, and to strengthen the risk management of construction engineering project, which can adapt to the objective demand of international construction market, and are good for national capital construction and national economic development.

Summary:This guideline is a prerequisite for the quality management in the treatment of non-Hodgkin-lymphomas using radioimmunotherapy. It is based on an interdisciplinary consensus and contains background information and definitions as well as specified indications and detailed contraindications of treatment. Essential topics are the requirements for institutions performing the therapy. For instance, presence of an expert for medical physics, intense cooperation with all colleagues committed to treatment of lymphomas, and a certificate of instruction in radiochemical labelling and quality control are required. Furthermore, it is specified which patient data have to be available prior to performance of therapy and how the treatment has to be carried out technically. Here, quality control and documentation of labelling are of greatest importance. After treatment, clinical quality control is mandatory (work-up of therapy data and follow-up of patients). Essential elements of follow-up are specified in detail. The complete treatment inclusive after-care has to be realised in close cooperation with those colleagues (haematology-oncology) who propose, in general, radioimmunotherapy under consideration of the development of the disease.

AbstractThe tools for quality management are used for quality improvement throughout the whole Europe and developed countries. Simple statistics are considered one of the most basic methods. The goal was to apply the simple statistical methods to practice and to solve problems by using them. Selected methods are used for processing the list of internal discrepancies within the organization, and for identification of the root cause of the problem and its appropriate solution. Seven basic quality tools are simple graphical tools, but very effective in solving problems related to quality. They are called essential because they are suitable for people with at least basic knowledge in statistics; therefore, they can be used to solve the vast majority of problems.
