Simulation Analysis of Pneumatic on-off Pressure Mechanism on Printing Press

The on-off pressure mechanism has an important function to the printing press, the quality of which concerns the working performance of the printing machine and the quality of printed products directly. In this paper, the pneumatic on-off pressure mechanism is discussed; the work demand of order on-off pressure is analyzed. In addition, the three-dimensional digital model and the kinematic analysis process can be achieved on the basis of ADAMS software. What’s more, the on pressure value in the process of on pressure is derived from the kinematic analysis. Lastly, the relation between the motion of on-off pressure mechanism and cylinder’s angular displacement is analyzed, an important basis to the on-off pressure mechanism’s optimal design will be provided.

The impression on-off mechanism is an important part of the offset press, the design and manufacture have relationship with the performance of the printing presses and the quality of the printed products. Pneumatic impression on-off mechanism has the advantages of high position accuracy, reliable and highly automation. This article takes pneumatic impression on-off mechanism as the object of study, the three-dimensional digital model of the impression on-off mechanism is established and the process of on-off pressure is analyzed by using ADAMS software, the piston minimum velocity when the cylinders rotates in different angular velocity is obtained, through simulation, the relation between the motion of impression on-off mechanism and cylinder angular displacement is analyzed. Finally, an important basis to adjust the piston velocity under different speed of cylinders rotation will be provided.

Established the dynamics simulation analysis model of crane hoisting mechanism based on the theory of dynamics in Adams software, and then through the three dimensional model of lifting mechanism dynamics entities, the constraints, load, drive can be added, the motion law can be defined to simulation analysis the change of the force of wire rope, the change of displacement, velocity and acceleration of lifting weight in the lifting process. On the basis of the simulation results, it can make a great improvement for the structure of crane and provide a meaningful theoretical reference for the hoisting machinery innovation design.

Three-dimensional software Solidworks and ADAMS were combined together to establish the virtual prototyping model of hydraulic excavator working device in this paper. Various real typical working conditions of excavators were simulated in the virtual environment, then kinematic simulation analysis was conducted, and the main mining parameters in different conditions were given, the results provide a basis for the design of excavator working device.

This paper studies and designs the gems feeding manipulator, makes a detailed analysis of the overall structure and working principle of the manipulator, and establishes the three-dimensional model of the manipulator. The virtual prototype model of the manipulator is built in ADAMS software. Use simulation analysis functions of ADAMS to carry out kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis on manipulator, obtaining parameter curves of the manipulator such as position, speed and torque, which verifies it feasible to use manipulator to unload and load gems, achieving the design requirements.

Ink is one of the important material in printing process, its features, to a great extent, decide the printing quality, and ink viscosity is one of the main parameters, the value of the ink viscosity directly affects the quality of printing. In the case of other conditions are determined, the main factor of influencing the ink viscosity is temperature. In this paper, by using the Workbench CFX fluid simulation software, the ink temperature field of two extrusion ink rollers in printing press is analyzed by numerical simulation , the influence of the ink roller speed on ink temperature and the influence of ink roller thermal conductivity on the ink temperature are analyzed,.

The geometric models of the hydraulic turnover device are constructed by using three -dimensional modeling software UG, and then they are induced into simulation software ADAMS by a sharing data format. By using ADAMS, models are further simplified and the virtual prototype is established. By using the associated model, the simulation of the hydraulic turnover device is analyzed in ADAMS. Compared with the traditional methods of using physical prototypes, the movement processes and relevant parameters of the hydraulic turnover device can be effectively obtained by means of this method. Furthermore, the quality of the constraint relations between the parts is very important in terms of the accuracy of the model simulation analysis. This simulation results accord with the practical situation, which indicates that the operation is stable and the efficiency is high. It provides a theoretical basis for the practical design of the hydraulic turnover device, which shows that the combination of ADAMS and UG works well.

The residues cutting and ridge cleaning equipments of Ridge-tillage planter are important working parts which can prevent no-tillage planter from clogging and ensure good quality of seeding. For this, How to use ADAMS software to establish the simulation model of residues cutting and cleaning equipment is introduced, and the simulation analysis of its cutting residues and cleaning the ridge is done in this paper. Simulation results show that running results are in line with the theoretical analysis, which improved the design of residues cutting and ridge cleaning equipment of No-tillage planter.

The article describes how we can use the virtual prototyping technology validate mechanism design of multi-joint manipulator and its grabbing performance and loading abilities per minute. It completes the three-dimensional model of virtual prototype with Solid Edge ST5, and be imported into ADAMS software. And then the manipulator kinematics simulation is carried out in ADAMS. Using the kinematics simulation technology of ADAMS, we can get the various joints in a working cycle of the displacement characteristic curve, the velocity and acceleration curves of working conditions. This paper introduces how to establish the geometric model of articulated robot virtual prototype model. And some key technology details such as adding a constraint to model are also described. Kinematics simulation analysis of the manipulator with ADAMS software can greatly shorten the design cycle, improve design accuracy and reduce the cost of product development.

The Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) is an important tool in Thick Film Hybrid Microcircuits Manufacturing because of its large depth of focus and three dimensional capability. This paper discusses some of the important areas in which the SEM is used to monitor process control and component failure modes during the various stages of manufacture of a typical hybrid microcircuit.Figure 1 shows a thick film hybrid microcircuit used in a Motorola Paging Receiver. The circuit consists of thick film resistors and conductors screened and fired on a ceramic (aluminum oxide) substrate. Two integrated circuit dice are bonded to the conductors by means of conductive epoxy and electrical connections from each integrated circuit to the substrate are made by ultrasonically bonding 1 mil aluminum wires from the die pads to appropriate conductor pads on the substrate. In addition to the integrated circuits and the resistors, the circuit includes seven chip capacitors soldered onto the substrate. Some of the important considerations involved in the selection and reliability aspects of the hybrid circuit components are: (a) the quality of the substrate; (b) the surface structure of the thick film conductors; (c) the metallization characteristics of the integrated circuit; and (d) the quality of the wire bond interconnections.

Techniques for three-dimensional reconstruction of macromolecular complexes from electron micrographs have been successfully used for many years. These include methods which take advantage of the natural symmetry properties of the structure (for example helical or icosahedral) as well as those that use single axis or other tilting geometries to reconstruct from a set of projection images. These techniques have traditionally relied on a very experienced operator to manually perform the often numerous and time consuming steps required to obtain the final reconstruction. While the guidance and oversight of an experienced and critical operator will always be an essential component of these techniques, recent advances in computer technology, microprocessor controlled microscopes and the availability of high quality CCD cameras have provided the means to automate many of the individual steps.During the acquisition of data automation provides benefits not only in terms of convenience and time saving but also in circumstances where manual procedures limit the quality of the final reconstruction.
