It can help enterprises to decrease cost, add income and then improve their competitiveness that the enterprises within the regional economic jointly build the recovery processing center. A cooperation game model is put forward to enterprises with the regional economic, and then analyses the effect factors which include the scales and quality of recovery products of enterprise itself. At last, this paper advances the income distribution proportion interval which the enterprise pleasure to co-construct the recovery processing center.

With the emphasis on environmental protection issues, countries have introduced a number of circular economy-related policies aimed at guiding enterprises to green development and green innovation. At the same time, they are encouraged to strengthen the combination of forward logistics and reverse logistics, providing an effective way to improve resource shortages and reduce environmental pollution. However, the quality of recycled products in reverse logistics is often uncertain, which not only increases the risk of production decisions of remanufacturers, but also affects the sales of new products in the forward logistics to a certain extent. Based on the uncertainty of recycling quality of waste products and the controllability of remanufacturing technology level, this paper studies the impact of various regulatory environments on the operation of a two-way logistics system. We solve the decision model of the system through game theory. The results show that the government’s policy can improve product recycling quality and remanufacturing technology. However, recycling rewards and punishments, remanufacturing technology subsidies, and recycling payment factors need to be within a certain range to ensure the effectiveness of the trading market. When the recycling regulation has been implemented, it is beneficial for manufacturers to choose to improve their remanufacturing technology level. This means that the combined effect of multiple policies is more conducive to the operation of a two-way logistics system.

Abstract: End-of-life electronic products have become a major environmental issue among countries. This is due to the growing number of end-of-life electronic products and their hazardous contents. The improper handling of their components not only causes the waste of resources, but also brings serious environmental pollution. Therefore, a reasonable construction of reverse logistics system for end-of-life electronic products is an urgent problem at present. This article introduces the importance of reverse logistics for end-of-life electronic products, and builds complete information dynamic game model about the government, manufacturers, third party reverse logistics provider and consumers. It discuss game equilibrium in the context of complete information in accordance with a certain sequence of actions, and finally obtains the decision of all participating subjects in the reverse logistics system for end-of-life electronic products. Keywords: reverse logistics; end-of-life electronic products; dynamic game

Subject. The article considers functioning and development of process flows of transportation and logistics system of a smart city. Objectives. The study identifies factors and dependencies of the quality of human life on the organization and management of stream processes. Methods. I perform a comparative analysis of previous studies, taking into account the uniquely designed results, and the econometric analysis. Results. The study builds multiple regression models that are associated with stream processes, highlights interdependent indicators of temporary traffic and pollution that affect the indicator of life quality. However, the identified congestion indicator enables to predict the time spent in traffic jams per year for all participants of stream processes. Conclusions. The introduction of modern intelligent transportation systems as a component of the transportation and logistics system of a smart city does not fully solve the problems of congestion in cities at the current rate of urbanization and motorization. A viable solution is to develop cooperative and autonomous intelligent transportation systems based on the logistics approach. This will ensure control over congestion, the reduction of which will contribute to improving the life quality of people in urban areas.
