It’s important to control telecom equipment maintenance outsourcers’ performance in outsourcing decision-making process by selecting the proper evaluation indexes. This paper sets up a new comprehensive evaluation method based on statistics distance with weight to assess outsourcer’s performance. Ten indexes are choosed to determine which are good service providers from the ability and effort degree of their work, including failure rate, failure loss, service level, maintenance price, management fee, arrive time, repair time, customer relationship, maintenance engineer and tool machine. Each index has its own expert’s weight. We classify different service grades and calculate the real distance of every maintenance outsourcer by Euclidean distance. Then the performance of each equipment maintenance outsourcer can be inspected from the calculation result. Through the application in telecom company we testify its advantages compared with other evaluation methods.

In order to allocate the highway emergency resources rationally, with the timeliness, importance, scarcity and capital occupancy of the emergency supplies used as evaluation indexes, this paper use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index, and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the emergency resource demands. The paper provides a comprehensive evaluation of resource requirements for highway emergency resources ,such as the highway patrol car, sweeper truck, fire engines, medical vehicles and wrecker. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, the results are rational,effective and more consistent with reality, on which can be based in emergency resource allocation.

In order to assess product’s disassembly sequences simply and effectively, we present the objective adaptive entropy way, which judge information according to the difference of the evaluation indexes, and get the importance of each evaluation index in the comprehensive assessment of the project (i.e. weight of indexes). So we in turn get the comprehensive evaluation method which is based on the product disassembly sequences of information entropy .This method offers the optimal result and provides the objective weight of each index. So that the designers can improve the relative devises and plan the resource of disassembly. Thereby we can get the best disassembly sequences. At last, taking the example of the 9 kinds of optimal disassembly sequence of a certain type air-condition’s outdoor, we can verify the availability of this method.

For the safety of coal production, established safety evaluation model of heading face in coal mine. The evaluation indexes were given by analyzing the need for safety in heading face, the evaluation model was set based on Fuzzy-AHP comprehensive evaluation method, and completed the comprehensive evaluation by using membership. The results showed that Fuzzy-AHP comprehensive evaluation was an effective method which can not only solve complexity and multi-level of the index, but also made the evaluation more accurate, which had theoretical and practical value.

It is of great strategic significance for an enterprise, a trade and even a country to evaluate sustainable technology scientifically and rationally. The essay thinks sustainable technology is compatible and symbiotic with the scientific & technological, economic, social, human and natural environment systems, and thus it reaps comprehensive benefits continuously of economy, society, ecology and others. After have analyzed and clarified the basic characteristics of sustainable technology, the essay constructs correspondingly a system of 19 evaluation indexes to sustainable technology, and proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of sustainable technology with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) which is scientific, rational, effective and widely applied. Through the multi-level and multi-operator models of FCE, the essay further analyzes the general method and procedure of comprehensive evaluation to sustainable technology with a practical example. Therefore, the essay solves preliminarily the urgent problem to evaluate sustainable technology in a scientific, rational, standardized and quantitative way.

The modernization of water conservancy is an important part of socialist modernization. The research and analysis of the evaluation index of water conservancy modernization will help to define the direction and goal of modernization at a higher level in the future. Taking Hangzhou as an example, 41 comprehensive indexes in 7 categories were adopted as the quantitative evaluation indexes of water conservancy modernization in Hangzhou, and the comprehensive evaluation method of multiple indexes was used to analyze and calculate the level of water conservancy modernization in Hangzhou.

To indicate excitation control system dynamic performances comprehensively and objectively, an excitation control system comprehensive evaluation method based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets and TOPSIS is presented. Evaluation indexes such as the conventional unit excitation output response lag time, excitation voltage rise speed, multiple field strong excitation, excitation control system transient gain, dynamic gain and static gain are mainly used. In the evaluation method, the intuitionistic fuzzy sets strategy is used to determine the index weight of excitation control system and the improved TOPSIS is used to calculate the comprehensive dynamic performance of excitation control system. The presented comprehensive evaluation method is verified by actual operation data of excitation control system of multiple generation sets, and the results show that the proposed evaluation method on the performances of excitation control systems of generating sets is effective and feasible.

This paper explores an evaluation method to evaluate the performance of participants in electric power emergency drill, expounds various important activities in electric power emergency drill, and summarizes the general mode of emergency drill. This paper introduces the principle of factor analysis and the principal component method, then uses this method to find common factors in a series of evaluation indexes, finally takes factor score as evaluation score directly. This comprehensive evaluation method can reduce the number of evaluation indexes by looking for commonness among many indexes.

Vuilleumier cycle heat pump (VM) has highest efficiency among all heat driven cycle. In this paper, solar, geo-thermal and biomass energy are investigated as input thermal energy to driven VM cycle heat pump. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to evaluate system performances. Initial investment of the system (IS), system reliability (RS), environmental protection of system (EP), VM exergy efficiency (EE) and VM coefficient of performance (COP) are selected as main evaluation indexes. For all the three renewable input energy, system are scored good, solar driven is better than the other two.
