We show that there exists an adjacency labelling scheme for planar graphs where each vertex of an n -vertex planar graph G is assigned a (1 + o(1)) log 2 n -bit label and the labels of two vertices u and v are sufficient to determine if uv is an edge of G . This is optimal up to the lower order term and is the first such asymptotically optimal result. An alternative, but equivalent, interpretation of this result is that, for every positive integer n , there exists a graph U n with n 1+o(1) vertices such that every n -vertex planar graph is an induced subgraph of U n . These results generalize to a number of other graph classes, including bounded genus graphs, apex-minor-free graphs, bounded-degree graphs from minor closed families, and k -planar graphs.

The world is having the same problem, Covid-19,  it is signed by morbidity and mortality caused by Covid-19. The need of learning process should be done by paying attention onon effectivity and efficiency to reach the optimal result. The blended Learning method become the solution for answering the need of learning process, especially for the nurse. This learning process combines Online and ofline learning so the need of learning can be fulfilled without disregard our government program in decreasing the new cases of Covid 19.This research goals is to identifiy the Blended learning training effectivity to increase the result of the learning proses basic operating room. The research design is using pre experimentusung one group Pre Test and Post Test. The research sample is 50 nurses in basic operating room in Dinas Kesehatan DKI Jakarta by using Total sampling Technique. The research is done in August - September 2021 at Pusat pelatihan Central Java. The Training program is done for 4 days equal as 40 JPL (Online and Ofline). The Research Instrument is using Knowledge Questionaire developed by HIPKABI Jakarta. The Data analysis is useing N Gain Score. The rrsearch result showed quite effective in increasing the result of learning process about basic operating room with the N gain score = 71,812%. The Learning Method became a consideration in The research process. We hope the lack in accessing internet can be minimized. The advantage that we can get is cost eficiency and time and also the result of optimum learning process.

This paper proposes an optimization paradigm for structure design of curved-tube nozzle based on genetic algorithm. First, the mathematical model is established to reveal the functional relationship between outlet power and the nozzle structure parameters. Second, genetic algorithms transform the optimization process of curved-tube nozzle into natural evolution and selection. It is found that curved-tube nozzle with bending angle of 10.8°, nozzle diameter of 0.5 mm, and curvature radius of 8 mm yields maximum outlet power. Finally, we compare the optimal result with simulations and experiments of the rotating spinning. It is found that optimized curved-tube nozzle can improve flow field distribution and reduce the jet instability, which is critical to obtain high-quality nanofibers.

Abstract Polarimetric Synthetic Aperture Radar (PolSAR) image classification is one of the most important applications in remote sensing. In this paper, the goal is PolSAR image classification and also introduce a method to obtain the best result for PolSAR image classification and recognition. In this article, we present the 3D-Gabor filters as a way in order to feature extraction of PolSAR images and get the best result with high accuracy for PolSAR image classification. Also, we prove that the 3D-Gabor filter approach can get higher accuracy than traditional methods for PolSAR images classification, but one of the most important challenges of 3D-Gabor filters is the number of features that are extracted from them. Therefore, by using 3D-Gabor filter we can't reach the optimal result because of the curse of dimensionality. So, to achieve the best results we propose a method to reduce the features that are extracted from 3D-Gabor filters. By using our proposed method, the features will be mapped to a new space with smaller dimensions. In the end, the experimental results indicate the superiority of the proposed method.

Variations in the composition of the mixture of corn cobs, coconut coir, gypsum flour with latex adhesive include sample A (0:0:100:15), sample B (3:3:94:15), sample C (6:6:88:15), sample D (9:9:82:15), sample E (12:12:76:15), and sample F (15:15:70:15) with emphasis using a <em>hot press </em>and drying for 28 days. The test parameters include flexural strength and fracture strength. The test results show that sample B in the composition (3:3:94:15) is the optimal result. It is well-known that a correct diagnosis is necessary for effective treatment. In the case of allergic rhinitis due to mites, imprecise diagnosis with effective but improvable methods means that in many cases an optimal result is not reached in patients. The diagnosis of allergic rhinitis due to mite sensitization have to require more homogeneously reproducible diagnostic tests that try to encompass many more of the protein antigens contained in them. With the few proteins that the problem has usually focused on, there is no they would cover many of the clinically relevant allergens in a large proportion of patients. In this mini-review we try to highlight the importance of having good allergenic sources and briefly gather information on various allergenic proteins included in mites that could be clinically relevant. All this to try to get closer to a more accurate diagnosis. We are also talking about two diagnostic tools that are clearly out of use and that should be promoted in the consultations to obtain an even greater and better outcome in patients.

The topology optimization can be used to obtain preliminary turbomachinery disk designs which meet strength requirement. In order to eliminate enclosed holes which challenge manufacturing processes and to ensure distinct solid-void interface in the optimal result obtained by the topology optimization, a density distribution function is introduced for each element column in the design domain. Then, a parameter in each function is used to determine the disk’s thickness at corresponding radial position by controlling element densities. Once thicknesses at all radial positions are optimized, the shape of disk is thus determined. In this way, the optimization problem can be simplified by using these parameters as design variables. Illustrative examples are carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in designing both compressor disks and turbine disks in comparison to the software T-Axis Disk and shape optimization method.

Over a 6-month period, a 69-year-old woman presented with recurrent symptomatic anaemia, melaena and haematochezia. Extensive investigations were carried out, including CT of the abdomen and pelvis, oesophagogastroduodenoscopy, colonoscopy, two capsule endoscopies and two CT angiograms. The lack of active bleeding at the time of both CT angiograms meant a diagnosis was only made following retrospective examination of images by interventional radiology once fresh ampullary bleeding was identified on capsule endoscopy. The unifying diagnosis was haemosuccus pancreaticus given the combination of the left gastric artery pseudoaneurysm, fresh bleeding identified from ampulla and the patient’s history of chronic alcohol-related pancreatitis. Subsequent coil embolisation was performed to an optimal result with no recurrence of symptoms to date.

Diabetes was a disease that occurs due to high blood-glucose levels. Researchers tried to prevent complications from developing by using data mining techniques. One of the techniques used in data mining was classification. The purpose of this study improves the accuracy of the classification of diabetes for a better and optimal result. The method in this study is Correlation Feature Selection (CFS) as attribute selection, Random Over Sampling to handle unbalanced data and AdaBoost to improve the performance of the J48 algorithm so the result obtained best. Based on the result of this study, showed that Correlation Feature Selection for attribute selection and Random Over Sampling to handle imbalance's class with the Adaboost-based J48 algorithm proved can increase the results of the diabetes classification with an accuracy of 92.3%. For the further research recommended to apply other methods so that the accuracy results obtained are more optimal for comparison.
