Regional earthquake disaster macro risk assessment model can be devided into two parts:economic losses and casualities. through the compare of domestic earthquake disaster as-sessment model,the existing model evaluation index is sole,and it can not reflect the differences of urban earthquake disaster in the area,according to this we built the regional seismic disaster evaluation index system, and use the PCA method to analyze the index,and get the weights of each index,further to build the regional seismic disaster economic loss evaluation index system effectde by multiple in-dex.Take the previous data between 1996 to 2009 as an example to analyze,compare the reckoning and the existing model evaluate results,and check the effectiveness and feasibility of the model.

The current method’s e-commerce credit risk assessment is prone to poor data balance and low evaluation accuracy. An RB-XGBoost algorithm-based e-commerce credit risk assessment model is proposed in this study. The adaptive random balance (RB) method is used to sample and process the obtained data to improve the balance degree of the data. An assessment index system is constructed based on the processed data. Based on the risk evaluation index system and the XGBoost algorithm, this paper constructed an e-commerce risk assessment model and assessed the e-commerce credit risk using this model. The experimental results show that the proposed method has good data balance, a high kappa coefficient, and a large receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve area, which can effectively improve e-commerce credit risk assessment accuracy.

Mobile e-commerce does not need to bear the constraints of time and place, which has brought great benefits to the enterprise, from the point of trading, mobile e-commerce relies on convenient mobile terminal devices to provide convenience and unlimited trading environment for the user. However, there is a certain risk, mobile e-commerce is different from traditional e-commerce. It may bring many new problems and risks, and may lead to serious economic loss. So how to make reasonable assessment of mobile e-commerce transaction risk and then select strategy to minimize the risk is very important for the development of mobile e-commerce. In this paper, the risk of mobile e-commerce transactions is analyzed firstly, and then it uses a reasonable evaluation system to build a mobile e-commerce transactions risk assessment model. Finally, with the fact, it shows that the model has good feasibility and practical application value.

To realize the coordinated and sustainable development of hydropower projects and regional society, comprehensively evaluating hydropower projects’ influence is critical. Usually, hydropower project development has an impact on environmental geology and social and regional cultural development. Based on comprehensive consideration of complicated geological conditions, fragile ecological environment, resettlement of reservoir area, and other factors of future hydropower development in each country, we have constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system of hydropower projects, including 4 first-level indicators of social economy, environment, safety, and fairness, which contain 26 second-level indicators. To solve the problem that existing models cannot evaluate dynamic nonlinear optimization, a projection pursuit model is constructed by using rough set reduction theory to simplify the index. Then, an accelerated genetic algorithm based on real number coding is used to solve the model and empirical study is carried out with the Y hydropower station as a sample. The evaluation results show that the evaluation index system and assessment model constructed in our paper effectively reduce the subjectivity of index weight. Applying our model to the social impact assessment (SIA) of related international hydropower projects can not only comprehensively analyze the social impact of hydropower projects but also identify important social influencing factors and effectively analyze the social impact level of each dimension. Furthermore, SIA assessment can be conducive to project decision-making, avoiding social risks and social stability.

The System Engineering principles are applied to identify the risk factors of navigation environment of dock waters adjacent to fairway. The Evaluation Index System for risks of navigation environment of such a dock is established and the relative risk degrees among each index are reflected quantitatively by weights of risk factors obtained by adopting the method of AHP. Based on the identified risk factors, the risk control measures for navigation environment of dock waters adjacent to fairway are systematically put forward. One dock in Yangpu Port, Hainan Province, is cited as an example to analyze, and the risk control measures are proposed accordingly.

With the large-scale construction of urban rail transit, it will lead to the intersection and transfer of various lines, resulting in more transfer stations. The transfer station is a collection point for multiple subway lines, which is difficult to construct and has a high construction risk. The construction of the new subway station and the operation of the existing subway station are mutually influenced during the close-attached undercrossing construction. Considering the two objectives of ensuring the smooth operation of the existing subway station and the safe construction of the new subway station, this paper comprehensively analyzes the possible safety risk factors during the construction of the new subway station close-attached undercrossing the existing operating station and identifies 75 preliminary risk factors by means of literature review and on-site investigation. Then the Delphi Method and Entropy Weight Method are used to screen the preliminary risk factors, and the main risk factors with greater influence are retained, so that 49 key risk factors are obtained. According to the list of key risk factors, a safety risk assessment index system including 2 first-level indexes, 12 second-level indexes, and 49 third-level indexes is established. Based on the index system, this paper establishes a safety risk assessment model by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Matter Element Method (FMEM). The model first calculates the weight of each index by using AHP, calculates the comprehensive correlation degree of each index by using FMEM, classifies the risk grade of each index according to the comprehensive correlation degree, and determines the risk grade of the project. Finally, the safety risk assessment model is applied to the Dongdalu Station project of Chengdu Rail Transit Line 8. The result shows that the risk grade of this project is moderate risk, which is basically consistent with the actual situation, indicating that the model has good practicability. In this paper, a new safety risk assessment model for subway close-attached undercrossing construction is proposed, which fills the gap in the field of safety risk assessment for the construction of the new subway station close-attached undercrossing the existing operating station.

Considering the various factors which influenced the safety of hoist system, and the general objective which was the failure probability of hoist system, it established the safety risk assessment model for hoist system. Then it used the time-varying effect to forecast the failure probability and crash damage of hoist system. It constructed the evaluation index system, and used the AHP method, the fuzzy mathematics method and the method of expert advice on weight distribution at various levels. Based on the evaluation and analysis of Zhuzhuang reservoir projects on the gate crane, it proved that the safety risk assessment model for hoist system was scientific, safety and reliability.
