Partial current rules of the National Standard of Fire Code are disjointed from the current development of large commercial building; as a result, part of the design cannot be carried out according to the specifications. The new digital fire control design method can solve this difficulty. This paper is to take a large commercial building as an engineering example, introducing the new design concept of “independent fire protection unit” and “quasi-safety area” to adjust the program; then, on the basis of fire safety engineering principles, it uses the computer-assisted method to predict and assess the dangers of fire and the safety of evacuation, and thus demonstrating the feasibility of this method.

<p>Large commercial building has gradually become the main trend in commercial buildings recently. In current national fire protection design specification, the lacking of targeted measures for the fire protection design on such building will bring obsession to building designers during the specific engineering design, and it can easily lead to non-compliance with national specification. Therefore, we propose relevant state departments to publish state technical standard on fire control against fire protection design of large commercial building. Based on the collected information, data and conducted experiments, standardize the fire protection design of such buildings, will effectively avoiding formation of major fire potential. </p>

According to the Chinese National Standard has been completed the "Provisions for design code of emergency shelter", the paper proposed designs of emergency lodging field according to refuge capacity, lodging site, fire control, evacuation and emergency supplementary facilities. The calculation of refuge capacity uses indexes of effective refuge area and per capita effective refuge area. Emergency lodging fields are divided into teams, groups, units, districts according to refuge number and residential scale, and the hierarchical control indices are issued by taking the most densely refuge tents layout as calculating. It proposes hierarchical requirements of fire compartment, fire protection distance, evacuation distance and supplementary facilities for emergency response.

When large building being renovation, the new fire control design problem has being came out. A comprehensive transformation of architectural analysis and performance-based fire safety design is very important. In this paper, performance-based fire safety design in the transformation of engineering for the issue, analyze and explain the design of specific operating plans and evacuation design should be pay attention to.

Stable Model Predictive Control Design: Sequential Approach The paper addresses the problem of output feedback stable model predictive control design with guaranteed cost. The proposed design method pursues the idea of sequential design for N prediction horizon using one-step ahead model predictive control design approach. Numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
