With the rapid development of computer technology and Internet, all kinds of distant educations based on Internet have been coming out constantly. To reduce the cost of exam and alleviate the burden of teachers, the crew examination system was designed and implemented. This system is an online examination system which integrates computer network technology, database technology and ASP technology. The B/S model was adopted in this system and using ASP visit ODBC accesses database. This system includes two functions: examination system and management system. Test library management, random questions, online testing, automatic scoring, scores query and other functions were achieved. Crew examination system realizes the change from traditional test’s way to the way based on Internet.

The online examination system based on Web technology development, adopts B/S model of three-tier architecture and uses ASP.NET technology, AJAX technology JAVA programming language and SQL Server 2012 as database management system On the base of analyzing the requirement of network examination, online examination system was designed uniformly and system adopted genetic algorithm to generate test paper. In the design of examination system, XML technology was combined with database technology, which adopted XML to describe exam papers, played XML technology in the data description and data exchange and display of superiority to improve system performance. In this system, students can take the exam and choose their own learning content to take self-test exercises. When self-test is completed, students can view their own answer situation and the standard answer of these questions; this played a role in promoting students' independent learning.

Recently, with rapid development of computer/network technology and algorithms for composing test paper, cyber-based online examination system is a practically valuable hot research concern. In the paper, the mathematical model is created for solving problems with the online test paper composition system. Through comparative analysis of merits and shortcomings of various coding schemes, and to overcome the shortcoming that traditional genetic algorithms easily fall into premature convergence, it utilizes the adaptive adjustment method of dynamic parameters and elitist strategy to improve to develop the online test paper forming scheme based on adaptive genetic algorithm. For the selection of each parameter, simulation test is conducted to obtain the solution approximate to the best one.

Thus, according to the current needs of the traditional examination process,it is important to design and development of a multi-course and questions and more intelligent enhanced online examination system for different courses’ teachers to facilitate the needs of the organization according to the teaching exam. The paper introduced the major phases of designing and developing online examination system, designed and developed intelligent and enhanced online examination system with multiple curriculums and patterns, described process design in subsystems of background resources and subsystems of foreground application, and realized this interactive system ultimately.

At present, the research on automatic evaluation of computer online examination system has become a hot issue. Natural language processing technology based on text mining has unique advantages in text similarity calculation. This paper designs the TR-BFS-WE-WMD integrated algorithm for automatic review of Chinese subjective questions based on text mining, uses the word database to integrate the BFS algorithm, realizes the calculation of the text full sentence similarity and keyword matching, and solves the problem of text semantic similarity. Experimental results prove that this algorithm has good accuracy and effectiveness. The TR-BFS-WE-WMD algorithm provides a useful attempt for the intelligent research of the computer automatic review system and has good practical value.

With the rapid development of Internet, today's society has entered the Internet era, computer network provides a powerful driving force for social and economic development. Improve the students' management level by means of network technology, has a far-reaching significance to the construction of first-class college. This paper focuses on the management system of student information development of college analysis the current situation of college student management work and the construction goal in the future, the student information management system development significance is discussed. Based on the analysis of the technical characteristics of C/S model and B/S model, and according to the characteristics of Guangxi Agricultural-vocational Technique College learn internet system, the software architecture using B/S model the whole system; to improve the treatment efficiency of development scheme by using stored procedures and triggers; on ASP.NET technology and workflow technology are studied; and discusses how to use ADO.NET to access the database using ASP.NET technology to realize the method. This paper adopts XML technology to realize data exchange, the formation of a standard data exchange platform, make the system more open and extensible.
