Abstract—Bring Your Own Device (BOYD) is one of the current trends adopted widely by organizations. The reason for its positive reception is due to the benefit it brings to the organization through cost-efficiency, productivity levels, performance, and morale among the employee teams. Despite the benefits that BOYD brings about to organizations, many organizations are still skeptical about the threats and vulnerabilities that come about due to the human element in mobile technology. Within this context, the present paper provides an investigative approach to the role of the impact of the human element in the BOYD scheme. The paper concludes that to promote the adoption of BYOD in the organization, and there must be a renewed focus on building the element of trust and ensuring that the users can derive the maximum utility from the devices.

Research on green building in terms of accounting science is still rare. This research aims to explore the benchmarks and criteria for green building in its application to multi-storey buildings and to contribute to increasing the efficiency of building operational costs.

The method used in this research is through exploration of data from questionnaires collected using simple arithmetic techniques and graphic techniques in summarizing the observational data. The number of respondents who responded to the questionnaire that was run until this data was processed was 111 respondents.

The results of this study indicate that the application of green building benchmarks can be said to have been implemented because the average percentage of respondents who answered Yes was 58.4% or above the standardization used in this study, namely 57% (gold rank).

This research provides theoretical implications, which is able to strengthen the theory of the reliability of accounting. One of them is green accounting, which is the triple bottom line (planet, people and profit). In order that implementation of green building which has been applied only from the civil engineering condition of the building, the art of building architecture and the electrical engineering of the building, but now it has begun to be calculated regarding advantages and disadvantages similarly the benefit of the green building .

From a micro economics (organizational) point of view, this research contributes to educating property business and stakeholders that green building is not object that is expensive although is a solution for cost efficiency. People can distinguish the price of green buildings and ordinary buildings.

Sustainable development is increasing in importance with restrictions on emission and carbon footprint. Similarly, both energy and resources efficiency are required, and at the same time, cost-efficiency is required. The current paper is focusing on carbon footprint, energy usage and material use efficiency of semisolid metal casting. A detailed analysis is made on the RheoMetal process, which is benchmarked to conventional HPDC casting. The analysis includes the gating system and the importance of the use of primary or secondary material. It furthermore includes a discussion of process yield and benefits based on process capability.

A mild heteroatom methylation protocol using trimethyl phosphate (TMP)-Ca(OH)2 combination has been developed, which proceeds in DMF, or water, or under neat conditions at 80 oC or at room temperature. A series of O-, N- and S-nucleophiles, including phenols, sulfonamides, N-heterocycles such as 9H-carbazole, indole derivatives, 1,8-naphthalimide, and aryl/alkyl thiols are suitable substrates of this protocol. The high efficiency, operational simplicity, scalability, cost-efficiency, and environmental friendly nature of this protocol make it an attractive alternative to the conventional base prompted heteroatom methylation procedures.

Background: Ag–TiO2 nanoparticles catalyzed synthesis of 12-aryl-8,9,10,12-tetrahydrobenzo[a]-xanthen-11-ones have been enhanced via a three-component one-pot reaction betweenβ–naphthol, several aldehydes and dimedone in H2O at room temperature. Xanthenes are essential intermediates in chemistry owing to their vast difference in biological activity. Methods: This process offered significant advantages containing appropriate cost efficiency, low amount of the catalyst, application of low-cost available Ag–TiO2 nanoparticles catalyst, purification of the product by non-chromatographic method, easy process, good atom economy, simple isolation and reusability of nanocatalyst. Result: Ag–TiO2 nanoparticles catalyst shows easy access to Xanthenes with appropriate yields in short reaction time and purity. This nanoparticles catalyst was recycled and recovered by easy filtration and was reused up to five times with only an unimportant loss in its catalytic efficacy. Conclusion: This method achieves to have a numerous scope relating to the difference in the aldehydes. Correspondingly, the attractive of this research was that H2O was the only by-products.

Abstract The objective of this paper is to present the formulation of the optimization problem and its application to the design of concrete-filled composite columns with and without reinforcement steel bars, according to recommendations from NBR 8800:2008, NBR 16239:2013 and EN 1994-1-1:2004. A comparative analysis between the aforementioned standards is performed for various geometries considering cost, efficiency and materials in order to verify which parameters influence the solution of the composite column that satisfies the proposed problems. The solution of the optimization problem is obtained by using the genetic algorithm method featured in MATLAB’s guide toolbox. For the examples analyzed, results show that concretes with compressive strength greater than 50MPa directly influence the solution of the problem regarding cost and resistance to normal forces.

In the current study, we use 25 local Iraqi lambs. With initial body weight (24) kg. The lambs were randomly divided into five treated groups, the first group without treatment as control, the second and third treated with 20%and 40% Agricultural Waste treated with trade enzymes, fourth and fifth treatment 20%and 40% Agricultural Waste treated with local enzymes. The result demonstrated a significant (P<0.01) increase in the quantity of roughages, total feed intake, Neutral Detergent Fiber (NDF) and Acid Detergent Fiber( ADF) and Lignin (ADL) in T5 followed by T4 compared with others treated groups and showed a significant (P<0.01) increase in the digestibility of NDF ,ADF in T4, T5 compare with other treated groups. While T5and T4 recorded Superiority increase in weight gain, and significant improvement in economic cost efficiency with ratio improvement of 5.90, 5.97 % respectively
