Virtual reality technology has many characteristics, such as high immersion, dynamic interactive response, and multidimensional information digitization. These characteristics are needed by the combination of modern sports development and scientific and technological progress. The introduction of virtual reality technology into the field of sports will be conducive to the scientific training of sports competition and the digital research of technical theory and to the rapid development of modern sports. This paper constructs the framework of sports training based on virtual reality technology and designs a motion capture data algorithm based on behavior string, which successfully improves the advantages of virtual reality technology. In addition, the training experiment method is used to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the system, focusing on the high-school students learning tennis for the first time as the experimental object to study the differences in training effects between the traditional training method and the training method using virtual reality technology. The training effect of tennis is better than the traditional training method, and the difference is significant; the internal motivation of training psychology is better than the traditional training method, and the difference is significant. Compared with the traditional training method, this training method can stimulate students’ interest in training, improve students’ training effect, and promote students’ psychological internal motivation to continue training. This study provides useful enlightenment for the further application of virtual reality technology and in the modern sports training for various sports events.

Abstract With the rapid development of informationization, image recognition has been applied more and more deeply in various industries, and has become an important technical means in production and life, especially for the development of artificial intelligence. With the continuous development and progress of China’s economy and society, the demand for electricity is increasing. How to provide sufficient electric energy safely and efficiently for social development has become the key goal of power system reform. Power equipment detection is one of the earliest links to realize information in China’s power system. Because of its highly intelligent advantages, this technology can play an important role in the detection of power equipment, Which further improve the automation and intelligence level of power equipment detection. Starting from the practical application of this technology in power information, this paper analyzes some advantages that this technology can bring in power system, and provides a reference model for the popularization of this technology.

With the rapid development of database technology and the explosive data growth, we urgently need a new smart technology to help us translate data into useful knowledge and information; so data mining generate. In this paper, We use the classification and regression trees algorithm to mine the data supplied by a factory and acquire some knowledge which can promote the efficiency of the production and reduce the cost. It proved that this method can improve production and reduce the cost efficiency.

This topic will be based on the characteristics of electric power facilities and computer systems, combined with the similarities between the power industry and power facilities, using the computer software, wireless sensor network and so on, to detect the various indicators of power equipment, including the temperature, degree of humidity on the tower, substation, etc., in order to achieve the real-time detection, alarm and other functions of the safety of power facilities in substation. Under the background of the power facilities having many advantages such as a great quantity, wide distribution and the rapid process of unattended. After the failure of power facilities , it will be helpful to find out the exact point of failure quickly, to restore power as quickly as possible. It has great practical value.

The article discusses the ambiguous results of the reform of the Russian electric power industry. Some of the intended goals of the reform have been achieved, while others have not yet been achieved, and the reform should be continued. Although more than 13 years have passed since the final stage of the reform, there is no agreement in the literature on many key issues characterizing the reform: an explanation of the reasons and factors that influenced the decision to reform the Russian electric power industry, the goals of the reform, the type of the reform model, the validity of its adaptation to the real Russian conditions and institutions that had developed by the beginning of the reform, the results of the reform and their value for society. It was found that contradictory results of the reform are caused by both objective and subjective factors. Along with obvious successes (e.g., denationalization of the industry) and obvious failures (including failure to create retail electricity markets) many results (elimination of vertical integration, level of competition on wholesale electricity markets, etc.) are not observable and have not received a clear and unambiguous assessment of their usefulness to society. Studies using modern economic theory and economic-mathematical modeling were required. No statistically significant economies of scale in electricity generation have been found in large companies generating electricity. Thus, the use of competition as a mechanism to coordinate the interests of society, producers and consumers of electricity and the creation of a wholesale electricity market is scientifically justified. Unification of small producers for their withdrawal to the wholesale electricity market should be accompanied by an economic analysis of the cost function of the united company. It is shown that in the short term the wholesale electricity market created in the first and second price zones is close to competitive, but in the long term there is a threat: this market may become uncompetitive.

Every significant index attests to the extraordinary growth of the electric-power industry throughout the first four and a half decades of the present century. Physical output multiplied forty times between 1900 and 1939, a record exceeded during this period only by the automobile and cigarette industries. Labor efficiency and efficiency in the use of fuel increased well above the average for industry generally, and yet employment rose ninefold. Fixed assets were approximately ten times greater at the end of the period than they were at the beginning. Electric rates—the cost of the product to the consumer—have declined throughout. Here is a record of very great progress, even for an industry that was in its infancy in 1900—increased investment, efficiency, employment, and output, and reduced prices. It raises some interesting questions for public policy, questions related both to the future of the electric-power industry and to possibilities in other fields where lessons drawn from this experience may be pertinent.

Along with China’s economic and social development and scientific and technological progress, the innovative development of electric power technologies has effectively promoted the rapid development of the Chinese electric power industry. At the same time, it has also promoted the energy transformation and development and reform of electric power systems with clean, intelligent, market-oriented, and international trends. The authors review the extraordinary technological developments that have advanced electric power production and use. In 2015 China launched a new round of legal reform to keep pace with the technological innovations. Among the goals were speeding up the formation of a legal system for energy transformation to renewable energy to build a new type of green, low-carbon, safe, reliable, and sustainable electric power within a rule of law that encourages investments and market-driven development.

With the rapid development of social economy, power resources gradually become the cornerstone of economic development, and energy demand is increasing, and energy extraction depends on the support of power resources. The maintenance and maintenance of the state of electric power equipment have obviously improved the utilization rate of oil and the effect of production cost. It can be seen that the exploration and research on the state maintenance and maintenance of offshore oil and electric power equipment has important practical significance. This paper first introduces the meaning and development of state condition maintenance of electric power equipment, and then expounds the purpose and significance of state maintenance and maintenance of off-shore oil and electric power equipment. Finally, a series of countermeasures are put forward for the problems existing in the maintenance and maintenance of offshore oil power equipment.

With the rapid development of computer technology and Internet, all kinds of distant educations based on Internet have been coming out constantly. To reduce the cost of exam and alleviate the burden of teachers, the crew examination system was designed and implemented. This system is an online examination system which integrates computer network technology, database technology and ASP technology. The B/S model was adopted in this system and using ASP visit ODBC accesses database. This system includes two functions: examination system and management system. Test library management, random questions, online testing, automatic scoring, scores query and other functions were achieved. Crew examination system realizes the change from traditional test’s way to the way based on Internet.
