The round raster is extensively applied in all kinds of high accuracy angular displacement measurement and control system.With the development of precise mechanotronics measuring instrument, machining center, CNC machine and various precise location testing technology, a higher request is put forward to the accuracy and the function of raster measurement system. In this article it is concluded that double readheads is the most reasonable configuration scheme through tests of single readhead scheme,two readheads and four readheads.

The measurement and control system is designed to control the measuring instrument which measures the geometric parameters of rail fastening spring clips. The structure and work principle of the measurement and control system are presented. Nine geometric parameters of a rail fastening spring clip which is installed only one time can be measured atomically. The limited errors of measured parameters are largely smaller than one tenth of the geometric parameter tolerance. It only spends 40 seconds to measure a rail fastening spring clip. It improves the quality of the rail fastening spring clip production and ensures that it is safe and reliably used in railway.

Ship measurement and control device check equipment has realized the intelligent check of ship measurement and control device’s functional modules which have the function of parameter measuring, data acquisition, calculation, communication and power supply.It need to complete multiple parameters’data acquisition and operation above all, this paper introduces the process of data acquisition and operation of industrial control computer’s PCI cards by using VC program. The PCI cards include PCI-1713,PCI-1724,PCI-1758UDI,PCI-1758UDO,PCI-1612CU.It realizes the data acquisition and operation of industrial control computer’s analog input\output PCI cards,digital input\output PCI cards and communication PCI card. It completes the data acquisition function of check equipment. it satisfys the need of realtime and high accuracy of check equipment,it can used to other data acquisition systems.

The radio-wave refraction error caused by the troposphere and ionosphere badly affects accuracy in terms of the navigation, positioning, measurement, and control of a target; it is the main source of errors in high-accuracy measurement and control systems. The high-accuracy technology needed for radio-wave refraction error correction (mainly in the troposphere and ionosphere) has been the focus of research for a long time. At present, the correction methods used for radio-wave refraction errors have a low accuracy. For an S-band radio-wave signal, the accuracy of refraction error correction can generally only reach m-level (elevation angle of 15° and above), and thus has difficulty meeting the requirements of dm-level accuracy refraction error correction for deep-space and high-orbit targets. To improve the accuracy of radio-wave refraction error correction for deep-space and high-orbit targets, a novel correction method for tropospheric and ionospheric range error due to refraction is proposed in this study, on the basis of the measured data from a water vapor radiometer and dual-frequency Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS). The comprehensive calibration test is conducted in combination with the Chinese Area Positioning System (CAPS) in Kunming. Results show that this method can effectively correct the range error due to refraction that is caused by the troposphere and ionosphere. For an S-band radio-wave signal, the accuracy of refraction error correction can reach dm-level accuracy (elevation angle of 15° and above), which is 50% higher than that achieved with traditional methods. This work provides an effective support system for major projects, such as lunar exploration and Mars exploration.

This paper introduces a kind of position measurement and control systems in automatic wheelset assembly machine. This system adopts direct close-loop position control in the process of pressing and real time monitor position of wheel and axle with high accuracy. Compared with traditional wheelset assembly machine, it can improve production efficiency and ensure the quality of pressing through control the distance between backs of wheel flange and the position difference of two wheels accurately.

Virtual instrument refers to the personal computer instrument which has the virtual instrument front panel, plus a set of hardware or software on general-purpose computers. The traditional testing technology of temperature and humidity has been unable to meet the needs of the market in terms of stability, accuracy, but the humidity and temperature monitoring system based on virtual instrument LabVIEW can meet the requirements. The paper presents development of temperature and humidity measurement and control system based on virtual instrument LabVIEW Technology. Experiments show that the system realizes the accurate temperature and humidity monitoring and alarm.
