Pure Data's long appeal is partly owed to its visual layout and intuitive mode of use. This might lead one to consider it a useful pedagogical tool, even if it now meets stiff competition from glitzier and more user-friendly applications. In the author's experience, however, Pd's ambiguous location on the spectrum of virtualization makes it bad for teaching but gives it a far more important function for composers. In occupying an uncanny valley between the digital-as-digital and the digital-as-analog, it resists the general tendency of digital technology to obscure awareness of itself, that is, of the digital computer as the current high watermark of a longer history of rationalization. It thus pushes composers of computer music back towards the questions that are at the heart of their work. This dynamic is illustrated by the author's experience of developing and tinkering with a novel technique of sound synthesis.

The present scientific paper outlines in today’s contemporary world - where everything is as it seems at first glance, subordinated to the economy, technology and politics are essentially ruled by ethics, value attitudes, which in that or otherwise find embodiment for purposes activities. After all, the question of goals, intentions is the question about values. The paper underlines that modern information technology has sharpened the problem of the values of the human spirit and choice further path of our world civilization. Everyone remembers the 20th century with its socio-cultural contradictions. And the scale of the achievements, and the scale of destruction committed by people in the twentieth century, incomparable with any other times in its history. The present paper emphasizes that if we want to keep human moral values in the information sphere, then is the technology itself sufficient for this, creating suitable programs forcing save them? Of course, working in networks and not consider off-grid the laws impossible. The paper concludes that what will this process lead to, hard to say. One thing is clear now: interacting with a digital computer, we inevitably become different. Society becomes others. And to regret it is nostalgia for past, it is sweet - meaningless. Like us modern peace or not - but this is reality life, and of them desirable proceed if we want to impact on construction our future

Elliptic Curve Factorization Method (ECM) is the general-purpose factoring method used in the digital computer era. It is based on the medium length of the modulus; ECM is an efficient algorithm when the length of modulus is between 40 and 50 digits. In fact, the main costs for each iteration are modular inverse, modular multiplication, modular square and greatest common divisor. However, when compared to modular multiplication and modular square, the costs of modular inverse and greatest common divisor are very high. The aim of this paper is to improve ECM in order to reduce the costs to compute both of modular inverse and greatest common divisor. The proposed method is called Fast Elliptic Curve Factorization Method (F-ECM). For every two adjacent points on the curve, only one modular inverse and one greatest common divisor will be computed. That means it implies that the costs in both of them can be split in half. Furthermore, the length of modulus in the experiment spans from 30 to 65 bits. The experimental results show that F-ECM can finish the task faster than ECM for all cases of the modulus. Furthermore, the computation time is reduced by 30 to 38 percent.

Kata kunci: Hak cipta; Dokumen elektronik; Analisis yuridis; Mediadaring; Media elektronikBorneo Law Review : Vol.5 No.1 Juni 2021 17ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out and understand how the form of legal protection against suspects in copyright piracy through applications in Indonesia. Especially for digital computer program copyrights in the form of applications containing electronic documents in the form of songwriting or music belonging to other people which are then published in an application called Playstore. This study uses a juridical-normative research type by applying a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Collecting data from secondary materials was carried out using literature methods and analyzed using qualitative methods. The result of this research is that in Indonesia there are no specific rules regarding pirating songs through online media or digital Internet. 28 of 2014 regarding Copyright can reach this by using the basis as described above, which can be linked to article 32 Jo. Article 48 of Law no. 19 of 2016 regarding Electronic Information and Transactions even though the crime committed was regarding the violation of the rights of others, namely Copyright. This is also due to the inaccurate concept of regulating piracy in internet or electronic media. The concept needed is to establish a new agency that bridges two different rules, so this will make handling of piracy violations through the Playstore application clearer in the authority to judge these problems. Keywords : Copyright; Electro

Introduction: in the paper, the author examines the activities of the Russian legislators on the formation of the legal regulation of the investment segment of the economy in order to identify their mistakes and shortcomings, as well as to justify the recommendations for fixing viable legal structures in the legislation. Such legitimate structures could be used by a wide range of individual investors-individuals – as part of their decision to diversify monetary investments in order to increase household savings for a period of 1 year or more. Methodology: the digital computer algorithms of inter-network interaction for placement and attraction of investments, their speed and independence from distance are perceived by entrepreneurs with great hope for success and attract more and more attention from investors. According to the author of the paper, by 2024, the financial digital technologies can replace up to 38% of traditional banking and payment transactions, up to 32% of insurance transactions, transactions for financing foreign trade transactions, and transactions for asset management. Based on the materialist worldview, the universal method of historical materialism, the author used the general scientific and specific scientific methods for the study, which made it possible to implement a systematic approach to the subject of research. The general scientific methods of cognition are applied: the dialectical, hypothetical-deductive methods, generalization, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, empirical description. The research also uses the specific scientific methods: dogmatic, comparative-legal, hermeneutic, structural-functional, etc. The scientific development of the material is carried out on the basis of a set of normative and doctrinal sources. The paper uses the federal laws and other normative acts of the Russian Federation. Federal Law No. 259-FZ of August 2, 2019 “On Attracting Investments Using Investment Platforms and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation”, Draft Federal Law No. 419090-7 “On Alternative Methods of Attracting Investments (Crowdfunding)”, and certain provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation were studied. Draft Law No. 419059-7 “On Digital Financial Assets” of March 20, 2018, and Federal Law No. 34-FZ of March 18, 2019 “On Amendments to Parts One, Two, and Article 1124 of Part Three of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation” were critically analyzed. The doctrinal sources are represented by the scientific publications of the Russian legal scholars and economists, including: A.O. Inshakova, A.E. Kalinina, A.I. Goncharov, M.V. Goncharova, O.P. Kazachenok, E.E. Frolova, etc. Results: the Internet investing provides an opportunity to obtain funding for the implementation of a publicly announced project relatively quickly and without bureaucratization. The absence of the geographical and distance restrictions is a special advantage of investing on the Internet platforms, compared to other tools for raising capital from a wide range of investors, including individuals. This remote Internet algorithm for retail investment financing allows you to attract capital at a price that corresponds to the profitability of projects and, as a rule, is lower than the average bank interest rate for a loan. Conclusions: the conclusions and assessments on the content of the new Russian legislation are formulated. Based on the critical analysis of the scientific works of the economists and lawyers, the authors formulate the definitions of a special algorithm for remote investments from a wide range of subjects, as well as the tools for remote interaction of investors and investment organizers in the Internet space of modern Russia.

In this sixth instalment of the Going Digital Series, we share our experiences of using computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) software, which was researched and piloted following the outbreak of COVID-19 and the subsequent need for improved remote data collection practices. CATI is a survey technique in which interviews are conducted via a phone call, using an electronic device to follow a survey script and enter the information collected. This paper looks at the experience of piloting the technique in phone interviews with women in Kirkuk Governorate, Iraq.

Digitisation is the practice of converting physical information into a digital (computer-readable format), by using digital technologies to modify the existing structure by enhancing the efficiency of an organisational process, foster reliability, and quality. This is a method of incorporating conventional records into a digitised form by eliminating redundancies and limiting the communications chain. This will help to improve accessibility and simplify better information exchange for users. The beginning of a digital revolution in any establishment is to appraise the manual methods with the view to improve and graduate to a user-friendly modern system. Digital workflow is a progressive, reliable arrangement of data, procedures, and responsibilities that make information is more permanent and management easy to access and enable the preservation of crucial data. This research set out to support workflow audit by revealing specific indicators to assist in processes that will enhance digital migration.
