Hydraulic transmission bicycle is a new type of vehicle. It is crucial for founding an effective method of rapid development for new product. The concept drafting of hydraulic transmission bicycle was drawn, the multiple layer assembly model was built based on parametric feature modeling technique, the skeleton model and total design of hydraulic transmission bicycle was accomplished by top-down method and drawings of relevant parts based on three-dimensional model were created. The result shows that top-down method provides a new idea to improve the rapid design of product’s updates.

In order to establish the three-dimensional model of the crankshaft piston group, the application of characteristic modeling method was proposed directly through the designer to extract features from the BULL operations, and finally form a part model of the design and definition. Analysis of the expression of the crankshaft features and characteristics of the link, use Pro-E to build a diesel engine crankshaft and the piston rod group of feature modeling. a new three-dimensional assembly drawings was built. It provide a new design ideas for reserachers.

This article describes the development of a new three-dimensional model of the British building stock, called ‘3DStock’. The model differs from other 3D urban and stock models, in that it represents explicitly and in detail the spatial relationships between ‘premises’ and ‘buildings’. It also represents the pattern of activities on different floors within buildings. The geometrical/geographical structure of the model is assembled automatically from two existing national data sets. Additional data from other sources including figures for electricity and gas consumption are then attached. Some sample results are given for energy use intensities. The first purpose of the model is in the analysis of energy use in the building stock. With actual energy data for very large numbers of premises, it is possible to take a completely new type of statistical approach, in which consumption can be related to a range of characteristics including activity, built form, construction and materials. Models have been built to date of the London Borough of Camden and the cities of Leicester, Tamworth and Swindon. Work is in progress to extend the modelling to other parts of Britain. Because of the coverage of the data, this will be limited however to England and Wales.

With the rapid development of the subgrade or the foundation over recent years in China, there is a growing tendency for tall building to orient its directions to the more numbers of plies, much higher and more complex in plane layout. Moreover, some buildings adopt tube structure or bundled tube structure and so on to diversified development. The changing-rigidity of ground or foundation has obvious effects on superstructure when the buildings act on much higher and huge type. Therefore, in view of this, taking the bundled-tube structure of super high building for example in the paper, the method, equal the bundled tube structure of super high building and its foundation to stiffening-thin wall-combination, is adopted, then based on the three-dimensional model, the rigidity of subgrade and foundation’s effect on superstructure are given by calculation with semi-analysis. The calculated result indicated that there exist remarkable influence on sideway of the top end, the sideway between layers, the warp of the tube and the stresses between the subgrade and the bottom of the foundation.

A batch mixer is considered. The feasibility of developing a new type of mixers is presented. A literary review of domestic and foreign authors on this subject is made. The author's kinematic scheme of the mixer is presented. It describes the effect on the material mixed in the mixing chamber with respect to two mutually perpendicular horizontal axes. Movement features of material in the mixer suggest the presence of elements of the gyroscopic effect. Rotation of the mixing chamber is carried out by means of belt, chain and conical transmission. The resulting complex spatial motion of the material particles can be controlled by a frequency converter and the selection of appropriate gears. An algorithm for modeling the conical transmission for a mixer with a bi-directional rotational effect on the material is presented. Bevel gear is set on the carrier. Preliminary experimental studies have been conducted. A three-dimensional model of the bevel gear is presented. Adjustment of the installation dimensions is shown. A three-dimensional model of a bevel gear transmission, using the NX software product, is supplemented with a table for its calculation and an initial stocking model. The practical implementation of bevel gears in metal is shown. conclusions on modeling are made.

This paper has designed a new type of mechanical structure for a coin-wrapping machine; It’s three-dimensional model has been established by Pro / E 3D modeling software and the kinematic of the Integrated model analysis has been carried out. The simulation results have shown that the coin wrapping process can be simplified and the efficiency can also be improved with the new structure, thereby reducing the costs.

The thermal and hydraulic performances of working fluid in three corrugated channels have been investigated, numerically by a three-dimensional model with a new-type corrugation Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE)—double chevron-type PHE (DCPHE). The heat transfer character, the flow resistance and the Performance Evaluation Criteria (PEC) of the working fluid in double chevron-type PHE have been discussed; Results showed that the double chevron-type PHE with 2:1 of corrugation ratio was better one

Parts information of steel bridge with tens of thousands of parts is difficult to be managed and be executed statistics. On the platform of three-dimensional CAD systems, steel bridge node is the study object in this paper, according to the assembly relationship of all parts in the three-dimensional assembly model, the parts list, quantity, geometrical information and weight of the parts of the steel bridge nodes are extracted from a three-dimensional model by the application interface provided by three-dimensional CAD systems. On the basis of geometrical information of the parts, the minimum boundary dimension of the parts is computed by use of the principle of computer graphics. The method can rapidly and accurately obtain parts information, and can provide basis for assembly process and processing technology.

With the rapid development of power type LED, the issue of the cooling of LED has been prominent. How to make the heat generated by LED chip go out quickly in order to cool the LED chip has become an urgent problem. The form of heat goes through the substrate has been widely used and has become the best way to solve the heat problem. There are three types of LED substrate. They are metal substrate, ceramic substrate and composite substrate. At first, In this paper I analyze the theoretical of three-dimensional non-steady state and steady state heat conduction equation, then the three-dimensional model is simplified as one-dimensional model and I get the results of heat conduction equation under the one-dimensional stationary and non-steady state.
