This paper has designed a new type of mechanical structure for a coin-wrapping machine; It’s three-dimensional model has been established by Pro / E 3D modeling software and the kinematic of the Integrated model analysis has been carried out. The simulation results have shown that the coin wrapping process can be simplified and the efficiency can also be improved with the new structure, thereby reducing the costs.

The article presents the use of the new Monte Carlo Serpent code for 3D modeling of the WWER-1000 reactor core. Core models for the first loading of RNPP4 and the 28th loading of SUNPP3, the fuel assemblies’ models of different manufacturers were developed and presented. Considerable attention was paid to the detailed modeling of the upper, lower and side reflectors. Validation calculations of the Monte Carlo Serpent code for the WWER-1000 reactor were performed on the basis of the first RNPP4 loading. For the 28th loading of SUNPP3, albedo coefficients for radial and axial reflectors were obtained.

Established the dynamics simulation analysis model of crane hoisting mechanism based on the theory of dynamics in Adams software, and then through the three dimensional model of lifting mechanism dynamics entities, the constraints, load, drive can be added, the motion law can be defined to simulation analysis the change of the force of wire rope, the change of displacement, velocity and acceleration of lifting weight in the lifting process. On the basis of the simulation results, it can make a great improvement for the structure of crane and provide a meaningful theoretical reference for the hoisting machinery innovation design.

The tool falling and vibration faults often occur in the process of tool changing, In order to improve the stability of the tools on automatic tool changer, a new structure of the manipulator is presented. The new manipulator contains two-point locking instead of the original one-point locking, and the tools can be clamped more tightly. When the old manipulator is slotting the tool, the forces are analyzed, and the working load and parameters is determined by calculating and analyzing the output curve of manipulator. The three-dimensional model is built in ADMS, and the validity of the new designed manipulator is verified by the simulation in a limit state. The simulation result shows that the new manipulator can increase the ability of tool clamping effectively.

Mining has a nearly relation with the development of our country and people’s life, in order to improve the informationization of the mining, in this study, realize modeling the objects of the mining by dividing them into four parts, point, line, surface and body models, according to the characteristics of the ground environment and the types of the entities in the mining area. Then, study the methods and realize the modeling and visualization of the ground scene of the mining area by using the technology, ArcEngine, ADO and three-dimensional model. By verifying, this method has better simulation results.

Two kinds of three-dimensional model are built to simulate the gas entrainment process through a small break in the horizontal coolant pipe at the bottom of the stratified flow. The results were compared with the two-dimensional simulation results and the experimental data. In terms of the two-phase distribution, the simulation results agree well with the experimental data and show much superiority compared with the two-dimensional model. The results verify the reliability of model building, condition setting and calculating method qualitatively and quantitatively. In general, after gas entrainment, the average velocity over cross section increases obviously, but the mass flow rate decreases contrarily. This is because that void fraction meanwhile reduces the fluid density. In addition, it is found that the larger the void fraction of vapor is, the higher the average discharge velocity of the fracture cross-section fluid is. Besides, with the larger internal and external pressure difference, the gas volume fraction and the flow velocity in the break increase, resulting in the mass flow rate increasing along with them. However, since the critical height increases as well, the total loss amount of liquid in the stable effluent stage decreases, and the time before entrainment becomes shorter.

Hydraulic transmission bicycle is a new type of vehicle. It is crucial for founding an effective method of rapid development for new product. The concept drafting of hydraulic transmission bicycle was drawn, the multiple layer assembly model was built based on parametric feature modeling technique, the skeleton model and total design of hydraulic transmission bicycle was accomplished by top-down method and drawings of relevant parts based on three-dimensional model were created. The result shows that top-down method provides a new idea to improve the rapid design of product’s updates.

The survey in underwater environment has always presented considerable difficulties both operative and technical and this has sometimes made it difficult to use the techniques of survey commonly used for the documentation of Cultural Heritage in dry environment. The work of study concerns the evaluation in terms of capability and accuracy of the Autodesk123DCatch software for the reconstruction of a three-dimensional model of an object in underwater context. The subjects of the study are models generated from sets of photographs and sets of frames extracted from video sequence. The study is based on comparative method, using a reference model, obtained with laser scanner technique.

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of hydraulic calculation of the heat accumulator in the software environment for 3D modeling - SolidWorks. Based on the results of the calculation, the values of the distribution of the velocities of the water flow and the distribution of the static pressure in the given plane of the heat accumulator were obtained, which eventually made it possible to identify the problem areas in the three-dimensional model and obtain the values of the pressure difference.

The V-groove angle of the machine is considered as one of important factors affecting the processing and the ball’s precision. To study its effect, the three-dimensional model of RDP lapping machine is built and a series of simulations at different V-groove angles are carried out, using the software ADAMS based on the RDP principle. The influence of three parameters including spin angle, spin angular velocity and revolution angular velocity are discussed by observing and analyzing the simulation results. It is concluded that some optimized V-groove angles can improve the sphericity of ball; some ones can induce the balls to move back and roll during some periods of the processing.
