According to the principle of equivalent surface area and Nyquist sampling theorem, this paper introduces the method which takes PIC18F2431 SCM as the control center in details, and it forms Single-phase sine inverter power supply by adopting the principle of equivalent surface area directly. This method that can be widely used in controlling Single-phase AC motor speed is simple and cost-effective.

In the countryside of China, the main power supply mode is 220V single-phase power, which affects the widely application of three-phase agricultural appliances. What’s more, it means a block to the development of modern agriculture. However, frequency converter technique research is focused on three-phase high power frequency conversion technology at present, and there are very few achievements on the agricultural low power single-phrase frequency conversion research. In this paper, considering the difficulty of widely application of agricultural low power three-phase AC motor because it is not easy to obtain the three-phase power supply, a three-phase AC frequency conversion system under the condition of agricultural 220V single-phase AC power is designed, which can achieve the stepless regulation of the voltage amplitude and guarantee the widely use of the three-phase AC motor under the condition of agricultural 220V singlephase AC power. The experimental results show that the system can output the controlled three-phase AC power when the input is 220V single-phase AC power. And the rational design of the system hardware also provides the technical support for the application of agricultural low power frequency conversion.

Microgrids can be used for securing the supply of power during network outages. Underground cabling of distribution networks is another effective but conventional and expensive alternative to enhance the reliability of the power supply. This paper first presents an analysis method for the determination of microgrid power supply adequacy during islanded operation and, second, presents a comparison method for the overall cost calculation of microgrids versus underground cabling. The microgrid power adequacy during a rather long network outage is required in order to indicate high level of reliability of the supply. The overall cost calculation considers the economic benefits and costs incurred, combined for both the distribution network company and the consumer. Whereas the microgrid setup determines the islanded-operation power adequacy and thus the reliability of the supply, the economic feasibility results from the normal operations and services. The methods are illustrated by two typical, and even critical, case studies in rural distribution networks: an electric-heated detached house and a dairy farm. These case studies show that even in the case of a single consumer, a microgrid option could be more economical than network renovation by underground cabling of a branch in order to increase the reliability.

According to the change of resistivity and magnetic permeability of iron load which will influence the resonance frequency in the process of induction heating, this paper presents a frequency tracking system based on the 74HC4046. It can control the output frequency of the power supply in real time, and make the power output frequency to trace the resonance frequency of load. This paper also analyses the phase compensation of the control system, and proposes a new way of phase compensation. The corresponding simulation experiment is done finally. It provides the theory basis to analyze and design an inverter power supply.
