With the continuous progress of science and technology, manufacturing has been a huge space for development. Nowadays numerical control system is widely used in manufacturing. Numerical control system is actually manufacturing control system. By actual information required, with decoded by computer, after information processing It will the process control operations of machine tools to process out the right components. With more complexity of manufacturing, we have higher requirements to pretreatment data of numerical control system. This paper will focus on numerical control algorithm and hardware system to study.

A country's level of Nc machine tool and ownership, is to measure the level of manufacturing and industrial modernization level of important indicators, is also an important index to measure national comprehensive competitiveness. Therefore, how to better use and maintenance of Nc machine tool is an important issue. At present, the status of the monitoring of computerized numerical control machine tools is still in the initial stage, and there is no uniform standard for fault early warning and diagnosis of machine tools. A standardized and comprehensive machine tool condition monitoring method based on energy fault tree analysis is proposed. The power, current and temperature inside the numerical control system and the signal of the external vibration sensor are collectively referred to as energy. A new energy fault tree is used to identify the location of the fault. At the same time, the client of computerized numerical control system internal information collection and analysis is developed. The characteristic frequency of each key component is analysed by theoretical mechanics, and an overall monitoring method is proposed to improve the monitoring efficiency. Finally, the reliability of the monitoring method is verified by experiments. The surface roughness of the parts is reduced by approximately 50%, which lays the foundation for the application of the engineering.

An open numerical control system was built based on DMC movement controller. The system was simple and practical for most common CNC machine tools transform. The open numerical control system was introduced, the hardware connection and user interface program were designed combined with CA6140 lathe. The constructed CNC system has general functions of CNC system, the jog and interpolated motion can be realized, and this open control system can reach the requirements of customer. The experiments indicate that the open numerical control system can be applied to other machine tools, it has certain efficiency and usability.

The numerical control machine tool, which is a typical energy-using product, because there are all sorts of energy loss and auxiliary functions, has low efficiency in machining process. Author makes a study of NC machine tool energy consumption controlling. With simens840Dsl numerical control system as an example, based on the analysis of CNC system control principle, according to processing characteristic of the part, the macro program is wrote to optimize dynamic characteristics of NC machine tool. According to the machine idle time in different work condition, three energy-saving control profiles are formulated, including machine standby, NC standby, auto shut off. By the formulation of the corresponding PLC control logic, low energy consumption of intelligent control of NC machine tool is realized. Integrate PAC3200/4200 multi-function meter in NC machine tools, quantitative measurement and analysis of energy consumption for numerical control system and ancillary equipment can be implemented, and machine tool real-time energy data can be obtained. This scheme has been successfully applied in long-men portable CNC machine tools, and obtained the ideal effect: to realize the optimize control of energy consumption, improve the performance of the machine tool, become more market competitiveness.

Chinese spinning technology has developed for more than 40 years. Especially in recent years, various kinds of spinning equipment have been developed and contributed a lot to Chinese equipment manufacturing industry, but it is blank in the light industry and civil industry. Due to the high cost and programming complexity of NC machine tools, we have no dedicated spinning machine and mostly rely on simple manual in the lampcover production. As to the above problems, we developed the lampcover NC spinning machines that can generate the track automatically and complete automatic control in the machining process.

This paper proposes a new real time error compensation implementation method for CNC machine tools. The proposed method reduces the complexity of compensation system significantly, which takes full advantage of numerical control system. The Compensation Control software is developed based on original Human-Machine-Interface software of Siemens 840D numerical control system. Meanwhile, the compensation controller shares the CPU of with the Man-Machine-Communication module. Due to it hardly needs any external devices except some necessary sensors, the proposed compensation strategy greatly reduces the cost of building a compensation system and the stability of compensation system is enhanced accordingly. Experiments have been conducted and the results show that the proposed method can improve the accuracy of machine tools dramatically.

Technology macro-program application in numerical control is the secondary development tool which numerical control system manufacturers supported to the customers. It is the highest manual approach of numerically controlled lathe programming. This article introduces the programming process of macro-program parabola machining. Through practicing and researching the key functionality of the macro-program parabola machining, we can effective and reasonable master this ability and greatly increase the working ability of numerical control lathe.
