In modern building, it is the irresistible trend to combine intelligence and ecology, for such intelligence-ecology building, ecology is goal and intelligence is method. In such building, comfortable for human being and natural environment preservation is not conflict. In order to achieve the ecology goal, which means energy-saving, environmental-protection, green-earth, and to utilize the natural resource in most efficient ways, it has to use the intelligent technology. In intelligence-ecology building, the comfortable for human body and zero-consumption of energy can be accomplished simultaneously by using intelligent technology to raise the solar energy usage substantially and to utilize the clean energy efficiently in heating, ventilating, refrigerating, and power- generating.

At present, resources and environment situation is not optimistic in our country, therefore, the 11th five-year plan outline points out "energy conservation and emissions reduction. The use of solar energy, wind energy, hydrogen and other clean energy power generation technology continues to advance, at the same time, the use of idle energy for power generation is increasing attention. When the car passes through the deceleration strip, it can make the idle energy into power, which is very much in line with the concept of energy saving and emission reduction. This article will introduce the present situation and development prospect of road deceleration strip to generate power.

Energy saving today is an integral part of the development strategy of agricultural organizations. Considerable attention is paid to the modernization and automation of technological processes in agricultural enterprises, which can improve the quality of work and reduce the cost of production. The direction of modernization is to reduce the consumption of electric energy by improving the water treatment system in livestock complexes. (Research purpose) The research purpose is to determine the potential of solar energy used in the Nizhny Novgorod region and to determine the possibility of its use for water heating in livestock complexes and to consider the cost-effectiveness of using a device to heat water through solar energy. (Materials and methods) Authors used an improved algorithm of Pixer and Laszlo, applied in the NASA project «Surface meteorology and Energy», which allows to calculate the optimal angle of inclination of the device for heating water. (Results and discussion) Designed a mock-up of a livestock complex with a solar water heater installed on the roof, protected by patent for invention No. 2672656. A mathematical model was designed experimentally to predict the results of the plant operation in non-described modes. (Conclusions) The article reveales the optimal capacity of the circulation pump. Authors have created a mathematical model of the device that allows to predict the water heating in a certain period of time. The article presents the calculations on the energy and economic efficiency of using a solar water heater. An electric energy saving of about 30 percent, in the economic equivalent of 35 percent.

Man consists of two elements, namely body and spirit, so that human beings are jasiman and ruhiyah at once. Hummans are also part of one element of the elements that exist in an educational process. Three element include the soul, the mind, the heart, and the human body. Humman and education, can not be separated from each other. Both are an interconnected entity, human as the perpetrator and education as a syistem in the process to achieve the goal of education itself. Mental health education requires alignment and harmony in various stages and sectors as well as attention to the three elements that exist in the human self that is the physical element (psychomotor) which includes body building, skill (skill) and sexual education, the spiritual element (affective) which includes the formation of faith, and iradah (the will), the element of reason (cognitive) which includes the coaching of intelligence and the provision of knowledge. The purpose of writing this research is to know and analyze thoughts about the concept of life education perspective Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyyah. Soul education is considered successful, if one's soul has reached the degree of nafs muthmainnah, which has three main characteristics that mutually reinforce one another, namely; (1) a faithful soul to God, (2) a patient soul, (3) a soul that is self-serving to Allah (tawakal). Through the process of mental education which includes: the foundation of theology, the purpose of mental education, integrated curriculum / manhaj at-takamul, appropriate methods and applicable according to its stages, such as: takhliyah stages, tahliyah stages, muhasabah an-nafs, dzikrullah, and tahqiq 'ubudiyah. So that from the process will give birth ihsan attitude, and will increase the piety in worship, both related to God and those related to humans and the surrounding natural environment. Because, the essence of ihsan attitude itself is upholding 'ubudiyah.

The most important benefit of solar energy is renewable and low pollutant source of energy (clean energy). Solar energy technology and research are developing fast and much of the technology needed for these applications in industry and agricultures is already available. Solar drying technology (SDT) is one of the most attractive and promising applications of solar energy technology. In this paper, the various performances of SDTs in Indonesia are summarized with details. Generally, the cabinet-type and tunnel-type SDTs are remarkably well suited to drying small quantities of vegetables and fruit on the household scale. Greenhouse and hybrid SDTs are suitable for use on a large scale by industries.

Cyprus focuses on increasing the share of its renewable energy resources from 13.9% in 2020 to 22.9% in 2030, with solar energy exploitation systems to be one of the main pillars of this effort, due to the high solar potential of the island. In this study, we investigated the effect of clouds as well as aerosols, and especially dust, on the downwelling surface solar irradiation in terms of Global Horizontal Irradiation (GHI) and Direct Normal Irradiation (DNI). In order to quantify the effects of clouds, aerosols and dust on different surface solar radiation components, we used the synergy of satellite derived products for clouds, high quality and fine resolution satellite retrievals of aerosols and dust from the newly developed MIDAS dataset, and radiative transfer modeling (RTM). GHI and DNI climatologies have been also developed based on the above information. According to our findings, clouds attenuate ~25 – 30% of annual GHI and 35 – 50% of annual DNI, aerosols attenuate 5 – 10% and 15 – 35% respectively, with dust being responsible for 30 – 50% of the overall attenuation by aerosols. The outcomes of this study are useful for installation planning and for estimating the PV and CSP performance on a short-term future basis, helping towards improved penetration of solar energy exploitation systems in the electric grid of Cyprus. Furthermore, they are strongly linked to Affordable and Clean Energy (SDG 7) which has a central role in national climate plans and requires services in energy meteorology, climate applications of satellite data, and providing high quality wind and radiation data.

Acknowledgements

This study was funded by the EuroGEO e-shape (grant agreement No 820852) and EXCELSIOR (grant agreement No 857510)

Energy saving can be maximized by rectifying the intermediate conversion processes involved during the utilization of solar energy. The system eliminates the transformation of electrical form of solar energy into another form by directly utilizing its electrical energy in the management and control of power supplies obtained from renewable (solar) and conventional (mains) energy sources. A current control scheme is presented in which current delivered by solar supply is used to control the current in mains supply in such a way that both currents are inversely proportional to each other. Any increment in solar current opposes mains current in the same proportion and vice versa. A balanced common physical output is resulted from the electrical load supplied by each source separately. A natural variation in solar radiation is utilized to fluctuate the solar current which is further used to change the mains current. Energy saving is maximized in this supply management by the optimal utilization of solar energy.
