Low Carbon Economy and Sustainable Development of Sports Industry

It proposes that the environmental, ethics on sustainable development of sports industry and explore the path of sustainable development of sports industry through elaborating the environmental crisis caused from development of sports industry, expounding the connotation of low carbon economy and analyzing the immanent correlation, between low carbon economy and sports industry based on the perspective of environmental ethics. This paper suggest that development of sports industry need rely on low carbon economy, low carbon economy is the fundamental security to realize the sustainable development of sports industry, the sustainable development of sports industry will be achieved only complying with environmental ethics standard, reasonable using social resources and natural resources, by establishing the idea of green environmental protection, improving both morality and law regulate the market, strengthening the industry self-regulation and supervision, promoting economical consumption idea and other means to develop low carbon economic.

Low-carbon economy is a new path which our country is taking to develop economy. As one of the provinces in the southeast coast of China, Fujian develop a low-carbon economy directly relating to the transformation of its economic growth, conservation of energy, improvement of productivity, innovation of technology and so on. We can say that the development of low-carbon economy directly affects the sustainable development of economy and society in Fujian province of China. Therefore, firstly, we believe that government and enterprise should optimize the allocation of resource and improve the utilization of resource. Secondly, the tax policies are supposed to adjust to stimulate the development of environmental protection industry. Thirdly, government should accelerate the construction of infrastructures. Fourthly, the legal system needs to be built and perfected so as to promote the development of low-carbon economy. At last, the investment of techniques is supposed to increase to a certain degree, and the ability of innovation and management of enterprises should be promoted to adapt the development of low-carbon economy of Fujian province.

The connotation of green printing and packaging was discussed, the fact was clarified that green printing and packaging was the inevitable trend of the sustainable development of printing and packaging industry in a low-carbon economy. The major problem faced with the current printing and packaging industry was analysed, effective measures were provided to actively promote the development of green printing and packaging industry, which gives some theoretical guidance to accelerate the development of green printing and packaging.

It is introduced the problems that coal mines in China are facing now, including the heavy taxes, the enormous amount of workers, the inefficient supervision and being easily effected by the policy. It is suggested that the government should make some policy which are good for the sustainable development of coal mine, and the government should encourage coal mine to adjust their industry in a scientific way, also it is good to reward the coal mine which are run in a low carbon economy model. During the process to build a sustainable coal mine, attention should be paid that it is a course of events which couldnt be accomplished immediately, time is needed to finish the goal of sustainable development of coal mine in China.

Low-carbon tourism, as a new tourism type, is evolved from the background of the low-carbon economy. Located in the west part of Gansu Province, Gannan is endowed with favorably inborn conditions for the development of low-carbon tourism, for its economic development is comparatively backward and the amount of incoming tourists is limited. The paper made an analysis on the base of existing tourism circumstances in Gannan, the frailty of its ecological environment and the destruction made by the tourists to prove the idea that development and persistence of low-carbon tourism in Gannan will push the sustainable development of the tourism further in this area. At the end of this paper, several practicable suggestions are advanced for the development of low-carbon tourism in Gannan.
