the modern Inverter-driven technology has been applied in energy-saving control for injection molding machine. Aimming at the complex control of system because of its multiple input multiple output, strongly nonlinearity, some volatility parameters and uncertainty factor , the adaptive fuzzy PID compound control is put forward from the viewpoint of energy-conditioning. Using the above method, the control system have better dynamic characteristics and stability, strong robustness and adaptability. Experiment results show that the method can effectively improve energy-saving technology for the injection molding machine.

The main energy-saving method of injection molding machine is that variable-frequency technology, variable pump system, servo control technology or energy accumulator is used to improve the hydraulic system and the efficiency of effective energy used on a hydraulic-driven system. At present, a larger development has been achieved in the injection molding machine energy-saving technology, but there are still some shortcomings, in order to better promote the research and development of energy-saving technology of injection molding machines, the characteristics of various energy-saving means of plastic injection molding machines is summarized and on this basis that the development direction of energy-saving technology of injection molding machines is put forward.

This thesis paper proposes the theory of compound control system to solve the problems of slow dynamic response, low system control precision, and reduced productivity in the process of speed regulation generated because of the frequency conversion renovation in the injection molding machine, and deduces it with mathematical modeling based on the qualitative theories of ordinary differential equations. My conclusions indicate that to adopt the compound control system can largely improve its steady state and precision, and increase its dynamic response speed.

The energy-saving effect of the injection molding machine energy-saving reformation project was measured in a factory. Based on the analysis of the project energy-saving principle, analyzed the energy-saving rate of the reformed injection molding machine in case of producing different products. The test results show that the active power saving rate is 50% under the load condition, the active power saving rate is more than 75% under the no-load condition and energy-saving effect is more obvious under the no-load condition. Finally, analyzed the power quality impact caused by the energy-saving equipment on the distribution network, put forward some suggestions for improvement.

Background: One of the most common manufacturing equipment for polymer product is injection molding machine. In order to ensure the precise, stable and continuous operation of the injection molding machine, the maintenance of the lubrication system must be done well. The stability, reliability, rationality and low noise performance of the lubrication system of injection molding machine directly affect the quality of injection products, dimensional accuracy, molding cycle, working environment and maintenance. Objective: The purpose of this study is to introduce the methods of choice, maintenance of lubricating oil for injection molding machine from many literatures and patents in the recent years, such as lubricating oil device, lubricating composite and structure. Methods: An example of the 260M5 automatic injection molding machine is introduced for the inspection and maintenance of the lubrication system including lubricating oil and lubricating grease. Results: To ensure the lubrication of the injection molding machine, it needs to strictly observe the lubrication time and modulus of the injection molding machine. It needs to strictly control the temperature rise of the lubricating oil and select the correct lubricating oil and grease to ensure the lubrication quality. Conclusion: In the operation of the injection molding machine, it is necessary to check that the lubricating oil is sufficient and the lubricating points are working properly. It ensures sufficient lubrication of the injection molding machine and strictly observes the lubrication time and modulus of the injection molding machine. The stored lubricating oil should be sealed well to prevent air pollution.
