This paper presents the dynamic characteristics analysis of a rigid body system with spatial multi-point elastic supports, as well as the sensitivity analysis of support parameters. A rigid object is characterized by six degrees-of-freedom (DOFs) motions and considering the spatial location vector decomposition of elastic supports, a rigid body system dynamic model with spatial multi-point elastic supports is derived via the Lagrangian energy method. The system modal frequencies are calculated, and to be verified by finite element modal analysis results. Next, based on the above-mentioned model, system modal frequencies are obtained under different support locations, where the support stiffness components are different. Interpolate the stiffness components corresponding to each support location, calculate system modal frequencies, and the response surface model (RSM) for system modal frequencies is established. Further, based on the RSM modal analysis results, the allowable support location for the system modal insensitive area can be obtained. At last, a lubricating oil-tank system with four supports is taken as an example, and the effects of support spatial locations and stiffness components on the system inherent characteristics are discussed. This present work can provide a basis for the dynamic design of the spatial location and stiffness for this type of installation structures.

The sliding bearing is an important component in machines. The characteristics of the oil film fluid of the sliding bearing is the key factor affecting lubrication, which will affect the wear and reliability of the sliding bearing. Herein, the lubricating oil of the sliding bearing is studied, the oil film flow model considering the cavitation effect is established, the pressure and temperature distribution of the oil film under different rotational speeds is explored, and its influence on oil film pressure and temperature are analyzed. Furthermore, wear tests are carried out to measure the wear amount of the bearing bush under different rotational speeds, and the influence of the fluid characteristics of the lubricating oil film on bearing wear is explored. The simulation and experimental study in this paper can provide a reference for the design of sliding bearings.

Aiming at solving the acquisition problems of wear particle data of large-modulus gear teeth and few training datasets, an integrated model of LCNNE based on transfer learning is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the wear particles are diagnosed and classified by connecting a new joint loss function and two pretrained models VGG19 and GoogLeNet. Subsequently, the wear particles in gearbox lubricating oil are chosen as the experimental object to make a comparison. Compared with the other four models’ experimental results, the model superiority in wear particle identification and classification is verified. Taking five models as feature extractors and support vector machines as classifiers, the experimental results and comparative analysis reveal that the LCNNE model is better than the other four models because its feature expression ability is stronger than that of the other four models.

Taking the lubrication system of rotary tillage engine as the research object, this paper makes a three-dimensional simulation study on the oil flow characteristics in the lubricating oil passage. The oil supply of the oil pump shall be greater than the circulating oil required by the lubrication system to ensure the lubrication of the rotary cultivator. Lubrication system is an important part to ensure the reliability and durability of rotary cultivator. The key component to achieve its performance is the oil pump. The geometric model of lubricating oil flow field in rotary tiller lubrication system is established by using FLUENT software. The results show that the pressure drop in the lubricating oil passage of the main bearing is the largest under the same working conditions. In the oil passage of the cylinder head, the pressure drop of the front main oil passage is the largest and the oil discharge is the largest. Add 1.6mm oil pump rotor on the basis of the thickness of the original oil pump rotor, the oil flow at the connecting rod nozzle reaches the flow index of the original rotary cultivator, and there is no cylinder pulling phenomenon of the rotary cultivator.
