In this paper, PC9S12XS128 MCU produced by Freescale Semiconductor Co., Ltd is used as the core control unit to designed a intelligent vehicle, which can be free to follow the line of travel. The main control system including motor drive module, server drive module, the path identification module, power module, etc..Through compare a variety of hardware control program, use the best program to take control of car model’s speed and direction. Experimental results show that the intelligent vehicle designed can antomatic driving on the path of human plan accuracy.

With the continuous development of LED technology, LED is more and more applied to different fields such as lighting, control. In view of today's ential safety hazard brought by illegal driving, drunk driving and driver’s fatigue driving which lead to the occurrence of automobile rear-end collision and other problems, it put forward a economic, practical treatment and control system, and gave the reasonable design of intelligent vehicle control system based on LED technology and solutions. The system used SCM Atmega16 as the core, combined with LED and communication technology to realize all functions. After tested, it works well.

This thesis has designed a temperature/humidity remote system which takes Micro controller Unit AT89S51 as the core control unit. The system consists of Micro controller Unit, SHT75 temperature/humidity sensor, Rok 101 007 wireless transceiver and PC data display modules. The system can detect and control temperature/humidity in the room of Bikram's yuga remotely to create an environment suitable for fitness in high temperature.

In this paper, the intelligent vehicle control system’s design based on HCS12X MCU.The Multi-sensor combination technology be used in this control system. This system can control vehicle's position and Navigate the vehicle with GPS, vision sensor and laser radar sensor. This control system have an optimal decision in safety, reliability and handleability. The experiment showed that the smart vehicle can driving in the designed road by itself.

IC- (Integrated circuits) sorting machine is a kind of special equipment used for testing, classifying and grading IC chips, which is of significances in IC industry. Traditionally, IC- sorting machine is controlled by industry personal computer (IPC), which bears disadvantages such as large size and high cost. By contrast, the control system for IC-sorting machines presented in this paper is based on micro control unit (MCU), which is of relatively high reliability as well as high stability but low cost. First, we gave an outline of the configuration and operation principle of the sorting machine. Second, the input and output (I/O) signals that should be controlled were classified. Last but not least, the control strategy was presented both from the hardware side and the software side. In terms of the hardware design, touch screen was adopted as the human interface device (HID) for the sake of convenience, and isolated power module as well as optical isolated module were applied to improve the anti- electro magnetic interference (EMI) performance; In terms of software design, mechanisms such as multi-task by-turn and timer interrupt delay were adopted to improve the operation efficiency.

This paper presents the design of a bilateral tracing intelligent car based on photoelectric sensors. The control system selects the 16-bit MC9S12XS128 microprocessor as the core controller; employs laser tube and receiving tube to detect the location and movement direction; applies fuzzy self-adaptive PD controller to control the servos; makes use of photoelectric encoder to examine the cars speed. Experimental results indicate that the intelligent car can run along the track steadily and rapidly.

A control system for the electric drive of roller tables has been developed. Basic electrical and connection diagrams have been developed. The characteristics of all devices included in the system are given. The main advantages of using frequency regulation are described. The algorithm of the control program is described in detail.
