The low-carbon economy has become a global issue today. By exploring the meaning of the concept of environmental finance theory and research, this paper introduces the practice of the financial industry for environmental protection. The practice may have both positive and negative aspects of a brief analysis of the financial turmoil on the cause of environmental protection impact. Then aiming at the subject of how to grasp the direction of sustainable development in the crisis and promote economic development，at the same time to guarantee the value of environment, has undergone a new study attempt.

A low-carbon economy reach is a win-win configuration of a kind of economy that zoology and economy coordinate development. This paper researches on the low carbon economy development based on the view of the logistics industry, therefore the paper discusses two respects: first, interaction mechanisms between the logistics and ecological environment; second, feedback relationship between the logistics and the economic development. However, the traditional logistics can only make economic development, but not be able to achieve environmental protection. Finally, it comes to the necessity of the development of the low-carbon logistics, in addition puts forward the methods and measures for the low-carbon logistics.

Sustainable development has become the key strategy in global economic development. Green package which plays a crucial role in developing low carbon economy, contributes a lot to sustainable development. Based on the principles of green package design—reduce , reuse, recycle and degradable, this paper is devoted to provide some suggestions on the practice of green package design from the following three perspectives: develop new technology to innovate product packaging terminal, adopt traditional Chinese packaging principles to promote Chinese green package design and adjust design idea to include package recycling design.

Low-carbon tourism, as a new tourism type, is evolved from the background of the low-carbon economy. Located in the west part of Gansu Province, Gannan is endowed with favorably inborn conditions for the development of low-carbon tourism, for its economic development is comparatively backward and the amount of incoming tourists is limited. The paper made an analysis on the base of existing tourism circumstances in Gannan, the frailty of its ecological environment and the destruction made by the tourists to prove the idea that development and persistence of low-carbon tourism in Gannan will push the sustainable development of the tourism further in this area. At the end of this paper, several practicable suggestions are advanced for the development of low-carbon tourism in Gannan.

Low-carbon economy is a new path which our country is taking to develop economy. As one of the provinces in the southeast coast of China, Fujian develop a low-carbon economy directly relating to the transformation of its economic growth, conservation of energy, improvement of productivity, innovation of technology and so on. We can say that the development of low-carbon economy directly affects the sustainable development of economy and society in Fujian province of China. Therefore, firstly, we believe that government and enterprise should optimize the allocation of resource and improve the utilization of resource. Secondly, the tax policies are supposed to adjust to stimulate the development of environmental protection industry. Thirdly, government should accelerate the construction of infrastructures. Fourthly, the legal system needs to be built and perfected so as to promote the development of low-carbon economy. At last, the investment of techniques is supposed to increase to a certain degree, and the ability of innovation and management of enterprises should be promoted to adapt the development of low-carbon economy of Fujian province.
