In the development of low-carbon economy, Shaanxi Province in many respects, such as the energy structure, level of social economic development and capital and technology are facing a series of challenges. But, in the meantime, in other respects, such as reductions in carbon emissions space, advantage of backwardness and rich natural resources etc, Shaanxi has the opportunity of developing low-carbon economy. Accordingly, Shaanxi should develop low carbon economy from the following aspects: optimize energy structure, vigorously promote energy conservation, low carbon technology, developing the tertiary industry and playing the advantage of solar and wind energy.

Sustainable development has become the key strategy in global economic development. Green package which plays a crucial role in developing low carbon economy, contributes a lot to sustainable development. Based on the principles of green package design—reduce , reuse, recycle and degradable, this paper is devoted to provide some suggestions on the practice of green package design from the following three perspectives: develop new technology to innovate product packaging terminal, adopt traditional Chinese packaging principles to promote Chinese green package design and adjust design idea to include package recycling design.

In the context of the increasingly severe global greenhouse effect, the “14th Five-Year Plan” proposes to “promote green development and promote harmonious coexistence between man and nature”, which provides a new platform for the faster and better development of low-carbon countries. The low-carbon economy has entered a high-quality stage of China’s economic development in the new era, which is of great significance to the overall green transformation of China’s economic and social development. In order to assess the development level of China’s low-carbon economy, this paper estimates the carbon emissions and carbon emission intensity of energy consumption from 2008 to 2017 and applies the LMDI model to decompose the influencing factors of carbon emissions, analyzes the contribution rate of driving factors, and proposes energy saving, emission reduction and low carbon. Developmental countermeasures. The results show that economic growth and energy intensity are the biggest driving factors for promoting and suppressing carbon emissions, respectively. Measures are taken to improve energy structure, increase utilization efficiency, develop low-carbon industries, and promote low-carbon life.

Low-carbon economy has become an inevitable tendency of economic development of human society. Starting from the basic conception of low-carbon economy and eco-agricultural tourism, the article analyzes the reasons why developing low-carbon eco-agricultural tourism is a certain choice to achieve sustainable development of tourism industry. Low-carbon tourism, as a new tourism type, is evolved from the background of the low-carbon economy. Located in the west part of Gansu Province, Gannan is endowed with favorably inborn conditions for the development of low-carbon tourism, for its economic development is comparatively backward and the amount of incoming tourists is limited. The paper made an analysis on the base of existing tourism circumstances in Gannan, the frailty of its ecological environment and the destruction made by the tourists to prove the idea that development and persistence of low-carbon tourism in Gannan will push the sustainable development of the tourism further in this area. At the end of this paper, several practicable suggestions are advanced for the development of low-carbon tourism in Gannan.

Low-carbon economy is a new path which our country is taking to develop economy. As one of the provinces in the southeast coast of China, Fujian develop a low-carbon economy directly relating to the transformation of its economic growth, conservation of energy, improvement of productivity, innovation of technology and so on. We can say that the development of low-carbon economy directly affects the sustainable development of economy and society in Fujian province of China. Therefore, firstly, we believe that government and enterprise should optimize the allocation of resource and improve the utilization of resource. Secondly, the tax policies are supposed to adjust to stimulate the development of environmental protection industry. Thirdly, government should accelerate the construction of infrastructures. Fourthly, the legal system needs to be built and perfected so as to promote the development of low-carbon economy. At last, the investment of techniques is supposed to increase to a certain degree, and the ability of innovation and management of enterprises should be promoted to adapt the development of low-carbon economy of Fujian province.
