This paper put emphasis on discuss some peculiarity of UML apply method of object-oriented design on B/S software system. And then based on the analysis of rational unified process, modeled B/S mode image processing software system with visio 2003 modeling tools; with iterative and agglomerate modeling scheme of UML, the framework of image processing software system, which set up the base of this system, and a scheme of B/S system modeling is hold and arranged.

From rest to exercise and from two-dimensional to three-dimensional, digital image processing software can be multi-angle, multi-dimension, multi-direction infiltration for the various fields of design, which has wide applications in every corner of digital media. Firstly, the digital image processing software can analyze the common digital processing system model. On the basis of the principle of RGB color histogram, it also can analyze its application in the ceramic design. According to the set of image transformation principle, the analysis of the geometric transformation plays an important role in in ceramic set, to provide the theoretical basis for the digital image processing software to a certain extent.

This paper introduces an acquiring and processing system of a new type of optical spectrometer based on vision technology. It mainly introduces the hardware structure to acquire the spectrums dispersed by the spectrometer, and the multi-spectrum image processing software as well. Of the different spectrum wavelengths ranges from 400nm to 740nm, the system can create both the color image and the 68 channels gray scale image. Virtual instruments technology is introduced into this system and it makes programming easier and faster by combining virtual instrument and vision technology. The programming of the image processing software uses LabVIEW platform.

We report on the development of a new image processing software system SPIDER (System for Processing of Image Data in Electron Microscopy and Related Fields). The need for a user-oriented software system for electron image processing has been previously recognized /1-4/. These systems have in common that they allow users with a minimum amount of computer experience to define complex operations on images. The present system runs under the PDP 11/45 RSX-11D (Digital Equipment Corp.) executive in a multi-user, multi-task environment. Image enhancement of large images (e.g., box convolution and point mapping operations) as well as structural electron microscopy (Fourier operations, 3-d reconstruction) had to be accommodated. Characteristic for the electron microscope application is the need to process series of images closely related to each other (defocus, tilting, and averaging series). In SPIDER, the images are read and transferred by magnetic tape from the microdensitometer to PDP 11 disk files.

AbstractIn this paper we present complete two-dimensional measurements of the observed brightness of the 9th November 1990Hαflare, using a PDS microdensitometer scanner and image processing software MIDAS. The resulting isophotal contour maps, were used to describe morphological-cum-temporal behaviour of the flare and also the kernels of the flare. Correlation of theHαflare with SXR and MW radiations were also studied.
