In recent years, China's coal industry accidents occur frequently, seriously affect the development of the coal industry, for the job site in the coal mine monitoring system installed several monitoring of coal mine production equipment to ensure safety and reliable operation of equipment. However, a plurality of building monitoring system meets some problems, such as reducing the waste of resources and production costs, and improve the level of safety management, the use of embedded technology designed S3c2440 based multi-protocol converter, prompting the original coal use different protocols and applications compatible with a variety of monitoring systems, monitoring of information data seamless transfer and access into the Ethernet switch, the status of the mine production equipment is transferred to the centralized control center for centralized management. Time and information are without doubt two key factors for successful coal mine emergency management. The advancement of information technology has brought new opportunities to improve coal mine safety. In this paper, a mobile coal mining safety monitoring system is introduced. The objective of the system is to help coal mine official acquire the real production environment data influencing mine safety in time anywhere and anytime thus be capable of responding to the matters arising immediately. The architecture of the system is proposed and it contains three layers including data acquisition layer, server application layer, and mobile client layer. Then, the system implementation details are elaborated. A use scenario is taken to demonstrate how the system can help safety official and relevant staff of the coal mine to respond to the changing mine production situation quickly and make time-critical decisions.

In order to improve the safety of coal mine production and ensure the safe working of production facilities, we propose a wireless monitoring system for coal mine safety called WMS. WMS adopts Bluetooth technology as its transmission protocol according to the coal mine environment. It is designed for collecting environmental parameters of coal mine and running status parameters of important production facilities. It transmits the collected data to the upper computer via wireless network based on Bluetooth. The upper computer receives the collected data and saves them for processing and displaying. Our research shows a new way for monitoring coal mine production and it is really efficient.

Along with the rapid increase of energy consumption of China, more attention has been paid to the CBM as one kind of clean and high-quality energy. CBM is the greatest threat to the coal mining. If CBM is extracted and well used before coal mining, the environment will be improved and gas explosion accident in coal mine will be obviously diminished. The exploit and advantage of CBM improves the coal field exploration degree and coal mine production safety and efficiency.

Intelligent unmanned mining is a key process in coal mine production, which has direct impact on the production safety, coal output, economic benefits and social benefits of coal mine enterprises. With the rapid development and popularization of 5G+ intelligent mines and coal mine intelligent equipment in China, the intelligentization of intelligent unmanned mining has become an important research topic. Especially with the promulgation of some Chinese policies and regulations, intelligent unmanned mining technology has become one of the key technologies of coal mine production. To understand the connotation, status quo and development trends of intelligent unmanned mining, this paper takes the relationship between key technologies and engineering application of intelligent unmanned mining in China as the perspective. It is proposed that the intelligent unmanned mining technology is in the whole process of working face mining. A research structure of unmanned follow-up operation and safe patrol is changing to the mode of intelligent adaptive mining, followed by the basic concepts and characteristics of intelligent unmanned mining. Relevant researches that maybe beneficial to the proposed research content are reviewed in four layers, which include basic theory, key technology, mining mode, and overall design system theory and technology. Finally, the current intelligent unmanned mining mode and future trends in this field in China are summarized.

In the process of coal-mine production, the self-ignition of left coal in goaf area has always been major disasters, and spawns amount of economic loss. As a consequence, it is necessary and essential to monitor the self-ignition of left coal in goaf. In consideration of the complex and poor environment of the goaf area, this thesis adopts ZigBee wireless sensor network instead of traditional fixed cable sensor network to monitor the self-ignition of coal goaf area. It has the advantages of wild covering, convenient layout and easy adapting to environment. In addition, counting on the revised routing algorithm, the whole wireless sensor network has obvious advantages of its network performance and low consumption, which makes the whole system monitor the self-ignition of left coal steadily and permanently.

The continuous use of coal resources in development has made mining more and more difficult, and put forward higher challenges to the mining process and the geological survey process. During the construction of coal mining projects, it is necessary to carry out effective measurement data, accurately improve the underground construction situation of the entire coal mine, make detailed data sorting of underground mines, and make correct judgments. Based on the actual situation, the thesis improves the accuracy in the process of coal mine geological survey, analyzes the related reasons, and adopts scientific measures to improve the maximization of coal mining.

Coal mine safety in China has witnessed marked improvement. Coal mining enterprises has embarked on a new phase of development with the number of accidents and fatalities continuing to reduce. Nevertheless, the safety situation in coal mines has not been fundamentally changed with catastrophic accidents still haunting coal miners and the country. Coal mine safety presupposes a sound safety culture. Given its pivotal role in strengthening coal mine safety capacity, this paper is devoted to analyzing the status of safety culture in the coal mine production, the function of safety culture, and the problems of safety culture construction for coal mine and working out for coal mining enterprises the pragmatic approaches to improving safety culture.

The production of coal mine environment is bad, very prone to various risk. In order to ensure the normal coal mining and production safety, the need for an important factor in the mine monitoring, real-time and effective such as temperature, wind speed, gas, dust, pressure and distance. Among them, the temperature acquisition and monitoring of the coal mining face and key parts of underground roadway, is to ensure that the monitoring project of the safety production in coal mine. In light of the current situation of practical work experience and mine temperature monitoring, design a kind of mine based on wireless sensor network as the core of the multi point temperature monitoring system, proved by practice, this system has many advantages such as high reliability, high precision and low energy consumption, the effective realization of the real-time and accurate temperature signal acquisition and monitoring of mine.
