In the era of cloud computing, cloud computing with mass storage sharing, rapid data processing and other advantages has been widely used in the field of education. The Educational cloud systems will play an important role in the development of education informatization. This paper selects educational cloud systems as the research subject, based on the status quo of educational cloud, and builds up a value assessment system to provide quantifiable and operational standards for the educational cloud systems, with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. This paper further proposes program and process recommendations for educational cloud systems in order to elevate its value and efficiency.

Maritime transportation, Turkey’s position in the sector and determining Turkey’s maritime transportation policy with the help of SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) - AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) integrated method is researched within all details. First of all, the maritime transportation and the position of Turkey in maritime transportation are indicated briefly. The progress and the position of maritime transportation in the world and the status of the maritime transportation in Turkey are all examined. Secondly, the method of the research is shown and SWOT - AHP integrated method is explained. After that, SWOT - AHP method has been performed to select the best alternative. Finally; it has been discovered that SO (using strengths to catch opportunities) is the best alternative that can determine Turkey’s maritime transportation policy rather than WO (using opportunities to avoid weaknesses), ST (using strengths to avoid threats) and WT (realizing weaknesses to avoid threats).

Background: Performing ergonomic positions in nursing care both directly and indirectly is very fundamental. However, it need the strategy to implement ergonomic positions for the nurses. Aims of research to determine strategies that can be applied by the Healthcare Department Management in the application of ergonomic positions for nurses in Qatar. Methods: Data analysis using SAST (Strategic Assumption Surfacing and Testing) and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) for prioritized the criteria and alternative. Result: SAST analysis shows all assumptions that appear contained in quadrant I (Certain Planning Region), Process to affect working conditions assumptions with values ​​5.3 - 5.3 (Certainty – Important) are considered as definite and important in apply an ergonomic strategy. In the AHP analysis, Top Down with a value of 0.345 as the most priority choice for criteria level, and Ergonomic Committee Effectiveness being the choice with the highest value 0.231 in alternative level. Both strategies being selected in carrying out an ergonomic position strategy. Conclusions: In the AHP method, Process to affect working condition has been choose as certainty and important strategy to be implemented. In the SAST method, to achieve the goal, Top Down selected in criteria level and Ergonomic committee effectiveness in the alternative level.

The status of auto industry is enhancing in our national economy with the economic boom of China and rapid growth of economic globalization. Meanwhile, automobile manufacturing industry also has to faced with the increasingly fierce global competition. Based on this opportunities and challenges coexist situation, comprehensive evaluation of automobile manufacturing enterprises’ performance has more and more realistic significance. This paper utilized the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the performance of automobile manufacturing enterprises. In this assessment system, we considered the financial indicators and non-financial indicators which related to the performance of automobile manufacturing enterprises. Based on the systematically analysis, we summarized the influence degree of each evaluation index and provided the basis for automobile manufacturing enterprises to make scientific decisions.

Selection of the appropriate composition desalination units can be done with a variety of method approaches, one of the method is the Analytic Hierarchy Process. In determining the desalination unit with AHP method to consider is setting a goal, an alternative criteria and pairwise comparison. Research for the determination of the exact composition of the desalination unit in order to achieve sustainable drinking water suppy in coastal areas and small islands has been conducted. The results of the study are as follows, the energy demand of 50.83%, operator costs of 26.64%, maintenance costs of 14.13% and chemical requirement 8.4%. For an alternative composition desalination unit of RO 10 m3 / day is the best alternative composition with value of 59.61%, the composition of the next alternative is RO 20 m3/ day of 30.40% and the last alternative of the desalination unit composition is RO 120 m3/ day of 09.99%.Key words : Desalination, Mukti Stage Flash Composition, AHP

Ships create a large amount of pollutions to marine and coastal environment where its pollutants have negative effects to human and maritime habitat. Depending on the nature of ship-generated waste, rules and regulations determine discharging procedures. This paper focuses on evaluating of potential hazards of ship-generated wastes on the environment whether it may be discharged into the sea or disposed of on port facilities. Thus, marine and costal environmental effects can be discussed analytically to improve human and ecological health. To achieve this purpose, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) extended with interval type-2 fuzzy sets (IT2FSs) is used. While AHP method is used for prioritizing the potential ship- generated waste, the IT2FSs deal with uncertainty and vagueness in the process of obtaining expert decision. Beside assessment of the environmental impacts, the paper contributes to enhance coastal and marine environmental awareness with respect to the ship-generated waste.

This study is to determine whether the characteristics of coffee flavor can be implemented into a decision support system. In this study, the problem is the difficulty in finding coffee experts with adequate understanding and knowledge of coffee. The purpose is to implement Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the characteristics of coffee flavor and to transfer the knowledge about the taste of coffee to coffee lovers. The expected results are to assist in making a decision support system application in selecting the characteristics of coffee, so that it can provide the advice to the common consumers who want to enjoy and the knowledge about the coffee itself as well.
