From analysis and design,it concluded that innovation was the key to promoting the development of product design.The scheme of the clean trolley functional innovative design was proposed in this paper, which includes the transmission mechanism, sweeping brush mechanism and Sprinkling mechanism.In design processing,the 3-dimensional model of clean trolley was established and the motion simulation analysis was also presented.The results showed that the presented scheme satisfy the design requirements and have the better performance.

This paper studies and designs the gems feeding manipulator, makes a detailed analysis of the overall structure and working principle of the manipulator, and establishes the three-dimensional model of the manipulator. The virtual prototype model of the manipulator is built in ADAMS software. Use simulation analysis functions of ADAMS to carry out kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis on manipulator, obtaining parameter curves of the manipulator such as position, speed and torque, which verifies it feasible to use manipulator to unload and load gems, achieving the design requirements.

Based on requirements of accuracy and velocity, the speed-controlled twist-roller transmission is designed and its working principle is particularly discussed according to friction transmission theory. Then the corresponding mathematical deduce is given. After the strength check and feasibility analysis of the transmission agents, ADAMS is used in kinematics analysis for the designed transmission agent. Forest safety and the application of virtual prototyping technology were investigated. Forest patrolling and fire-fighting vehicle was surveyed and mapped. 3-dimensional model of the vehicle was established, and the trafficability of the vehicle was simulated and analyzed. At the same time, the vehicle trafficability were tested. The limiting trafficability of the forest patrolling and fire-fighting was found by analyzing and evaluating of the vehicle.

AbstractThe noncircular synchronous belt drive mechanism has demonstrated certain achievements and has been used in special fields. Research regarding noncircular synchronous belt drive mechanisms has focused on optimization design and kinematic analysis in China, whereas two pulley noncircular synchronous belt transmissions have been developed overseas. However, owing to the noncircular characteristics of the belt pulley, the real-time variation in the belt length slack during the transmission of the noncircular synchronous belt is significant, resulting in high probabilities of skipping and vibration. In this study, a noncircular tensioning pulley is added to create a stable three-pulley noncircular synchronous belt driving mechanism and a good synchronous belt tensioning, with no skipping; hence, the non-uniform output characteristic of the driven pulley is consistent with the theoretical value. In the circular noncircular noncircular three-pulley noncircular synchronous belt mechanism, the pitch curve of the driving synchronous belt pulley is circular, whereas those of the driven synchronous belt and tensioning pulleys are noncircular. To minimize the slack of the belt length of the synchronous belt and the constraint of the concavity and circumference of the tensioning pulley, an automatic optimization model of the tensioning pulley pitch curve is established. The motion simulation, analysis, and optimization code for a three-belt-pulley noncircular synchronous belt drive mechanism is written, and the variation in belt length slack under different speed ratios is analyzed based on several examples. The testbed for a circular–noncircular–noncircular three-pulley noncircular synchronous belt transmission mechanism is developed. The test shows that the three-pulley noncircular synchronous belt drives well. This study proposes an automatic optimization algorithm for the tensioning pulley pitch curve of a noncircular synchronous belt transmission mechanism; it yields a stable transmission of the noncircular synchronous belt transmission mechanism as well as non-uniform output characteristics.

In order to realize the need for lightweight automobiles through replacing steel with plastics, the research and development of the plastic clutch pump body based on the friction welding was carried out. For the clutch pump body connected by friction welding process between the upper pump body and the lower pump body, the technical requirements of pressure 14 MPa and durability (high temperature 7.0 × 104 times, room temperature 7.0 × 105) are required. The structure type of the upper and lower pump bodies of the end face welding type was proposed. Through the static analysis of the pump body and weld and the mechanical analysis under the working condition, the structure of the clutch pump body (upper and lower pump body) was determined. According to the established welding process, the pressure of the clutch pump body is more than 15 MPa, and the number of high-temperature durable circulation and the number of room temperature durable circulation also reached 7.2×104 and 7.3×105 times respectively. The results show that the structural design of a clutch pump body meets the design requirements.

The test rig for hydro-pneumatic converter used in straddle type monorail vehicles was researched, and its electro-pneumatic proportional control system was set up and simulated based on AMESim/Simulink. Compared fuzzy-PID (Proportion Integral Derivative) controller with PID controller through fuzzy logic tool box in Simulink, the results indicate that, this electro-pneumatic proportional control system can meet design requirements better, and fuzzy-PID controller has higher accuracy and stability than PID controller.

A new upper limb exoskeleton mechanical structure for rehabilitation train and electric putters were used to drive the upper limb exoskeleton and kinematics simulation was carried. According to the characteristics of upper limb exoskeleton, program control and master - slave control two different ways were presented. Motion simulation analysis had been done by Pro/E Mechanism, the motion data of electric putter and major joints had been extracted. Based on the analysis of the movement data it can effectively guide the electric putter control and analysis upper limb exoskeleton motion process.
