The energy, which has a close bearing on the national economy and the people’s livelihood, is always a world-wide attention issues. To promote the development of alternative fuel vehicle, we have to break through many technical difficulties, at the same time, as one of strategic emerging industry, China's alternative fuel vehicle industry future development has a high degree of uncertainty, will face a lot of risks. In this paper, we set up an evaluation index system of those risks and use AHP method and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Model to assess technical risk of China’s alternative fuel vehicle industry.
