According to the national standard, this paper presents the evaluation indexes of power quality and the classifications of each index. The method integrates advantages of both G1 and entropy weight coefficient method. Also, it establishes an fuzzy synthetic evaluation for power quality evaluation by fuzzy theory. 5 observation points on the power quality was graded. The test shows that the combination weighting evaluation model based on fuzzy synthetic evaluation can evaluate the power quality comprehensively and effectively.

Fuzzy synthetic evaluation method is used to evaluate the drivers hazard perception., evaluation system is set up taking drivers psychological for hazard perception, the identification of hazard factor, hazard attitude as the criterion level. The indexs weight coefficient is determined by the analytic hierarchy process, and the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model is established. Through the model testing, if the driver's hazard perception ability evaluation result is good, according to the principle of maximum membership, it is shown that the driving experience, which is beneficial to the forming of the mature hazard perception psychology, the drivers hazard factors identification index deduced from the virtual scene experiment influenced the hazard perception ability deeply. Seen from the distribution of driver hazard perception level, the professional drivers and amateur drivers has the very big difference, so professional training and work experience are benefit for the driver's hazard perception ability.

Civil architecture energy conservation efficiency evaluation is a kind of multi-factors, multi-hierarchies and multi-criteria synthetic evaluation. Perfect civil architecture energy conservation efficiency evaluation indicators system and reasonably effective synthetic evaluation methodology are keys to do energy conservation efficiency synthetic evaluation. This paper is based on framing civil architecture energy conservation efficiency evaluation system, and uses fuzzy synthetic evaluation methodology to frame civil architecture energy conservation efficiency fuzzy synthetic evaluation model, in order to make the result of evaluation more objective and reasonable.

Reliability analysis is the premise for reinforcement and maintenance of an existing highway tunnel. In order to understand the structure reliability of an existing highway tunnel, a fuzzy mat-ter-element evaluation method was put forward based on entropy weight according to the fuzzy matter-element analysis method. Firstly, levels of inspection results were regarded as objects of matter-element and composite fuzzy matter-elements were constructed considering such factors and their evaluation indexes as cracks of concrete lining, lining thickness, concrete strength, cavities behind the lining and water leakage conditions. Secondly, reliability evaluation results of the existing tunnel structure were obtained by calculating the relevancy. Lastly, fuzzy matter-element evaluation model was effectively used to evaluate reliability of one highway tunnel structure.

In order to improve the rationality and fairness of Teachers’ “Double-qualified” Ability, the article establishes an evaluation model based on 14 evaluation indexes of teachers’ “double-qualified” ability. it adopts Delphi - entropy weight method to weight the evaluation index, and then combines TOPSIS method to evaluate the evaluation object. In the evaluation of TOPSIS method, the traditional TOPSIS weight method was improved, and the entropy weight-delphi method was used to determine the index weight, which was a combination of subjective and objective, making the evaluation system more objective, scientific and reasonable.It not only avoids the subjectivity of decision makers and limitations, but also eliminates the phenomenon of indexes in common impact assessment results and finally applies it to a university teacher “Double division and triple energy” evaluation system, to provide theoretical basis and feasibility analysis for the “double type” teachers team construction. The risk factors in the safety evaluation of antifloating anchor system of underground structure have the characteristics of complexity, grey, and fuzziness. Based on the Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and entropy weight method, this paper establishes a three-level evaluation index system based on four main risk factors and calculates the subjective and objective comprehensive weights of the index according to the comprehensive weighting method. It not only takes into account the valuable experience of the expert group but also reflects the objective impact of the subjective score on the system. On the basis of the above research, the grey-fuzzy safety evaluation method of antifloating anchor system is established by using the grey theory and the relevant theory of fuzzy mathematics. The reliability of the method is verified by an example, which has certain theoretical significance and application value.

Nowadays, the parallel system performance evaluation is the hot spot topic. It’s helpful to improve the parallel system performance to establish a scientific evaluation model. In this paper, using of analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy mathematics theory, the multi-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation model is established, the performance index system is defined and the parallel system performance evaluation process is realized.

The paper studies whether the opening of community can improve the road capacity. First of all, based on the consideration of road space and traffic quality, the evaluation indexes are: road network density, road network connectivity, non-linear coefficient, traffic volume of main road beside community, delay time of intersection, travel time consumption and vehicle accessibility. Secondly, the weight of the index is calculated by the method of relative comparison, the variation coefficient method and the entropy weight method. Then, we sort the three weights, using the correlated coefficient and degree of spearman rank to combine the three weights, so as to get combined weights of various index and achieve the effect which makes good use of the method. Finally, we combine indicators and weights, establish a comprehensive evaluation model, and assess the road capacity before and after the opening of the road. Through the calculation, it is found that the comprehensive evaluation index after the opening of the community is higher than that before the opening, that is, the positive impact on the surrounding roads.
