This paper illustrates finite element analysis software aided strength checking of driven wheels of Ferris Wheel amusement machine. After analyzing framework bearing under extreme working conditions, it comes to a reasonable conclusion that the experience shows that 3D design and analysis software can help improve the productivity of amusement machine research and development, and finite element software can be applied to make it more efficient to design and check parts under intricate force.

In this paper, iron ladle stress and deformation has been accurately calculated using finite element analysis software ANSYS based on 260t iron ladle in standing, lifting, tipping working conditions. Distribution of stress field was obtained. The stiffness and strength of the iron ladle has been evaluated. The results show that the iron ladle in the standing, lifting and tipping working conditions, structural deformation is small, the strength and stiffness meet the requirements. This research extends the working life of 260t iron ladle. It provides theoretical basis for producing and using of the iron ladle and further optimal designing.

In this article, using the method of the separation of cars and platform design to pressure balance work over rig, that is a large welded structure. Work platform components adopt link and structural member is h-section steel, in terms of stress at work is more complex. Through the 3D design software to model and to analyze the stress of the several typical working conditions, to verify the rationality of the design of the structure and put forward the improvement opinion. The analysis also can be widely applied in all kinds of integral welded structure.

With ANSYS finite element analysis software, finite element method was used to analyze the flexible Ferris wheel in this paper. By obtaining stress and deformation of the structure strength and stiffness was calculated and assessed. Improvements were made on this basis to meet the design requirements. With stability and dynamic analysis structure has good global stability and the frequency spectrum of structure is dense and even distribution. The analysis procedure and results indicated in this paper can be used as a reference for the analysis and design of similar projects.

Practice has proved that the application of finite element analysis software can simulate the vehicle NVH performance and provide fast and accurate basis to improve its performance.

Rotary tillage is the most common method of modern farming land and the key component which transmits torque and bears soil counterforce and pound. Rotary blade axis(1GBF-12A)was studied in this paper using 3D design software(UG) and finite element analysis software(NX NASTRAN) to establish model analysis and static analysis. The result that the vulnerable area is at the middle of Blade Axis was obtained. The strongest bending stress and position of the Blade Axis is calculated. The research offers theoretical basis for improving future design.

When the chassis of a freight car is reassembled, it is necessary to make holes on the summer beams of the frame. In order to evaluate the effect of making holes on the fatigue strength and life of the whole frame, the stress analysis and life calculation of the freight car frame are carried out under four common working conditions with finite element analysis software based on the finite element theory, combined with the load, fatigue type and frame material parameters of semi-trailer tractor.After analysis, it is found that the stress level of the whole truck frame is below the fatigue limit of the material after making holes of the truck frame, and the life of the strength meets the design requirements of refitting.

The attachment frame forms of the attachment frame were diversified. Different forms had their own characteristics. The models of attachment frame model were set up by using finite element analysis software ANSYS which could create the model to analyze the supporting structure. The article applied load on the attachment frame and calculate the internal force of the pole and the normal force of the wall in four working conditions. The final results were displayed in graphics and list form. Finally, according to the graph and data, the article compared various attachment frame forms and presented a rational analysis.
