The paper represents a formalized methodology for solving the problem of creating fundamentally new materials, such as "base - coating" ones, which have increased surface wear resistance and relatively high strength and viscosity. Electrospark alloying (ESA) method is proposed as a process for depositing protective coatings on metal surfaces. There are considered the issues of improving the quality of the coatings formed by the ESA method. There is specified a feature of processing the surfaces having been treated with the use of the ESA method, which feature being associated with a relatively small thickness of the layers formed (tens of micrometers). Since to reduce the roughness of the surface, the process of grinding is difficult or even unacceptable to perform, it has been suggested to use the method of surface plastic deformation (SPD). One of the effective SPD methods for finishing the parts is a diamond smoothing process, which, in contrast to running-in with a ball or roller, allows processing the parts of very high hardness values. As a reserve to improve the quality of coatings formed by the ESA method, there is considered a process for producing combined electrospark deposition coatings (CEC) with hard wear-resistant and soft anti-friction metals integrated therein. There are represented the results of mass transfer process investigation performed at forming the CEC on the specimens of steel 45 with indium, tin and copper being used as soft antifriction metals, and tungsten and hard alloy of VK8 grade applied as wear-resistant materials. There is represented a mathematical model for calculating the main ESA technological parameters being necessary for forming the CEC and allowing to predict the weight gain (increase in weight) and size gain (increase in size) at the cathode (the part). It allows predicting the CEC main technological parameters for any electrode pair materials (substrate material and electrode materials making up the CEC).

The article is devoted to the development of the methodology for the controlled synthesis of protective coatings by the micro-arc oxidation method in order to improve the efficiency of this technology and the quality of the obtained oxide layers. Methodology includes a mathematical model of a galvanic cell based on an equivalent electrical circuit, as well as a model of the interconnections between the technological parameters of the micro-arc oxidation (MAO) process and the properties of the obtained oxide layers based on graph theory. The indicated dependences are formalized using methods of regression and correlation analysis of experimental data. A technique for the controlled synthesis of MAO coatings using the obtained regression equations is proposed. The structure and functioning algorithm of an intelligent automated system for the controlled synthesis of MAO coatings are developed. A prototype of this system was used to obtain experimental dependences of reaction parameters on the influence parameters of the micro-arc oxidation process.

Engineering Ceramics is a inorganic nonmetal material, which is sintered at high-temperature. ceramics have promising potential as high-temperature strength.erosion-resistant, wear-resistant and hot impact-resistant.However, because they have high hardness and brittleness as well as nonconductive, it is very difficult to machine them using conventional machining. Their use-area is restricted. At presently, the machining technology of Engineering Ceramics by abrasive waterjet become more and more important for humankind. In this paper, the influence of technical parameters on machining quality has been studied and analyzed. A better changing method of technical parameters is given.

The roller and sieve machines most commonly used in Russia for the post-harvest processing of root and tuber crops and onions have a number of disadvantages, the main one being a decrease in the quality of sorting due to the contamination of working bodies, which increases the quantity of losses during sorting and storage. To obtain high-quality competitive production, it is necessary to combine a number of technological operations during the sorting process, such as dividing the material into classes and fractions by quality and size, as well as identifying and removing damaged products. In order to improve the quality of sorting of root tubers and onions by size, it is necessary to ensure the development of an automatic control system for operating and technological parameters, the use of which will eliminate manual sorting on bulkhead tables in post-harvest processing. To fulfill these conditions, the developed automatic control system must have the ability to identify the material on the sorting surface, taking into account external damage and ensuring the automatic removal of impurities. In this study, the highest sorting accuracy of tubers (of more than 91%) was achieved with a forward speed of 1.2 m/s for the conveyor of the sorting table, with damage to 2.2% of the tubers, which meets the agrotechnical requirements for post-harvest processing. This feature distinguishes the developed device from similar ones.

Cr3C2-NiCr has high quality of wear resistant properties and is widely used in abrasive environment. In this paper, Cr3C2-NiCr coating was prepared on 45 steel by laser cladding technology. Analysis and research of the coatings were achieved by SEM and XRD to determine the main component and the different region on coatings. The hardness and the element component were investigated by micro-hardness tester and EDS. Abrasion tests were performed to contrast the wear resistance of two materials. The results indicate that the hardness of the coatings is nearly 3 times as the substrate. The coatings are well combined with the substrate and the phase of Cr3C2 has a large proportion in the coatings. Abrasion tests show that the average of wear rate on substrate is 5.2 times as the coatings.

Al7075 alloy has typically good mechanical properties. Al7075 alloy has an ultimate tensile strength and yield strength, which is commonly used in the manufacturing of heavy-duty structures requiring good corrosion resistance and in applications requiring high strength to weight ratio, as well as good fatigue resistance. However, as compared to strength and corrosion of conventional steel material, it has some drawbacks. To overcome these disadvantages, Electrolytic plasma processing (EPP) was used. (EPP) is a novel electrochemical and physical surface treatment process for generating protective coatings on light metals. Because, these coating scan present high hardness and continuous barriers, it can offers good protection against abrasion, corrosion and heat as well as electrical insulation. The EPP treatments were carried out under a hybrid voltage of AC 200V (50Hz) combined with DC 260V power supply.

ISO organization (https://www.iso.org) in early 90s defined an industry standard for the communication protocol among electronic devices of different manufacturers of agricultural machines. After that, all of the market actors recognised that this technology would be very important for agricultural electronics. The appearance of ISOBUS products in the market was in the mid-2000s. ISOBUS description could be found in ISO-11783 (https://www.iso.org). Through the standards and the related technical background, the production processes and the operations could be followed and monitored by the extensive Data Management. Farmers' and users legitimate needs and developing goal is to elaborate a decision support systems that follow-up the utilisation of the machines and ensure the quality of operations. For this purpose, it is essential to determine which technical, economical, technological parameters detection, measurement, transmission, processing, and evaluation becomes necessary. In our work, we reviewed which mechanical characteristic, settings are monitored within the ISOBUS system by the major machine manufacturers. We developed the system of parameters and derived features that provide effective farm-, and land-management in case of attached equipment for spreading of input materials, plant protection and tillage implements.
