People above 65 years of age would amount to 10.7% of total population of India by 2021. India has acquired the label of ‘an ageing nation’ with 7.7% of its population being more than 60 years old. Geriatric patients are exposed to potentially inappropriate medications (PIMs) thus strategies to improve quality of life and safety of prescribing is needed. One such explicit criteria tool is ‘Screening Tool of Older person’s Potentially inappropriate Prescriptions’ (STOPP) criteria. For older individuals, frailty plays a decisive role. Frailty assessment is useful for identification of risk stratifications to assist in clinical decision makings. Hence, this study is aimed to assess the percentage of PIM using STOPP criteria and correlation between PIMS and Frailty Index (FI) in elderly patients in our setting. An observational study was done in 60 patients in department of medicine at tertiary care teaching hospital. Demographic details, diagnosis and current medications were recorded in Microsoft excel 2016. PIMs based on STOPP criteria version 2 and FI suggested by Searle et al. was calculated and analyzed. Spearman rank correlation test was used to check the correlation between FI and PIM. Out of 60 prescriptions, 21 prescriptions with PIM were found. Most common drugs prescribed as PIM were Aspirin, calcium, ceftriaxone, multivitamin B complex and furosemide. FI was analyzed by using 34 variables. Value of FI was between 0.03 to 0.17. Spearman Rank correlation test showed direct low degree of significant correlation between FI and PIM with correlation (r) value of 0.1602 (P value=0.02). 35% of prescriptions were having at least one PIM in our study and we found that there was direct association between FI and PIM which will help us to reduce potential medication errors, drug interactions and adverse reactions.

Indonesia is the most generous country in the world. This is evident from the World Giving Index created by the Charities Aid Foundation which has placed Indonesia in the number one position in the world in 2018. There is an increase compared to the previous year, where Indonesia was in second place after Myanmar. The main indicators are the level of donating money, helping foreigners, and participating in volunteer activities. On the other hand, the World Bank in 2018 placed Indonesia in the sixteenth position based on GDP Current USD and the eighth position based on GDP PPP Current USD. This proves that income is not the main thing that encourages someone to give alms. However, it is still uncertain whether income and level of alms correlate with each other. Jones and Posnett (1991) revealed that an increase in the behavior of giving alms is not in line with an increase in household income. On the other hand, there is a significant positive relationship between income and a person's level of alms (Arshad, 2016). The two types of research mentioned (Jones and Posnett, 1991; Arshad, 2016) conducted testing at the micro level. Therefore, this research will concentrate more on the macro level. Pharoah and Tanner (1997) explain that people who consider religion important in their lives tend to give more. This study uses a quantitative approach to test the correlation between the World Giving Index and GDP using the Spearman rank correlation test. The Spearman rank correlation test measures the correlation between two random variables based on ranking order. The author has found that there is no correlation between high income and the desire to give alms. This research can be used as a reference for the Indonesian government to reduce inequality and poverty in the country by realizing the potential of alms in Indonesia.

Hypertention according WHO is systolic pulse > 140mmHg and dyastolic pulse >90mmHg which chronicle way. Complication of blood vessels is caused by hypertention, it causes Coronary hearth attack, Infark miokard, Stroke, and Renal failure (Gunawan, 2001). Based on early survey on 10 – 14 march 2009th, there are 14 (25,4%) of 55 patiens are hypertention. Goal of research is to know relation between exercise and the mortal of hypertention at Poliklinik Jantung RSUD Dr. R Koesma Tuban. Design of research is analytic with cross sectional method. Population of research are 56 respondens and sample of research are 48 patient with hypertention. Sampling technique used stratified random sampling. Instrument to collecting data used questioner and observation, then tested by Spearman rank correlation test. Result of research is there is  connention between the exercise with the mortal hypertention level at Poliklinik Jantung RSUD Dr. R Koesma Tuban. It shown from 48 patient with hypertention. They are average exercise regularly and have low hyperlention level, in percentage 100%. The things give evidence that there is connection between the exercise with the mortal hypertention level. So, H1 is reseived in rank infact (0,000 < 0,05) and ρspearman value = 0,000 significant 0.05. Exercise is important for hypertention. Because from research, exercise regularly can absorb and make lose Chollestrole precipitation in arthery.
