Research in the field of e-learning is currently experiencing rapid development, especially due to the covid 19 pandemic. The application of e-learning in the world of education is currently the main thing and requires evaluation of its use. This study aims to determine the evaluation of models and trends in the development of e-learning (Learning Management System). Applying the Kitchenham approach, this System Literature Review (SLR) uses three main databases including Science Direct, ACM, SCOPUS. The final result obtained 38 articles published between 2016 and 2021. From this SLR, it was found that there were 7 criteria, namely Platform, Evaluation Model, Evaluation, Model, Approach, Problem, Trend and Challenge. These 7 criteria can be used for further research on e-learning. Thus this research provides knowledge about criteria that can be used further in research on E-learning and provides insight into its state-of-the-art.

The analysis of this research uses a survey method conducted at the intersection of Jalan Merdeka Selatan, Gambir, Central Jakarta. The population in this study were road users, namely four-wheeled drivers who passed the Jalan Merdeka Selatan intersection. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The nine hypotheses gave a decision to reject the null hypothesis which means significant, meaning that each variable has a direct and significant effect on each other, namely: ETLE utility affects Compliance, Awareness, and Habits directly and significantly; ETLE trust directly and significantly influences Compliance, Awareness, and Habits; Compliance directly and significantly affects Consciousness and Habits; Awareness directly and significantly influences Habits. ETLE utility indirectly and significantly affects Compliance, Awareness, and Habits. ETLE trust indirectly and significantly influences Compliance, Awareness, and Habits. Compliance has an indirect and significant effect on Awareness and Habits. Develop a Habits in Traffic model defined by ETLE Utility and Trust mediated by Compliance and Awareness. The authenticity of this study can be seen in the indirect effect where there is still no research with the direction of such relationships and variables.

There have been many cases of racism in its history that have occurred from ancient times to the present. Many factors cause racial conflicts. Factors that often trigger these actions, among others, are due to injustice, oppression, and racial discrimination by certain groups against other groups. In America itself, the era of slavery was a dark period in American history. This article aims to find out the impact and solutions to the problem of racism in general. How to find out the impact and solution to the problem of racism is to examine some of the cases that have occurred recently. The method used in this research is qualitative-descriptive with a literature review method to analyze data with 20 sources from books, journal articles, theses and websites. The findings of this study reveal that cases of racism still occur today, for example, last year because of the COVID-19 problem that initially occurred in Wuhan, China, Asian people received hatred from citizens and Western media. There are many factors that cause racial conflict, and the triggers vary in each country that experiences it, among others, because of injustice, oppression, and racial discrimination by certain groups against other groups. Through cases of racism that have occurred, one thing that according to the researcher can be concluded is how before the conflict between groups occurred, actually it started from problems that occurred between individuals. Tolerance is the main thing to stem this kind of thing.

The article draws attention to the fact that the phenomenon of marginality is the formation of one's own environment, although not completely dissolving into it. Traditional culture goes into the "basements" of society or manifests itself in the life and mentality of marginals. In a society affected by crisis, several cultural trajectories collide: descending, ascending and, for the marginalized, breaking traditional ties and creating their own, completely different world. In fact, marginality is the third culture, a special socio-cultural state. The article discusses its corresponding components. The prerequisites of global transformation are considered. The situation in Europe begins to change fundamentally at the turn of the I-II millennia. The formation of the era of European Transformation can begin with the XI-XIII centuries, when "Catholic" Europe appears. Phenomenal in its results was the "Renaissance of the XII century", the first truly pan-European Revival at the origins of the era of Transformation. With this, the movement towards a High Renaissance began. The Crusades (XI-XIII centuries) are particularly highlighted. After the Crusades, two variants of capitalism become promising and predominant in Europe and North America, and then their slow convergence continues. The XIII century became a milestone for contemporaries. On the one hand, Europe, it would seem, reached the end of history by creating some kind of optimal model. On the other hand, the reverse side of the idea of the "end of history" became clearly visible. The Mongols, having captured most of Eurasia, reformatted the ethno-political space. In this century, capitalist Europe is born, in fact, as a special development option. Highlighting the era of transformation does not mean that we should abandon the usual division of European history into known periods: antiquity, the Middle Ages, modern times. This periodization successfully emphasizes social and economic aspects and provides a chronological understanding of transitional processes. The era of Transformation is more voluminous, since we are talking about the transition from a centuries-old traditional society to a new stage of human development. Neither the Renaissance nor the Reformation created a new culture, the so-called bourgeois culture will have many faces, both international and national. The main thing is seen in the liberation of man from the former powerful civilizational model, Latin-Christian, i.e. Imperial-ecclesiastical, and ultimately - in the formation of a new type of man.
