Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui factor apa saja yanga mempengaruhi dividend payout ratio pada perusahaan asuransi yamg terdaftar. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian secara kausalitas yaitu penelitian untuk menguji pengaruh antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen.. Hasilnya adalah sudah baik. Hal ini dapat diketahui bahwa dalam berdasarkan “Ftabel dengan df = 6,35 (40) dengan α = 5% diperoleh nilai Ftabel sebesar 2.34. Maka dapat disimpulkan Fhitung (11.81839) > Ftabel (2.34), yang artinya menolak H0 dan menerima H1. Artinya variabel bebas yang terdiri” dari adalah Net Income (NI), Earning Growth (Growth), Firm Size (Size), Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Growth Sales (SG) secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap variabel terikatnya yaitu Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR)..

The purpose of this study is to test or analyze the accuracy of the Return On Assets, Firm Size, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio for Income Smoothing actions on corporate manufacturing published on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. In this study using the theories of financial statement analysis, financial management related to Return On Assets, Firm Size, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio. In this study using a quantitative observation process. In this observation also applies the process of observing data such as financial statements contained on the IDX website. This observation involved 153 corporate manufactures as a population, which each year experienced a profit in 2015-2017. The technique in citing samples in the observation, namely by using purposive sampling techniques so that 37 samples were multiplied for 3 years, 111 research samples were obtained. Simultaneous results with F test shows a significant effect on income smoothing, with the coefficient of determination test results of 4.2% so that the results of the research hypothesis Return On Assets, Firm Size, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio had no significant impact on income smoothing. And the T test produces a firm size variable that has a partial effect on income smoothing actions.

This research aimed to examine the effect of Liquidity (Current Ratio), Profitability (Return On Assets), Sales Growth, and Firm Size toward Capital Structure (Debt to Equity Ratio) on manufacturing companies sector food and beverages in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2013 - 2017. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the sample collected consisted of 14 companies. Analysis using SPSS program. Based on statistical t test, the result of research show that Liquidity had a significant, negative effect on Capital Structure. Meanwhile, Profitability, Sales Growth, and Firm Size did not affect Capital Structure. Based on statistical F test indicates that variables Liquidity, Profitability, Sales Growth, and Firm Size simultantly affect Capital Structure on manufacturing companies sector food and beverage listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2013 - 2017.

Price to Book Value (PBV) is the ratio of the market value of equity to the book value of equity. PBV is the level of ability to create a company's value relative to the amount of capital invested. This study will analyze both simultaneous and partial effect of return on assets, debt to equity ratio, price earning ratio and firm-size to price book value. Companies classified in LQ-45 selected as the population used in this study are listed on the Stock Exchange 2012-2016 period. Purposive sampling is used to get the sample in this research using criterias and 18 companies or 72 firm-years are the samples. Analysis tool in this research using spss 23.0. This research is using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) on the real level (α) = 5% can be seen that the variabel return on assets, debt to equity ratio and price earning ratio have a significant and positive impact on price book value, meanwhile firm-size have no significant effect on price book value. Keywords :   Firm value, Price Book Value, Return on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, Price Earning Ratio, Firm-size.

Profitabilitas dapat menggambarkan kemampuan sebuah perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba (keuntungan) selama suatu periode tertentu.  Profitabilitas suatu perusahaan dapat mempengaruhi kebijakan para investor atas investasi yang ditanamkan pada sebuah perusahaan. Kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba ini dapat menarik minat para investor untuk menanamkan dananya guna memperluas usahanya, begitu juga sebaliknya. Jika tingkat profitabilitas perusahaan rendah akan dapat menyebabkan para investor menarik dananya dari perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh debt to equity ratio, current ratio, firm size, dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap profitabilitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur manufaktur Sub Sektor Peralatan Rumah Tangga, kosmetik & Keperluan Rumah Tangga dan Rokok yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2015-2019 sebanyak 16 perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini dipilih melalui teknik purposive random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa debt to equity ratio, current ratio, dan  firm size berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Nilai profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan Return On Assets  ditentukan  oleh  variabel  Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Firm Size dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan sebesar 45.7%, sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain diluar penelitian seperti Total Assets Turn Over, Assets Tangibility, Debt to Total Assets, Inventory Turnover.

Corporate Governance is basically concerned with ways in which all parties interested in the well-being of the firm (the stakeholders) attempt to ensure that managers and other insiders are always taking appropriate measures and adopting mechanisms that safeguard the interests of the stakeholders. The purpose of the study is to find out the impact of corporate governance on corporate profitability of Diversified Holding companies listed in Colombo Stock Exchange. Secondary data were used for the study.17 companies out of 20 were selected based on the availability of the data during the study period. In this study board size and board composition and CEO duality were considered as independent variables and Return on Assets (ROA) was used as profitability measurement. Further debt to equity ratio and firm size were considered as control variables. Hypotheses were tested using panel Least Square regression analysis. Descriptive statistics were computed for the Diversified Holding companies to represent the main characteristics of the study variables. The findings revealed that the influence of corporate governance on corporate profitability was statistically significant while debt to equity ratio and firm size have insignificant impact on corporate profitability.

Abstract- The company’s decision on the distribution of dividend, as one of the returns expected by investors aside of capital gain, is an important decision due to its impacts on company’s value and shareholders’ wealth. The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the determinants on Dividend Payout Ratio, namely Free Cash Flow, Company’s Growth, Return on Assets, Cash Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Firm Size (Empirical Study on Consumption Goods Industry Companies Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2015-2017). The samples in this study were selected through purposive sampling method and secondary data were analyzed through multiple linear regression methods. In total, 13 companies were used as samples. The result of this study showed Free Cash Flow, Cash Ratio and Firm Size partially have significant and positive effect towards Dividend Payout Ratio, and Company’s Growth has significant and negative effect towards Dividend Payout Ratio. While Return on Assets and Debt to Equity Ratio has no significant effects toward Dividend Payout Ratio.  Free Cash Flow, Company’s Growth, Return on Assets, Cash Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Firm Size simultaneously have significant effect toward Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).   Keywords: Cash Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Dividend Payout Ratio, Firm Size, Free Cash Flow, Growth, Return on Assets

Purpose: This study aimed to examine and analyze the effects of the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), firm size, and Current Ratio (CR) on Return on Assets (ROA) on the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019 Research methodology: This research approach used quantitative research with descriptive research type. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling method to obtain 93 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock exchange in 2017-2019. Results: The study results with simultaneous hypothesis testing showed that the Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, firm size, and Current Ratio had a significant influence on the Return on Assets. Partial testing of the hypothesis showed that the Debt to Equity Ratio had a negative influence and significant on the Return on Assets. Total assets turnover and firm size had a positive influence and significance on the Return on Assets. However, the Current Ratio had no influence and was not significant on the Return on Assets. Limitations: The use of historical data and variables was limited, only three years and five variables. Contribution: This research can be used for adding knowledge in the financial field, especially for those who want to invest in a company by seeing the Return on Assets ratio. Abstract Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effect of total asset turnover, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, firm size and cash ratio on dividend payout ratio in companies included in the Kompas-100 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2018. Research Methodology: Purposive sampling was used to collect data. Based on the criteria established and obtained, samples from ten public companies in the index Kompas-100 representing the total number of up to 100 companies were obtained. The testing of hypotheses was used as the instrument for analysis, processed through SPSS version 20 and Microsoft Excel 2010. Results: This study indicates that FS has a negative and significant influence on the DER, while the TATO, DER, ROA, and CR do not influence the DPR.

This study aims to determine the financial condition and development of KPRI "Angkasa" RRI Yogyakarta in 2012-2016 using the ratio of liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity. The type of research is a case study at KPRI "Angkasa" RRI Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques are documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique is calculating the ratios of liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity, analyzing using trend and common size. The results of the analysis show that the level of liquidity as measured by the current ratio in 2012-2016 is categorized as very good. The level of solvency as measured by the total debt to equity ratio and the total debt to total assets ratio in 2012-2016 is good, except for 2014 which is quite good. The level of profitability measured by net profit margin in 2012-2016 is categorized as very good, except for 2013 it is categorized as good, for return on assets in 2012-2016 it is categorized as quite good, the profitability of own capital in 2012-2016 is categorized as poor. The level of activity as measured by asset turnover in 2012-2016 is categorized as not good. The results of the analysis of the trend current ratio, total debt to equity ratio, total debt to total asset ratio and net profit margin in 2012-2016 have increased performance, while return on assets, own capital earnings and asset turnover have decreased performance. The results of the common size analysis on the balance sheet and the remaining earnings tend to decrease.
