Price to Book Value (PBV) is the ratio of the market value of equity to the book value of equity. PBV is the level of ability to create a company's value relative to the amount of capital invested. This study will analyze both simultaneous and partial effect of return on assets, debt to equity ratio, price earning ratio and firm-size to price book value. Companies classified in LQ-45 selected as the population used in this study are listed on the Stock Exchange 2012-2016 period. Purposive sampling is used to get the sample in this research using criterias and 18 companies or 72 firm-years are the samples. Analysis tool in this research using spss 23.0. This research is using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) on the real level (α) = 5% can be seen that the variabel return on assets, debt to equity ratio and price earning ratio have a significant and positive impact on price book value, meanwhile firm-size have no significant effect on price book value. Keywords :   Firm value, Price Book Value, Return on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, Price Earning Ratio, Firm-size.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA), and Earning Per Share (EPS) on Price to Book Value (PBV). The sample used was a telecommunications company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2009-2013 period, in which there were six companies. The statistical method used is a multiple linear regression model. From the results of the Classical Assumptions test that is a test for normality, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heterosecdasticity, followed by multiple linear regression testing. The results showed that simultaneously (simultaneously) the variable Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA), and Earning Per Share (EPS) significantly influence the Price to Book Value (PBV) with a significance of 0,000. While partially only Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) with a significance of 0,000, Return On Assets (ROA) with a significance of 0,000 that significantly influence the Price to Book Value (PBV). While Earning Press hare has no significant effect on Price to Book Value (PBV) with a significance level of 0.273.

This research aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of Price to Book Value (PBV), Debt to Equity Ratio(DER), Return on assets (ROA) against the Price Earning Ratio. (PER)  The data used are secondary data in the form of the financial statements the company sub sectors of plastics and packaging listed in indonesia stock exchange period 2015-2017. The sample used as 6 companies, withdrawing a sample using the method of purposive sampling. Analytical techniques used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) the Price to Book Value, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on assets simultaneously effect significantly to Price Earning Ratio (2) Price to Book Value and Return on assets partially effect significantly to Price Earning Ratio, while Debt to Equity Ratio partially do not affect significantly to Price Earning Ratio. Based on  results of testing the coefficient of determination R square value was known to 0.703.  Meaning of 70.3% Price Earning Ratio variable can be explained by Price to Book Value, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return on assets, while the remaining 29.7% are affected by other variables outside of this research.

This research is to determine the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, and return on assets on price to book value in textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The population in this research were the textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018 that did not experience losses. The sample method with saturated samples and obtained 7 companies as samples. Research data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The more appropriate method used is the common effect. Partially it shows that the variable current ratio and return on assets have a positive and significant effect on price to book value, the debt to equity ratio has a negative and significant effect on price to book value, while only the total asset turnover variable has no effect on the firm value, price to book value.

This study is aimed to determine the effect of Profitability and Leverage on Firm Value. Profitability is measured by Return on Assets (ROA) and Leverage is measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), while Firm Value is measured by Price to Book Value (PBV).  The population of this research is Basic Industry and Chemicals Companies Sectors that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  There are 17 companies as sample in this study which were obtained by purposive sampling method. Data collected by combaining cross-section and time-series data. Furthermore, panel data analyze by multiple linear regression analysis by using EViews software. The findings show that ROA has a positive and significant effect on firm value, while DER has no significant effect on firm value

The purpose of this research is to empirically test and analyze the influence of dividend payout ratio, current ratio, return on asset, firm size, debt to equity ratio and asset growth. The object of this research is food and beverages companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2016 period. The sample consisting of 7 companies, was selected by means of the purposive sampling technique. The research data is secondary data obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of this research showed that current ratio, return on asset, firm size, debt to equity ratio influence the firm value, while dividend payout ratio and asset growth have no influence on firm value.

This study purposed to determine the effect of profitability proxy with Earning Per Share (EPS) and firm size is proxied by logarithm natural of total assets to firm value which proxied by Price Book Value (PBV) and to find out whether dividend policy proxied by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) be moderateted the relationship of profitability and firm size against firm value. The population in this study were all the property, real estate and building construction companies sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2013 -2017. The sample in this study were 9 companies out of 62 population obtained through purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques used in this study was Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study is: (1) Profitability has positive and significant impact to firm value. (2) Firm size has positive impact but not significant to firm value. (3) Dividend policy are able to moderate the effect of profitability against firm value. (4) Dividend policy can not moderate the effect of firm size against firm value.

This study aimed to get empirical evidence about the effect of corporate financial ratios consists of return on assets, dividend payout ratio and debt-to equity ratio on the firm value. Firm value uses a price-to book value (PBV) by calculating the price market per share divided by book value per share. Population of this research is the companies listed in LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2016 which some 45 companies using total sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. These results indicate that corporate financial ratios consists of return on assets, dividend payout ratio and debt-to equity ratio have a significant effect simultaneously on the firm value. However, partial test results showed that return on assets and dividend payout ratio have a significat effect on the firm value. While the debt-to equity ratio has no significant effect on the firm value.Key words: price-to book value, return on assets, dividend payout ratio, firm value.

This study aims to analyze (1) The Effect of Intangible Assets on Firm Value. (2) The Effect of Debt to Equity Ratio on Firm Value. (3) The Effect of Return on Assets on Firm Value (4) and the effect of Intangible Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Assets Simultaneously Against the Firm Value in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2014-2018. This study uses a sample of 15 companies selected based on criteria, including companies that use the rules of the sharia system and experience profits in a predetermined period. Date analysis used was purposive sampling technique using multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study are positive and significant influences on the intangible asset variable on firm value, the variable debt to equity ratio has a negative and not significant effect on firm value, return on assets has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and the last is intangible assets, debt to equity ratio and return on assset influence jointly or simultaneously on the company’s value.

This study aims to analyze the effect of debt to equity ratio and current ratio on firm value with return on assets as an intervening variable on food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. The study uses secondary data from the annual report through access to www.idx.co.id. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The total sample of 13 companies and the method of taking sample members used is purposive sampling. The variables of this study consisted of debt to equity ratio and current ratio as exogenous variables, firm value as endogenous variables, and return on assets as intervening variables. The analysis shows that the debt to equity ratio, current ratio and return on assets have a positive effect on firm value. Debt to equity ratio and current ratio also have a positive effect on return on assets. Based on the results of the path analysis of the implications of this research that return on assets can not affect the relationship between debt to equity ratio and current ratio to the firm value so that it can provide input to researchers. It is better to add research periods and use a sample of several other sectors and can also use variables others that can strengthen the results of previous studies

This research examined effect of corporate diversification on the firm's value in companies listed in Tehran StockExchange during the years 2006 till 2013. To answer the question posed one hypothesis. The hypothesis examined therelationship between the company's diversification and growth opportunities. Dependent variable of the study iscompany's value. Enterprise value has been calculated by natural logarithm of the market value per share of thecompany's expected value. The independent variable of this research is diversification that was calculated by entropyindex. To select the sample size of the study population the systematic elimination method is used, and finally 263companies that were consistent with the research, was selected. To test the hypothesis of Panel data is used. The resultsshow a significant positive impact between diversification and company's firm value.
