The soil fertility aspect is characterized by the good biological properties of the soil. One important element of the soil biological properties is the bacterial population present in it. This research was conducted in the laboratory of Microbiology University of Malikussaleh in the May until June 2016. This study aims to determine the number of bacterial populations in soil organic and inorganic so that can be used as an indicator to know the level of soil fertility. Data analysis was done by T-Test that is by comparing the mean of observation parameter to each soil sample. The sampling method used is a composite method, which combines 9 of soil samples taken from 9 sample points on the same plot diagonally both on organic soil and inorganic soil. The results showed the highest bacterial population was found in total organic soil cfu 180500000 and total inorganic soil cfu 62.500.000

Smallholder agriculture is a major source of income and food for developing nations. With more frequent drought and increasing scarcity of arable land, more accurate land-use planning tools are needed to allocate land resources to support regional agricultural activity. To address this need, we created Land Capability Classification (LCC) system maps using data from two digital soil maps, which were compared with measurements from 1305 field sites in the Dosso region of Niger. Based on these, we developed 250 m gridded maps of LCC values across the region. Across the region, land is severely limited for agricultural use because of low available water-holding capacity (AWC) that limits dry season agricultural potential, especially without irrigation, and requires more frequent irrigation where supplemental water is available. If the AWC limitation is removed in the LCC algorithm (i.e., simulating the use of sufficient irrigation or a much higher and more evenly distributed rainfall), the dominant limitations become less severe and more spatially varied. Finally, we used additional soil fertility data from the field samples to illustrate the value of collecting contemporary data for dynamic soil properties that are critical for crop production, including soil organic carbon, phosphorus and nitrogen.

The fertility data indicate that there is a need to change to scenario of contraception use in India. The present paper reports the Family Planning: A Study among 100Men and 100 Women of a Rural Muslim Community in Karnataka state the information was collected through in-depth interviews with structured questionnaire. A considerable proportion of people reported that their spouse encouraged adopting family planning. And very few people reported that their spouse opposed and discouraged the use of family planning methods.

Bull fertility, the ability of the spermatozoon to fertilize and activate the egg as well as support early embryonic development, is crucial for efficient production of cattle. With the major advances in fundamental science of reproduction, such as genomics, and in biotechnology, such as assisted reproductive technologies, bull influence on herd production has been accentuated. In addition to providing half of the genome for the zygote, sperm also contribute proteins, transcripts, and epigenetic traits that play important roles in sperm physiology, fertilization, and early embryonic development. Recently, using sperm from Holstein bulls with different in vivo fertility data, we have demonstrated that sperm Protamine 1 protein and a panel of microRNA are associated with bull fertility. In addition, molecular and cellular biology experiments on the analyses of sperm nuclear proteins showed that bull sperm have significant levels of histones that are also associated with bull fertility. This presentation will convey the results of most relevant research on discovery of sperm biomolecular markers associated with semen quality and bull fertility. Because of the available field data in bull fertility and the physiological similarities between bovine and other mammals, research results stemming from the systems biology of bull fertility are applicable to other species as well.
