The objective of this paper is to build a Web Application based on Virtual voice and chat Assistant. The current study focuses on development of voice and text/chat bot specifically. It is specially being built for people who feel depressed and insists them to talk open mindedly which in turn pacifies them. As the name of the application suggests, App: An application to pacify people and make them as happy as a cat would be with his or her mother (the reason why a cat purrs). We will be using Dialog flow for the application design and Machine Learning as a part of Artificial Intelligence for Natural Language Processing (NLP), an easiest way to use Machine Learning libraries. At the back-end we will be using a database to store the communication history between the user and the bot. This application will only work on devices with Web operating system version-5.0 and above.

In General all the institutions like colleges sends their notes and information to students individually. Sometimes the student can�t access it quickly and repetition of data also increased. The realm of this work is to create a Chatbot for the college purpose. Our work reduces the human work to send every details and notes to all departments by email or some other medium. In this work, academic information's /details feed it to the database which will be available for the long time period. The academic information consists of information about placements details, exam time tables, semester notes and upcoming events. A Chatbot is a computer program or an artificial intelligence which conducts a conversation via auditory or textual methods. The chat bot stores the data by key words and when the user entered data is matched with the key it reply the assigned data for it. The Chatbot is created by using python language and Natural language processing. This project make use of the MySQL database to store the information. With the help of natural language processing the bot AI understand the message sent by the user and reply with the matched key value. In this Chatbot the user first need to login by their college roll number and Department. When the valid person asks about the particular information by text the information gets retrieved from the updated database that related to their department. Through this chat box the student can easily access whenever they want and the data need not to be update more than once.

Recent years have witnessed the rising popularity of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and related fields such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). Many online courses and resources are available even for those without a strong background in the field. Often the student is curious about a specific topic but does not quite know where to begin studying. To answer the question of “what should one learn first,”we apply an embedding-based method to learn prerequisite relations for course concepts in the domain of NLP. We introduce LectureBank, a dataset containing 1,352 English lecture files collected from university courses which are each classified according to an existing taxonomy as well as 208 manually-labeled prerequisite relation topics, which is publicly available 1. The dataset will be useful for educational purposes such as lecture preparation and organization as well as applications such as reading list generation. Additionally, we experiment with neural graph-based networks and non-neural classifiers to learn these prerequisite relations from our dataset.

The discipline of investing requires data identification, asset valuation, and risk management. Artificial intelligence techniques apply to many aspects of financial investing, and published work has shown an emphasis on the application of knowledge-based techniques for credit risk assessment and machine learning techniques for stock valuation. However, in the future, knowledge-based, machine learning, and natural language processing techniques will be integrated into systems that simultaneously address data identification, asset valuation, and risk management.

This paper describes the development and implementation of a natural language processing model based on machine learning which performs cognitive analysis for cybersecurity-related documents. A domain ontology was developed using a two-step approach: (1) the symmetry stage and (2) the machine adjustment. The first stage is based on the symmetry between the way humans represent a domain and the way machine learning solutions do. Therefore, the cybersecurity field was initially modeled based on the expertise of cybersecurity professionals. A dictionary of relevant entities was created; the entities were classified into 29 categories and later implemented as classes in a natural language processing model based on machine learning. After running successive performance tests, the ontology was remodeled from 29 to 18 classes. Using the ontology, a natural language processing model based on a supervised learning model was defined. We trained the model using sets of approximately 300,000 words. Remarkably, our model obtained an F1 score of 0.81 for named entity recognition and 0.58 for relation extraction, showing superior results compared to other similar models identified in the literature. Furthermore, in order to be easily used and tested, a web application that integrates our model as the core component was developed.

Applications in the field of machine learning and artificial intelligence have been in great demand over the recent decade. Now it has various applications in the field of health industry. With the help of machine learning algorithm prediction of diseases has been made easier. Now doctors can concentrate only on treatment with the help of technology. Technology is accelerating innovations in the healthcare domain which has increased people’s standard of living over the years. Here in our project we are making a healthcare chatbot with help of Natural language processing and machine learning algorithm to predict disease. User interacts with the chatbot just like one interacts with his doctor and based on the symptoms provided by users and the chatbot will identify the symptom and predict the disease.


The information on WWW has mounted to a greater height, overriding to fledgling analysis in the direction of sentiments using Artificial Intelligence. Sentiment Analysis deals with the calculus exploration of sentiments, opinions and subjectivity. In this paper, multilingual tweets are analyzed for identifying the polarities of various political parties like AAP, BJP, Samajwadi, BSP and Congress; so that the users will get an idea that to which party they should give their vote. The data is being analyzed using Natural Language Processing. Using different smoothening techniques, noise is removed from data, classified by using Machine learning algorithms and then the accuracy of the system is gauged using various evaluation precision measures. The central premise of this research is to benignant common people and politicians both. For common people; is for deciding their precious vote, to which party to give will be good for themselves and nation too. For politicians; they will have an idea about themselves i.e. after seeking the polarities of different parties, the politicians will have an idea which party is preferable and which is not preferable, so that the politicians can work accordingly. The system shows comparison among VADER and SVM algorithm; and SVM algorithm showed 90% accuracy.

Chatbots are intelligent conversational computer systems designed to mimic human conversation to enable automated online guidance and support. The increased benefits of chatbots led to their wide adoption by many industries in order to provide virtual assistance to customers. Chatbots utilise methods and algorithms from two Artificial Intelligence domains: Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning. However, there are many challenges and limitations in their application. In this survey we review recent advances on chatbots, where Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language processing are used. We highlight the main challenges and limitations of current work and make recommendations for future research investigation.

Some cases that are often experienced at a particular institution such as Micro Enterprise are often a staff / employee in providing information services and transactions that are carried out manually to customers related to these business activities. This cycle always repeats from one customer to another. The impact if there are conditions where the queue of customer that is quite crowded than the workload of staff/employees will be higher and the risk of error in transactions will be high too. The development of information technology in artificial intelligence on 4.0 industry era is moving forward. One of them is Machine Learning - Natural Language Processing (NLP) which is one of the sciences that focuses on how computers can understand the human language and response to it. Therefor in this research a chatbot system will be builtin providing information and conducting transaction with the customers. This chatbot will be develop using the Dialogflow tools provided by Google. This Chatbot that was build expected to be an alternative that can be implemented in various bussines to provide better service for customers
