The reliability of information in the global information space is one of the most important problems of globalization. The credibility of various information resources is currently being studied and considered in different ways. In some cases, the problem of the reliability of information can be assessed as harmful and dangerous. This article, looks at the problem of information reliability in a general theoretical context. Efforts are also made to classify information arrays and categorize information consumers. The “general picture” of the results of a sociological survey of 100 students shows that the problem is significant. In many cases, young people are not “interested” in the reliability of the information, and in some cases they resign themselves to this situation.

The repertoire of library and information resources, the organization of information services and the acquisition of sources in the implementation of library policy are based on historical traditions. In the digital space and in the globalizing world, this process has changed both its form and its essence. It is known that throughout history, information resources have been censored and restricted. While these censorship restrictions are sometimes considered severe and sometimes insignificant, this problem arises and raises questions during the "dissemination" and "promotion" of information. The issue of limiting information and prohibiting its dissemination in the global information space remains relevant today. These restrictions can, at the request of a number of states, limit the scope of religious beliefs, as well as court decisions. Local, regional representations can also meet a number of restrictive requirements. I think that when it comes to free and democratic circulation of information products in the information space, it is necessary to define a mathematical model of how democratic it is. This article can be seen as a summary of the existing experience in this area.

Worldwide, hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is still a major public health problem. Bangladesh having a large burden of HBV infection, should be a major contributor towards it’s elimination by 2030. The country has been making progress in reducing incidence of HBV infection during the past decades. The progresses are mainly due to large vaccination coverage among children and large coverage of timely birthdose vaccine for prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HBV. However, Bangladesh still faces challenges in achieving target of reduction in mortality from HBV. On the basis of targets of the WHO’s Global health sector strategy on viral hepatitis 2016–2021, we highlight priorities for action towards HBV elimination. To attain the target of reduced mortality we propose that, the service coverage targets of diagnosis and treatment should be prioritized along with vaccination. Firstly, improvements are needed in the diagnostic and treatment abilities of medical institutions and health workers. Secondly, the government needs to reduce the costs of health care. Thirdly, better coordination is needed across existing national program and resources to establish an integrated system for prevention, screening, diagnosis and treatment of HBV infection. In this way, we can make progress towards achieving the target of eliminating HBV from Bangladesh by 2030 J Bangladesh Coll Phys Surg 2020; 38(3): 145-149

The analytical method used in this study is to use PIECES (Performance, Informance, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) analysis, the design of the model uses UML (Unified Modeling Language).
