U-learning hace uso de la ubicuidad, permitiendo el aprendizaje a cualquier persona en todo momento, lugar, contexto y a través de cualquier dispositivo. Este proceso de aprendizaje surge con la computación en nube o cloud computing que, de un modo general, puede definirse como el uso de la tecnología de la información basada en Internet. Es un sistema que permite acceso de red ubicuo, conveniente y bajo demanda a un conjunto de recursos informáticos configurables (por ejemplo, campus virtual, Google Drive, etc.). De esta forma, puede observarse como la educación está en un proceso de cambio continuo, porque las necesidades de aprendizaje de los estudiantes están cambiando. Las habilidades necesarias para desarrollar trabajos en las empresas, igualmente, están cambiado. Por tanto, el trabajo y los perfiles exigidos por éstas son cada vez más diferentes. En consecuencia, las TIC en las empresas han creado la necesidad de trabajos más especializados, lo que ha abierto la puerta a nuevos empleos y nuevas actividades profesionales, lo que debe llevar a formar personas familiarizadas con el medio en el que se desenvuelven. Ahora bien, el objetivo principal de los sistemas de educación y formación europeos no debe ser solo satisfacer las necesidades específicas del mercado laboral, aspecto en el que mayoritariamente se centra la política educativa, sino educar para la vida.

Recently cloud computing services have been adopted by many people and organizations. Google Drive is one of the cloud computing platforms that has gained popularity among students in higher education institutions. This study examines the perceptions and the current usage of Google Drive among students in higher education institutions in Brunei Darussalam. The study adopted the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and two additional factors namely perceived speed of access (PSA) and perceived security (PS). The primary objectives of this research are to explore the factors affecting the usage of Google Drive by the students in higher education institutions in Brunei, to investigate the perceptions of the students on the use of Google Drive and to find whether attitude influences the behavioral intention to use Google Drive among the students. The findings of this study connote that the students’ perceptions on Google Drive have a significant influence towards their attitude to use Google Drive which in turn influence their behavioral intention to use Google Drive in the future.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, salah satunya internet (interconnection networking). Informasi berupa data pribadi menjadi acuan dalam penggunaan aplikasi berbasis internet seperti e-commerce, e-health, e-payment, serta perkembangan cloud computing (ruang penyimpanan data seperti google drive, iCloud, Youtube). Privasi data pribadi merupakan hal penting karena menyangkut harga diri dan kebebasan berekspresi seseorang. Perlindungan privasi data pribadi jika tidak diatur dalam suatu peraturan perundang-undangan dapat mengakibatkan kerugian bagi seseorang atas tersebarnya suatu informasi pribadi. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendisukusikan konsep perlindungan privasi data pribadi serta pengaturannya dalam perspektif perbandingan hukum. Kajian ini menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif yang meneliti dan menganalisis sumber-sumber hukum. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa konsep perlindungan hak privasi merupakan hak penuh seseorang dan pemenuhannya tidak didasarkan pada hak orang lain, tetapi hak tersebut dapat hilang apabila dikehendaki oleh pemiliknya untuk mempublikasikan informasi yang bersifat pribadi kepada publik dan seseorang berhak untuk tidak membagikan semua informasi mengenai pribadinya dalam kehidupan sosial. Ketiadaan hukum yang mengatur secara komprehensif perlindungan privasi atas data pribadi di Indonesia dapat meningkatkan potensi pelanggaran terhadap hak konstitusional warga negara atas perlindungan privasi data pribadi. The development of information and communication technology, which one is the internet (interconnection networking). Personal data becomes a reference in the use of internet-based applications such as e-commerce, e-health, e-payment, and the development of cloud computing (data storage space such as Google Drive, iCloud, Youtube). The privacy of personal data is very important because it involves the freedom of expression and dignity of each individual. Data privacy protection shall be stipulated under the national law, if it is not, it may harm personal information that leads to any loss of someone. This paper aims to discuss the concept of privacy protection of personal data and legal arrangements from the perspective of comparative law. This article is normative legal research that examines and analyzes legal sources. The study results show that the privacy protection concept of personal data is a person rights and applied not by the others, but the rights can be lost if that person publish private information to the public and it’s a rights to does not share all information about his personality in social life. The absence of a comprehensive law governing privacy protection for personal data as a constitutional right can increase the potential of violations in Indonesia.

Semakin majunya dunia teknologi informasi saat ini tidak lepas dari semakin cepat dan mudahnya pengguna mendapatkan koneksi internet salah satu penggunaan internet sekarang ini ialah digunakan sebagai media bantu dalam proses belajar-mengajar di kampus-kampus khususnya kuliah jurusan komputer. Peneliti melakukan penelitian ini di STMIK Palcomtech Palembang. Sebagai salah satu kampus yang menawarkan belajar 100% praktek, 100% internet dalam proses belajar-mengajar STMIK Palcomtech Palembang menggunakan berbagai aplikasi pihak ketiga dalam berbagi informasi serta materi, salah satunya adalah aplikasi google drive. Berdasarkan analisa kebutuhan peneliti menemukan bawah aplikasi google drive tersebut tidaklah terlalu populer di gunakan oleh mahasiswa dan dosen dalam proses belajar-mengajar pada STMIK Palcomtech Palembang walaupun dengan banyaknya kemudahan yang diberikan google drive diataranya penyimpanan bebas 15gb, bisa dibuka dan digunakan dimana saja dan perangkat apapun. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kualitas kinerja layanan yang google drive berikan terhadap pengguna dalam hal ini mahasiswa dan dosen STMIK Palcomtech Palembang menggunakan metode Boehm’s Model dengan empat kriteria yaitu ketersediaan, kehandalan, efisiensi dan Kemudahan penggunaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini mempunyai nilai interpretasi yang baik agar hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk penelitian berikutnya.

As one of the products of google, google drive software can be worn and used by computer users who have access to the Internet by using a gmail account. With this account also users of android based smartphone which is also a product of google google drive can access using the equipment. The easier and cheapness of the equipment that is used as cloud computing services to support the academy. This service is an application of academic information used by parents of students to access academic information in the form of academic data. The main source of data from a web server and is designed to upload data automatically academic on google drive, so that data can be read by users who have android smartphone. Academic data that can be seen in the form of pdf format. The software that is made is also tested by utilizing a user who has access to the service academies. The test results showed that the existing data on google drive in accordance with the student registration number is entered and accessed on android smartphone and a value is given using questionnaires and calculated the Likert method was 81.57%.

Mitra merupakan guru sekolah dasar SD Negeri di Jakarta, kegiatan diusulkan dalam pengabdian dengan tujuan memberikan bantuan ilmu pengetahuan terhadap guru sehingga dalam proses pembelajaran dapat lebih mudah, tujuan lain untuk membantu memberikan informasi kepada guru agar siswa dapat mengumpulkan tugas melalui fasilitas cloud computing. Disamping tujuan itu terdapat tujuan lain yakni untuk mempermudah guru dalam memanajemen atau melakukan pengolahan data ketika pembelajaran dimulai. Pengabdian dilakukan di sekolah dengan metode praktikum atau workshop langsung pada guru di sekolah dasar dengan mencoba langsung aplikasi cloud computing yang ada pada layanan seperti dropbox dan google drive. Kegiatan pengabdian diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan beberapa masalah yang ada pada guru dan meningkatkan keterampilan dalam pengolahan data.

Layanan penyimpanan menggunakan Google Drive ataupun DropBox merupakan layanan yang  digunakan secara cuma-cuma di internet, sebagai besar menggunakan teknologi Cloud Computing. Hal ini berarti layanan pada Cloud Computing dapat disediakan dengan cepat dan meminimalisir interaksi dengan penyedia layanan vendor/provider Cloud Computing. Tempat penyimpanan data yang sering menjadi kendala yang bersifat pribadi ataupun pekerjaan, seringkali menyulitkan dalam mengakses. Gangguan keamanan dari aktifitas  jaringan seperti Denial of Service dan infeksi virus yang cukup beragam. Kesulitan berbagi data dengan inipun menjadi kendala terutama menyeting batas waktu dokumen yang dibagikan, dengan siapa saja dokumen dibagikan dan hak akses apasaja yang diberikan. Kendala seperti inilah yang  dihadapi sehari-harinya dan cukup mengganggu fleksibelitas terutama dalam rutinitas pekerjaan, maka dibutuhkan konfigurasi firewall untuk meminimalisir gangguan tersebut sehingga layanan tetap bisa diakses

The use of google drive as a storage area cloud-based is considered able to improve working performance. This technology was introduced in the school MTsS Mon Malem in Aceh Besar region, in order to see the effect of using cloud technology in the working performance of teachers. After conducting several tests, including pre-test and post-test, we analyzed the data using SPSS to obtain the value of R which represents the effect of the use of google drive to the performance of teachers. The result of this work show that by using google drive the performance of the teacher is increasing
