Lontar is a relic of cultural heritage whose basic source of manufacture is from rontal or tal leaves containing evidence of all records of aspects of ancient historical life which include historical values, religion, philosophy, medicine, literature and other sciences so that their sustainability needs to be maintained. Security of digital lontar will make it easier to preserve a lontar work so that it is not changed or falsified by irresponsible parties, where digital lontar in PDF format will be given a digital signature to maintain the authenticity of the document. Documents that are signed will be difficult for other parties to change, if the contents of a digital ejection are changed it will cause the digital signature to change. Based on the research conducted, from the results of testing the security of digital ejection with digital signatures using the RSA algorithm, the test results from RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) for description results with an average of 69.7794143. The larger or random the description results, the more complex the description results will be.

During the pandemic, the teaching and learning process is carried out by implementing e- learning or online learning. One of the most common applications that are used in online learning is Google Meet. The researchers focused on EFL students’ perception by looking for significant studies using information and communication technology using Google Meet for students' English learning during the pandemic. The data used in this literature review are published articles in the form of pdf format. Thus, a total of six studies were found relevant to review. The result showed that using Google Meet in online learning during the pandemic is helpful to assist their learning process. However, students still prefer face-to-face learning because online learning tends to get boring and uninteresting. After all, most teachers are incapable of using an online application to provide an engaging, creative, and innovative learning environment. Keywords: Students’ Perceptions, Google Meet, Online Learning, EFL.

An internet of things (IoT) is an exclusive method, were its impact on the enactments of human life is very trendy. This research on library control system operates on the basis of IoT and optical character recognition (OCR) algorithm rules and its training. A closed-circuit television (CCTV) watched mechanism is created to control the book issuing and returning phenomenon via tag studying system in the library. In this proposed work text file is converted into an audio file. This audio file is being played and the contents of the book can be heard via the headset. This unique function of the OCR helps blind people. Now a days OCR widely focused in machine processes such as machine transformation, text to speech extraction and text data mining. It utilized in various area of research in artificial intelligence, computer vision and pattern recognition. Using OCR to scan the damaged book in the library converted into pdf format the book gets new life and sharing the contents to multiple readers. In this paper aims to implement IoT based library management system to maintaining books in digital format.

Authors must follow the manuscript writing format according to the guidelines listed on the symposium website. The papers were checked by the editor. Papers that do not match the format were returned to the author for correction. Formatted papers were sent to at least two reviewers to be assessed for content, especially based on the novelty, contribution to science, and writing quality. All accepted manuscripts then been sent back to the author for revision according to the reviewer comments, and sent back to the committee for final check by editor. The manuscripts were grouped into 3 main topic namely: aquaculture, aquatic resources management, and fish product technology. The final steps was proffread by the author, save as to pdf format, and send to IOP publishing. • Contact person for queries: Name : Indah Istiqomah, Ph.D Affiliation: Assistant Professor, Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia Email : [email protected]

This paper presents data on effective tools and methods of online learning obtained during a survey of 72 teachers of Russian as a foreign language working in various universities in St. Petersburg. The questionnaire, which included 7 open and closed questions, was created taking into account the features of the online lesson: reliance on cloud platforms for video conferencing, the dominant nature of visual perception of information, the need to constantly maintain the attention of students, and the lack of direct contact between the teacher and students. During the survey, it was found that the effectiveness of online teaching Russian as a foreign language, according to teachers, depends on the technical capabilities of cloud platforms for video conferencing, the use of both traditional textbooks in PDF format, and electronic textbooks as well as teachers' own training materials. Also it depends on the use of slide presentations, additional audio and video materials of both educational and non-educational nature, electronic simulators, sites containing game tasks, innovative methods and techniques of teaching.

Revolution and Protest Online is an Alexander Street resource, which provides documents, images and videos on revolutions and resistance, protest, and social movements from the eighteenth to the twenty-first centuries. It can be purchased as a standalone collection with a perpetual access license, or it can be accessed as a Related Collection through a subscription to Global Issues Library, another Alexander Street resource. This database contains original documents and images in PDF format, as well as e-books, monographs, journals, and videos. These are drawn from a variety of national and international sources, and collectively represent several hundred images, almost 200 videos, and nearly 100,000 pages of content. This database is not difficult to navigate, and finding materials there is relatively easy, using either the basic or advanced searches or through browsing. These various search and browse functions can produce useful results, and are easily understandable, though the advanced search is arguably the most flexible and effective (but also the most complex!). Pricing for this database is based on an institution's budget, FTE, and whatever consortia arrangements it and other institutions make with the vendor. As a consequence, its price can vary considerably from one subscriber to another! For a specific price quote, contact Alexander Street. Its licensing agreement is quite average in its length and composition and is apparently the standard one for the vendor. The quality, quantity, and variety of materials in this database is notable. It will certainly be of use to those researching the political, historical, and social aspects of revolution and protest, both in the United States and around the world. However, given its price variability, it may only be of marginal value to institutions with a high purchase/subscription price and a low demand for these kinds of materials.

ProQuest Historical Newspapers: Leftist Newspapers and Periodicals is a source for leftist publications (mostly newspapers), largely published in the twentieth century. Here, the user can access articles in PDF format from 156 national and international publications. Navigating this database and the documents therein can be easily done, but articles cannot be magnified or reduced, which may prove problematic with PDFs of old newspapers. Database content can be found through browsing or by using a basic and/or advanced search. The browse and basic search options here are understandable, but the advanced search is not self-explanatory and can possibly confuse the user. As a consequence, a new user of this database will probably benefit from instruction in its use from either the vendor or someone else familiar with this resource. However, when this search function is used properly it can produce numerous, on-point results for any query. The same is true of the basic search and browsing features, though they tend to produce larger lists of results that are less on-point than the advanced search. The vendor did not provide specific price information for this review, only indicating that pricing is determined by an institution's size and number of users. As this provides potential subscribers with very little insight into the cost of acquiring this resource, its advised that they contact ProQuest for a price quote tailored to their own institution. Its licensing agreement is the same as those used for all ProQuest databases and is average in its composition (though somewhat longer than average). The quality and quantity of content in this resource is notable, and it will certainly be of use to those looking for articles from leftist newspapers and periodicals. However, the definition of “leftist” here may be problematic for some users! Communist and Socialist publications are certainly available in this database, but those for Anarchists, Social Democrats, and other leftists are not.

Lack of student education activeness in online learning during the pandemic is the background of this research. This study aims to provide an overview of how active elementary school students learn in online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic and find out the factors causing the lack of student learning activeness in online education. The type of research used is literature study research. The data collection technique used is to collect theoretical studies and references sourced from articles and journals that have been accredite. This literature uses literature published in 2020-2021which can be accessed in full text in pdf format. The criteria for the articles reviewed are articles in Indonesian language research journals with the subject of student activity. Based on the results of literature research from several journals that have been written by previous researchers, it shows that in online learning, student activity is influenced by several factors, namely factors from teachers, parents, and students themselves.
