Laborers were chosen to accomplish the objectives of the examination. Employees hold and as they are the internal stakeholders. Thus, it becomes necessary to explore their effect in stakeholder relationship management on organizational efficiency, which is highly competitive. The staff was essential to cover the organization's accomplishments. If they functioned as a gathering, the impact might be exceptional. The organization's management would comprehend the workers' prerequisites and aspirations, and a management style of advanced organization systems was resolved. It was found from the investigation that inside partner relationship management framework is organizational performance. Via the eyes of European multinational organizations, the thesis examines the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and organizational success. Furthermore, the study investigates the role of corporate reputation as a moderator in the CSR-organizational performance linkages. Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of human resource management (HRM) practices on the performance of Jordanian banks as determined by using the balanced scorecard (BSC) performance measurement system and by testing the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as a possible mediator variable. Design/methodology/approach A questionnaire was used to collect data from the study sample, which consisted of 230 managers working in various banks across Jordan. The study hypotheses were then tested using SPSS and AMOS software by applying structural equation models (SEMs). Findings The data set revealed that the use of HRM practices had a significant impact on both employee OCB and bank performance in all the four dimensions of the BSC (financial, customer satisfaction, internal processes, learning and growth). In addition, OCB was found to have a positive significant impact on organizational performance. Moreover, results indicated that OCB partially mediates the relationship between HRM practices and organizational performance. Originality/value The authors examine the impact HRM practices on the organization performance through the mediation role of OCB. The results obtained from this study extend the existing literature by providing evidences from non-western country such as Jordan. Based on the findings, the theoretical and practical implications of the study as well as limitations and suggestions for future studies are also discussed.

This research tries to investigate the influence of organizational learning on innovation on one hand and the impact of innovation on performance on the other. Upon the review of literature, two hypotheses projected in pursuit of the research: the positive impact of organizational learning on innovation as well as the co relational effect of innovation with performance. Data was obtained distributing questionnaires in five public sector universities of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Conclusions substantiate hypotheses thus provided additional substantiation that organizational learning has a say in innovation capacity, and also the fact that innovation is positively associated to organization learning (R2 = 0.65) and coefficient β is 0.31 this clearly show that innovation leads to organization learning, on the other hand organization learning has positively associated to organization performance (R2 = 0.70) and coefficient β is 0.54 this means that organization learning leads to organization performance, and has positive significant effect on financial performance

Purpose A single supply chain management (SCM) practice will have a certain impact on organizational performance (OP). However, since it is placed in a system that many other practices are conducted simultaneously, the practice itself will interact with other ones (i.e. affect/be affected). As a consequence, the efficiency of the affected practice is increased and it is expected to maximize the impact of SCM practices on OP. This mechanism is named the “resonant” influence that is a new approach in the SCM literature. The purpose of this paper is to test the above mechanism toward an insight into the relationship between SCM and OP. Design/methodology/approach Two models were compared: the competitive models only exist in direct effects; and the other contains relationships between practices that are able to show the mechanism of the resonant influence, i.e. the hypothetical model. A data set gained from Vietnamese garment enterprises was used to validate the mechanism of the resonant influence. Findings Empirical evidence from Vietnamese garment sector showed that the competitive models could explain 42.8, 26.3 and 34 percent variance of operational performance, customer satisfaction and financial performance, respectively. In the meantime, the hypothetical model containing the resonant influence is capable to explain 69.5, 33.1 and 57.3 percent. For the impact of each SCM practice on OP, all relationships in the hypothetical model are also greater than those in competitive ones. These results supported the mechanism of the resonant influence. Research limitations/implications This research provides an insight into the relationship between SCM practices and OP. By the resonant influence, the effectiveness of each affected SCM practice itself is magnified and OP is also increased remarkably. Practical implications Understanding the resonant influence, companies can apply this mechanism to enhance effectiveness of SCM practices at the lowest cost. To this end, the SCM practices should be implemented simultaneously as an integrated system rather than independent ones and the structural model proposed in this study is able to be used as “a guide map” for applying this mechanism. Originality/value This is one of pioneer empirical studies in the SCM literature that proposed and validated the concept of “resonant influence.”

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to focus on the influences of dynamic capability on breakthrough innovation and explores the essential mechanisms related to such influence. The impact of breakthrough innovation on organizational performance is also examined in conjunction with the manufacturing industry samples in China. Design/methodology/approach This paper follows an empirical design. Data are collected from a survey administered to manufacturing samples in China. Regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis. Findings Results show that the positive impact of breakthrough innovation on organization performance is verified. Technological breakthrough innovation affects both the organization’s financial performance and growth performance in a linear and positive way, while market breakthrough innovation affects organization performance positively with marginal increments. Research limitations/implications This paper uses data of manufacturing industry of China, hence, an extended survey in depth and width is worthy of future investigation. In addition, more unique predisposing factors on breakthrough innovation should be considered in the context of China. Practical implications The research enriches the understanding of how the dynamic capability affects the enterprise’s breakthrough innovation, which helps entrepreneurs understand how to strategize to build dynamic capability during breakthrough innovation decisions and implementations. Originality/value Dynamic capability is uniquely viewed as a multi-dimensional concept from a perspective of modularity, while breakthrough innovation is composed of two constructs. It not only enriches the understanding of how dynamic capability affects breakthrough innovation but also discovers the non-linear impact of breakthrough innovation on enterprise’s organizational performance in the context of China’s manufacturing industry.
