Based on the results of research conducted at the Bandung City Communication and Information Service, data was obtained that the problem with DISKOMINFO is that the network monitoring application that is owned is cacti network, the application only shows on the monitor screen of the DISKOMINFO control room and if there is a problem on the network, for example, if it is not properly connected, the network technician does not immediately know this because there is no notification directly to the network technology. To overcome these problems, as a solution the author recommends to build and implement network monitoring in activities on the use of smartphones, namely Android applications so that the application can be used by network technicians to simplify and speed up the process of monitoring in real time and wherever it is because the system will immediately provide notification according to network problems that occur. The method used in this study is the literature method and interview where data collection problems will be a reference for a solution. In the construction of this application the author uses the JAVA programming language and database storage using MySQL. The author also uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) in helping system design analysis. The Android-based network monitoring application that is built can be used by network technicians of the Bandung City Communication and Information Service Office, as a support for its work, which is monitoring the network according to notifications received from the system in the Bandung city government environment in real time

Until now, the location information of the General Hospital has not yet computerized and many take advantage of mobile devices. Therefore, it is necessary to study to facilitate the search for the nearest hospital. Android-based phones have several features such as the Global Positioning System (GPS), which can be used to give the user the latest geolocation information, and connectivity with the 3G network. While the Location Based Service (LBS) are services that support GPS function. The Android platform can also be integrated with the Google Maps API. Google Maps API is a product from Google that offers the ease of building applications that require data geolocation and the ability to provide a fairly complete map. The first step in this research is to study the literature on Android, GPS, and Google Maps API. The second step is to design applications with modeling Unified Modeling Language (UML). The final step, carried implementation using the Java programming language. Based on test results, hospital In the search application, there are two options to choose a search based on a list of hospitals or radius of the location of the user. And the use of GPS is very accurate, but it can only work with a maximum when used in a location free from obstruction satellite, evident from testing conducted by researchers who carried out the entire room without any obstructions. Search applications hospital immediately shows the route to the nearest hospital from the user. At the hospital Radius of users displayed in the application is the shortest distance when the straight line drawn between the hospital with the user. Search applications hospitals can work well in the real environment, ie Android devices Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc. Android applications are developed with the target API level 15, can run well too at the API level on it.

This article describes the optimization of the Zabbix network monitoring tool at the Hospital Universitário de Santa Maria, where existing servers had been presenting problems generated by the misconfiguration of the tool as a whole. The high amount of network assets monitored by the tool, and the abundance of data collected, slowed the machine, making it difficult to use when necessary. New network assets and locations to be added were analyzed to ensure item history. Thus it is possible to generate reports for statistics, and reduce the computational effort of the tool to bring real-time information of network problems. To solve the problems presented, and obtain concrete data of the environment, it was aimed to optimize the tool itself, reviewing items from each host on the machine, linking templates, adjusting the use of the housekeepinp function (acting to remove unused records in database level), among other processes to improve server performance. This facilitates the use of the tool.

Dalam memproduksi air bersih, Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) membangun infrastruktur yang disebut Instalasi Pengolahan Air (IPA). IPA ini mengolah air baku dari air menjadi air bersih yang siap dikonsumsi. Dalam pengolahannya melalui beberapa tahapan pengolahan mulai dari pengambilan air baku hingga air dapat didistribusikan ke rumah pelanggan. Setiap tahapan pengolahan air perlu dipantau dan dikendalikan agar kualitas, kuantitas dan kontinuitas air bersih dapat terjaga. Kegiatan pemantauan dan pengendalian pengolahan air di PDAM Kota Padang masih dilakukan secara manual. Sistem Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) merupakan sistem pengendalian dan pengawasan yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Di negara maju SCADA telah menjadi bagian penting dari sebuah infrastruktur. SCADA digunakan untuk memantau dan mengontrol jaringan pipa, air, sistem transportasi, pabrik kimia dan proses lainnya dalam kegiatan manufaktur. SCADA dapat menyajikan data dan mengontrol proses pemrosesan/manufaktur secara real-time. Dengan menggunakan sistem ini dapat meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas produksi serta efisiensi. Pada tugas akhir ini akan dirancang sebuah sistem SCADA untuk IPA PDAM Kota Padang. Dalam perancangannya akan dilakukan pemodelan sistem dengan menggunakan bahasa pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML).

Kebutuhan akan teknologi untuk mengatasi berbagai masalah secara cepat dan tepat semakin berkembang, khususnya untuk sistem informasi manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM). Kegiatan pencatatan data karyawan secara manual sangat menyita waktu dan tenaga sehingga tidak efisien dan mengakibatkan persentase kesalahan data menjadi cukup tinggi. Dengan teknologi informasi diharapkan data perusahaan khususnya data karyawan dapat diolah dengan cepat dan data yang disajikan akan lebih rapi, sehingga persentase kesalahannya juga berkurang. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT. Klik Teknologi Indonesia, dimana manajemen SDM di perusahaan ini belum ditunjang oleh teknologi sistem informasi. Pengelolaan cuti dan reimburse masih dikelola secara manual. Masalah lain yang terjadi adalah tentang absensi karyawan yang bekerja secara remote, dimana belum ada sistem untuk menangani hal tersebut, sehingga menyulitkan pengelolaan data absensi dari karyawan-karyawan tersebut. Hal tersebut menjadi dasar penelitian dan pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen SDM berbasis web yang dibuat dengan metode Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan model waterfall, sedangkan Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah Ruby, dengan framework Ruby on Rails dan basis data PostgreSQL. Dari pengimplentasian sistem dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen SDM membuat pengelolaan SDM di perusahaan menjadi lebih mudah, cepat dan akurat, selain itu sistem yang dibuat memberikan fasilitas untuk melakukan virtual absen secara real time, sehingga data dapat dikelola oleh bagian SDM.

Pada saat ini penggunaan sistem informasi telah diterapkan oleh perusahaan untuk mendukung proses bisnis pada perusahaan secara real time dan terintegrasi. Penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen terintegrasi ini pada dasarnya dapat diterapkan bukan hanya pada perusahaan saja, tetapi juga dalam industri pendidikan khususnya sekolah. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti ingin menggambarkan model sistem informasi manajemen untuk mendukung proses bisnis yang terdapat pada sekolah. Model konseptual sistem informasi manajemen untuk sekolah ini digambarkan dengan mengunakan notasi Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan pendekatan model arsitektur “4+1 View”. Model ini diharapkan dapat membantu analisis dan perancangan proses bisnis pada sekolah secara keseluruhan. ModelSistem informasi konseptual ini dapat membantu pengembang aplikasi sekolah dalam lebih memahami dan mengembangkan sistem. Sekolah dapat memperoleh pengetahuan yang lebih baik tentang sistem informasi manajemen dengan menggunakan model sistem informasi manajemen ini.

An android-based comprehensive exam registration verification and validation information system. Registration for a comprehensive exam is a requirement that must be done by students to conduct a comprehensive trial. The problems of this research are (1) How to design a comprehensive online registration information system based on Android? (2) How to make a comprehensive online registration information system application. The objectives of this study are (1) to produce a comprehensive online registration information system design (2) to produce an android-based comprehensive registration information system application. A website-based comprehensive exam registration verification and validation information system to improve services in comprehensive registration. This system is built using the Model Prototype methodology, modeling Unified Modeling Language, Java programming language, Android Studio framework, and SMBD MySQL. This research resulted in the application of an Android-based comprehensive exam registration verification and validation information system that can be utilized by the Bina Darma University in the process of students who will carry out a comprehensive trial.

The computer is a tool that helps the information. In this case every individual, company, and institution that uses technology trends must develop the system that they have used, so that they are no longer out of date, because technology is always updated all the time. The service data processing system at Sitanala Hospital is currently still manual, so patients must wait long enough for treatment. There is no computerized treatment procedure in processing patient data, so data is scattered and easily lost. This shows the role of the system in the company is very important. Creating a computerized system for inpatient data collection systems, to get accurate, fast and precise information. The proposed system will display a menu of input data ranging from patients entering the inpatient room, the results of patient diagnoses, actions taken when translating, patient rooms until the date of the patient's discharge as well as a method of reporting patient data monthly to annual for the leadership discovery. The method used is descriptive data analysis method. The technique of collecting data, by making observations to the company, conducting interviews, and conducting library studies with books, literature, materials obtained during lectures relevant to the experience gained. Meanwhile, to analyze this research, it uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) to discuss the procedures and processes that are currently running.

Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan merupakan gabungan melalui teknologi informasi dan juga aktivitas manusia yang menanfaatkan dari teknologi itu sendiri sebagai dukungan operasi untuk manajemen dalam pengolahan data dan juga informasi. Dalam pemahaman yang begitu luas, istilah dari sistem informasi perpustakaan yang lebih dikenal mengacu pada interaksi antar manusia dan teknologi pada proses algoritma, data, informasi dan juga teknologi sehingga menghasilkan informasi yang bermanfaat. Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah proses pengelohan data dan informasi yang ada pada perpustakaan umumnya. Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang merupakan sebuah metode klasik yang bersifat sistematis secara berurutan dalam membangun perangkat lunak dari mulai tahap analisis, desain, coding, testing dan juga maintenance. Tools yang digunakan untuk pemodelan perangkat lunak menggunakan unified modeling language (UML) seperti use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram. Sistem Informasi Perpustakan ini dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pengelolaan data dan informasi yang ada pada perpustakaan sehingga diharapkan tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam proses pencarian dan pengelolaan data informasi yang ada pada perpustakaan seperti data buku, data peminjam, data pengembalian serta pembuatan laporan dapat lebih real time, efektif dan efesien. Sistem informasi Perpustakaan harus selalu di maintenance secara berkala sesuai dengan kebutuhan user.

Usage of Android Smartphone in home boarding information can give big benefit. If it is compared with searching of home boarding location manually, search with the application has some surplus, such as: a user can search through android smartphone everytime and everywhere, and also can see the detail of home boarding information. Search of home boarding in Palangka Raya city is still executed manually, alike search of home boarding location directly, if it’s not match, the seeker must search manually over and over again. For developing a geographic information system of home boarding search for Palangka Raya area that can find the nearest location, The Methodologhy used is Waterfall methodologhy that has 5 steps: (1) requirement: Actors those are administrator, home boarding owner and visitors. some of data are  photo, latitude and longitude, and home boarding information. (2) Design System: design system in this research used UML(Unified Modeling Language). (3) Coding & Testing: this step used Java Programming, Database MySQL and XAMPP and using Haversine Algorithm for home boarding searching. (4) Integration & Testing, Testing of all system used Blackbox testing. (5) Operation and Maintanance, this step for seeing change that is needed for fungtionalization of development. According to developing of geographic information system of home boarding  search. The conclusion are the user can know the nearest home boarding location from user’s position with using radius feature that used haversine algorithm, the owner of home boarding manage directly with giving original information and the application also help the owner on home boarding marketing. The application is expected to be developed as adding push notification feature

Abstract Both the object paradigm and the Java programming language have gained immense popularity over the years. In the recent past the Unified Modeling Language has come to be the standard for the representation of classes and their relationships. Exceptional mechanisms are available to develop html-based documentation from Java source code. However, these documentations are largely text based. As more developers get involved in developing large-scale systems using Java, it would be of significant benefit to represent classes and relationships between classes using UML. Of course, asking all vendors of Java software libraries to provide UML diagrams for their products/libraries is impractical. Java Object Viewing Aid uses the feature of reflection to extract the details of classes and relationships from the existing binaries. It then presents this information in a form that is intuitive to software developers. In this paper we present the details and features of JOVA.
