With the rapid development of China's overall economy, the construction engineering industry is gradually improving. Architectural engineering is an important environment for people to live, and its quality and safety are directly related to people's life and property. The most important part of the construction project is the mechanical and electrical installation, to realize the cost control of the project is the key point of the project. This article mainly explains the mechanical and electrical installation engineering in building engineering, and introduces the installation and construction technology in mechanical and electrical installation engineering in detail, and analyzes the control difficulties. It provides an important reference for the management of mechanical and electrical installation technology in the future.

Nowadays, under the  situation  of  the accelerating  process  of urbanization,  our  social economic development has also been leaps and bounds and  the  corresponding construction industry has also been high speed developed. Our country in the field of land resources still insist on a solid  strict  management control, therefore, in this context,it will inevitably lead the land resources to face with a tense situation which has become a great test forhigh-rise residential building construction as it appears repeatedly.  Normally, high-rise residential buildings have the characteristics of limited operating surface, high investment  cost,  long construction period and high requirements of construction technology. In view of this, this paper mainly analyzes the high-rise residential building construction technology.

In the paper, the seismic damage information of six kinds of buildings, including Brick and concrete structure, the bottom frame brick and concrete structure, frame construction, Big span structure, special structure, farmhouse, were collected. Based on the architecture type, damage degree, height of house, the seismic damage information were statistic analysis in the damage characteristic of the structure. And on the basis of the damage characteristic, the dynamic response and earthquake resistance mechanism were studied. The correlation among site feature, structure type, strength of materials, construction technology and the seismic damage of structure were discussed.

With the in-depth reform of our country's economic system, the demand for professional talents is increasing in economic development. As a main position for cultivating skilled and application-oriented talents, higher vocational colleges are self-evident in the importance. As a major feature of higher vocational colleges, practical training courses play an irreplaceable role in improving the quality and level of talents. This paper takes the intelligent buildings in higher vocational colleges as an example to discuss the teaching of practical courses. With the rapid development of modern intelligent buildings and smart homes in our country, the demand for intelligent talents has increased dramatically. In the early 21st century, China approved the establishment of the " intelligent building engineering technology" major in higher vocational colleges. This major integrates computer communication technology, construction technology and automatic control technology. This major is very applicable and practical, but many higher vocational colleges were weak in practical training. Next, I will discuss some reflections on the teaching of training courses for intelligent buildings in higher vocational colleges.

The influence of construction seasons and curing condition on chloride ion permeability of entity structure concrete was analyzed, which was based on the monitoring of pier concrete quality constructed seasonal of Qingdao bay bridge. At the same time, durability of entity concrete structure was analyzed combining site construction technology.
