With the rapid development of China's overall economy, the construction engineering industry is gradually improving. Architectural engineering is an important environment for people to live, and its quality and safety are directly related to people's life and property. The most important part of the construction project is the mechanical and electrical installation, to realize the cost control of the project is the key point of the project. This article mainly explains the mechanical and electrical installation engineering in building engineering, and introduces the installation and construction technology in mechanical and electrical installation engineering in detail, and analyzes the control difficulties. It provides an important reference for the management of mechanical and electrical installation technology in the future.

With the in-depth reform of our country's economic system, the demand for professional talents is increasing in economic development. This paper takes the intelligent buildings in higher vocational colleges as an example to discuss the teaching of practical courses. With the rapid development of modern intelligent buildings and smart homes in our country, the demand for intelligent talents has increased dramatically. In the early 21st century, China approved the establishment of the " intelligent building engineering technology" major in higher vocational colleges. This major integrates computer communication technology, construction technology and automatic control technology. This major is very applicable and practical, but many higher vocational colleges were weak in practical training. Next, I will discuss some reflections on the teaching of training courses for intelligent buildings in higher vocational colleges.

<p>Nowadays, with the continuous development of economy and society, the frequency of electromechanical installation projects in various industries is getting higher and higher. With the continuous improvement of mechanization level, the requirements for business personnel engaged in mechanical and electrical installation engineering are getting higher and higher. Electromechanical installation is a very important part in construction engineering. Only through continuous innovation, technical renewal and transformation, can the engineering function be effectively guaranteed and the economic benefit be increased. As urban construction enters the fast lane, people's requirements for the quality of life are gradually improved. The installation of construction electromechanical projects is the most prominent link in construction engineering, so construction units should pay attention to the installation of engineering electromechanical projects. The emphasis of engineering electromechanical installation is the control of installation quality and the innovation of installation technology. To solve this problem, as the main designer and builder of the project, the construction enterprises should actively analyze and explore the construction and design work according to the actual situation of the project, so as to effectively improve the comprehensive ability of their own engineering buildings and lay a foundation for further improvement and optimization of the engineering quality. In this study, the researchers explored and thought about the main problems existing in the design and construction of architectural engineering in China. The development of urbanization has led to an increase in the number and scale of construction projects and the types of building construction engineering are getting advance and diverse due to the rapid development of technology. One of them is the static pressure prestressed pipe pile which is the most common used technology in modern building construction work.  It is mainly used for pile foundation in construction work and it has the advantages in less pollution, low noise and high efficiency compared to the traditional pile foundation. Study on the characteristics of static pressure prestressed pipe pile must be carried out and strengthened the research in order to increase the effectiveness and quality of static pressure prestressed pipe pile on construction works. This paper is mainly to analyzed the characteristic and construction technology of static pressure prestressed pipe piles on building construction work.
