The adoption of e-learning technology has become a major challenge for many academic institutions during the Covid-19 pandemic. More and more institutions are questioning the success of adopting this technology and are seeking to understand their adoption process. The objective of the current research work is to study the factors affecting the intent of Saudi university students to adopt online technologies during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the Information Technology Adoption Model, UTAUT, a research model was designed and validated by combining the factorial analysis method with simple linear regression analysis. The study revealed four key factors that had significant and positive effects on users' intent to use online technology, including the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, teacher influence, university management commitment, and availability of student technical assistance.

The purpose of this research is to examine the factors affecting interests of taxpayers in using efiling facility. The independent variables of this research are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, security and privacy, complexity, readiness technology taxpayers information and human resources. Data used in this research is primary data by using questionnaires. Respondent are the Individual Taxpayers who used e-filing.This research used multiple linear regression analysis that involved 108 respondents. The results show that: (1) perceived usefulness affects positively the intention to use E-filing, (2) perceived ease of use affects positively the intention to use E-Filing, (3) security and privacy affects positively the intention to use E-Filing, (4) complexity affects negatively the intention to use E-filing, (5) Readiness Technology Taxpayers Information affects positively the intention to use E-Filing (6) Human Resources affects positively the intention to use E-Filing

This paper examined the effect of theoretical and institutional factors that influenced the adoption of e-learning in Universities in Ghana. The study sought to improve understanding of the motivational factors behind the adoption of e-learning systems. This study extended the original Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to include institutional factors. A sample of 600 lecturers was drawn from both private and public universities in Ghana. Correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between e-learning and the theoretical factors as well as the relationship between e-learning adoption and institutional factors. Linear regression analysis was used to determine whether the theoretical factors predict e-learning adoption. The study revealed that e-learning was positively correlated to all the theoretical factors discussed. It was observed that significant relationship existed between Perceived Usefulness (PU) and e-learning, while the weakest relationship existed between e-learning and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU). The research concluded that a lecturer’s adoption of e-learning depended on PEOU as well as PU. However, a lecturer’s adoption of e-learning was more dependent on a lecturer’s PU, that is, the degree to which the lecturer believed that using a particular system would enhance his or her job performance.

E-learning has gained recognition and fame in delivering and distributing educational resources, and the same has become possible with the occurrence of Internet and Web technologies. The research seeks to determine the factors that influence students' acceptance of E-learning and to find out the way these factors determine the students' intention to employ E-learning. A theoretical framework was developed based on the technology acceptance model (TAM). To obtain information from the 270 university students who utilized the E-learning system, a questionnaire was formulated. The results revealed that “social influence, perceived enjoyment, self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use” are the strongest and most important predictors in the intention of and students towards E-learning systems. The outcomes offer practical implications for practitioners, lawmakers, and developers in effective E-learning systems implementation to improve ongoing interests and activities of university students in a virtual E-learning atmosphere, valuable recommendations for E-learning practices are given by the research findings, and these may turn out to be as guidelines for the efficient design of E-learning systems.

E-learning is a form of education that is increasingly being used in higher education in the developed world. The aim of the study was to evaluating students’ satisfaction of e-Learning. In this research, we apply and use the theory of technology acceptance model (TAM). We employ structural equation modelling (SEM) approach with SmartPLS software to investigate students’ adoption process. Findings indicates that the perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and intention to use e-learning among university students have a positive impact and substantially associated with learning performance and learning satisfaction. The study concludes that university students in Malaysia have positive perceptions towards e-learning and intend to practice it for educational purposes

The pandemic of COVID-19 quickly led to the closure of universities and colleges around the world, hoping that the guidance of social distancing from public health authorities will help flatten the curve of infection and minimize the overall fatalities from the epidemic. The e-learning framework, however, is the best solution to enable students to learn about the quality of education. The aim of this research was to examine variables reflecting the actual use of the e-learning system during the COVID-19 pandemic among university students. The perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness are positively correlated with facilitating condition, perceived control, and self-efficacy, which in turn influences students’ attitude toward use, which in turn affects the actual use of the e-learning system during the COVID-19 pandemic. To exam the model on the basis of user data from the e-learning system used collected through an online survey, structural equation modeling (SEM) and path analysis were used. The findings showed that the mindset of students to use had positive effects on the learning of students during the COVID-19 pandemic through the actual use of the e-learning system. In the context of e-learning programs in developing countries, previous studies have seldom explored an integrated model. In addition, this article aims to include a literature review of recently published research on the actual use of the e-learning system during the pandemic of COVID-19.

This study explores students’ acceptance of e-learning technology in Jordanian higher educational institutions. A paucity of studies that were conducted in individual institutions indicated that different cultural perspectives and resistance to change are overlaying the wide adoption of e-learning and influencing users’ perceptions pertaining the technology usefulness and/or ease of use. Our study utilises the technology acceptance model (TAM) and explores the influence of the main antecedents of accepting this technology from users’ perspectives, that is, perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEU) in order to reveal the country’s readiness to adopt this technology and move from individual innovations to institutional standards. The results obtained using a survey-based methodology from three main public and private institutions distributed in multiple geographical areas show that the actual behaviour of usage is influenced by behavioural intention (BI), which is directed by PU, PEU, and attitude. Based on these results, multiple recommendations pertaining to cultural perspectives and educational institutions readiness are proposed and implications of the study are discussed.

This study aims to examine factors affecting the use of e-learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This survey study utilized a quantitative approach to understand the relationship variables by using SEM-PLS. An online questionnaire was distributed to collect information from respondents. A total of 250 questionnaires were gathered and 210 responses can be used for further analysis. The findings indicate that the students’ intention in using e-learning was determined by several variables, including perceived enjoyment, students experience, computer anxiety, and perceived self-efficacy. These findings also confirm that both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness can explain the students’ intention in utilizing e-learning. The results provide an implication toward the importance of understanding factors of adoption of e-learning and how students can perceive e-learning as the response of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract At present, through the help of the internet, an increasing number of higher education institutions worldwide encourages faculty and students to adopt e-Learning in spite of the many barriers still exists in its implementation. This study presents how organizational factors and ease of use influence perceived usefulness and intention to use e-Learning. For this purpose, three hundred and ninety four samples collected from students of seven higher institutions in Southeast Sulawesi of Indonesia were surveyed with a questionnaire to validate the proposed framework through their own perceived behaviors. The result of the analysis using structural equation modeling of SmartPLS 2.0 shows that organizational culture, and perceived ease of use is positively related to both Perceived Usefulness and Intention to Use e-Learning. In addition, Organizational Support shows a significant effect on Intention to Use e-Learning, but a weak effect on Perceived Usefulness of e-Learning.
