The change in teaching techniques which applies information technology brings about a paradigm shift in our country’s educational system. However, past researches have shown that the application of information technology in classrooms is still at an unsatisfactory level. This is caused by a group of teachers who haven’t been able to master the basic skills of information technology application even after attending the courses. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to determine the level of skillfulness of primary school teachers - especially those in the interiors – on information technology, and thereafter develop a multimedia learning package (WEDPI Package for Learning) which will hopefully assist these weak teachers to increase their level of skillfulness in information technology. WEDPI refers to the productivity tools, which includes applications for word-processing (Microsoft Word), electronic spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database (Microsoft Access), presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint) and the Internet. This research adopted the quantitative approach and the ADDIE model was used in the development of this multimedia learning package. To obtain information on the level of skillfulness, the researcher carried out a hands-on test. The pre-experimental designs, which are the pre-test and post-test, were executed to determine if there were any difference in the level of skillfulness of the teachers after using the WEDPI Package for Learning. The research findings showed that teachers involved gave positive comments about the experience in using this stand alone learning material. The respondents also stated that the WEDPI Package for Learning is easy to use, flexible and is able to help them increase their level of skills in information technology. This is supported by the t-test results which show that there is a significant difference in the achievement of teachers’ scores.

The objectives of this study were: (1) to produce of interactive multimedia learning media based on SAVI  (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intelectual) for teaching materials of monera, and (2) to determine the advisability of the learning media. The learning media developed using the ADDIE model. But, this study only used three steps, which were define, design, develop steps. The result of validation scores showed that the interactive multimedia learning media based on SAVI  (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intelectual) of monera materials was very advisible to be used.

Educational problems in the 3T area (Disadvantaged, Frontier, and Outermost) areas, apart from teaching staff, such as shortage of teaching staff, low qualifications, low competence and mismatches between educational qualifications and fields being managed (mismatched) are also problems of inadequate telecommunications. network facilities, especially internet networks. Lentera (Source of Learning Materials for Remote Areas) is an innovative product in digital learning based on mobile learning applications that can be used without having to be connected to the internet (offline). The learning content is designed in the form of Whiteboard Animation-based learning multimedia or whiteboard animation. Learning content is uploaded to the mini server. The mini server called Lentera can be accessed by teachers and students using smartphones offline or does not require an internet network. The development of digital multimedia learning content with a mini server called Lentera aims to develop innovative digital learning media to support teachers and students who experience difficulties in internet networks to carry out digital learning in the 3T area. The method used in the construction of this mini server is the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The lantern as a blackboard animation learning medium is very feasible (valid) to be used in learning with an average validation value of 94.87%.

Chemical learning that is boring and unattractive makes students less interested in learning. For that developed multimedia learning by using software Swish Max 4. The purpose of this study was to develop multimedia learning using Swish Max 4 on radioactive and to know its impact on the learning experience of students at class XII IPA SMA N 8 Kota Jambi. This study is a development study that adapts the ADDIE model. Stage in the development research are analysis, design, development and evaluation. Instrument sheets used collecting data were questionnaire of student needs, media validation questionnaire, material validation questionnaire, teacher assessment questionnaire and students response questionnaire. The main result of this study is a multimedia learning on radioactive using Swish Max 4, that equipped with video and animation. This multimedia learning on radioactive is good based on validation results from media experts and material experts. From the results of product trials of chemistry teachers and students response at Class XII IPA SMA N 8 Jambi, this media can be used to help students in learning independently. Based on the results of study concluded that multimedia learning on radioactive using Swish Max 4 is good for use in learning and get student response to multimedia learning is very good with score 82,4%.

Abstract This research is generally a research that aims to develop learning multimedia. Multimedia learning is very important in the learning process, good learning multimedia is very effective in the teaching and learning process. Researchers try to develop interactive learning multimedia that can be used in the form of interactive CDs, using several software consisting of Adobe Flash CS6, Adobe Photoshop CS5. Aims to make it easier for students to understand the lesson and also make it easier for educators to deliver lessons. Multimedia learning in this study uses the ADDIE model by using five stages in it which was adapted by Sugiyono. The target of this research is the Expert Lecturer at the State University of Medan. Tests on interactive multimedia by media validators, material validators, and user/acceptance validators showed that the resulting learning multimedia was good with a score of 4.33 for material validation, a score of 4.35 for media validation, and a score of 4.29 for user/acceptance validation. . Keywords: Interactive Multimedia Development, Adobe Flash CS6 Software, Electric Motor Installation. AbstrakPenelitian ini secara umum merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan multimedia pembelajaran. Video formats continue to increase as a popular form of delivering information. Instructional video provides a level of versatility in both delivery and design that make it an appealing and engaging teaching tool. According to the cognitive theory of multimedia learning, people retain more knowledge from words and pictures than words alone. Applying a basic instructional design model, such as the ADDIE model, to the video production process can increase the effectiveness of recorded content. The ADDIE model guides an instructor through a well-thought-out development plan that includes learning objectives and creation of content. For some, producing instructional video may seem like a daunting or cumbersome endeavour. However, with some structure and guidance, instructional video proves to be an effective teaching method. From a media ecology perspective, if more learning is to happen outside of the classroom, educators must learn to leverage these new mediated environments to increase student retention of course material. This article serves as an instructional guide for faculty who wish to begin recording or strengthening their current instructional videos.
